I received a cellphone call from the "IRS" saying I needed to call immediately about a fraud issue with my taxes.

Called to say that they were suing her son when she called. She gave him a phoney name he said he has her information, asked for her social security number. 323-861-0899

Final call. Will be filing a lawsuit against us. Number to call back 641-691-2841. Did not call back, have not talked to them. Caller ID shows a wireless caller.

I received a voice message stating the IRS has been trying to get in touch with me and this was their last attempt before taking further action.

I called he number and a man said he was with the IRS.

I hung up before giving out personal information.

Called and left message on phone. Called back and the IRS wanted Birth date and last four numbers of social Security. Did not get them any information.

They say that I owed them back taxes and I need to settle this immediately. They said I needed to contact them directly on the number they called from and to have a nice day.

The recorded message when you answer the phone states "This is the IRS. This is your final notice that you owe the Government money. Please call 812-272-2583.

They called from 202-465-4872 and advised that the IRS was trying to collect and would be coming after "me" and advised m"me" to call 202-465-4802. They never used a name and it was a recording.

RECORDING SAYING THEY ARE THE IRS AND ARE SUING ME.TO CALL NUMBER BACK.I CALLED BACK AND IT WAS A FOREIGN MAN ANSWERING THE SAYING IRS. I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM, SO I ONLY YELLED AT HIM TO STOP CALLING ME.INSTEAD OF THAT THEY USED A DIFFERENT NUMBER....

I called this number back after receiving an original call, and a lady with a deep Spanish accent answered stating there was a warrant out for my arrest. I could hardly hear her do to her broken English and this static noise on the phone, so I kept telling her I could not hear her and she says to me are you stupid and something else and that really pissed me off, and I told her no I'm not stupid and to put someone who spoke English on the phone, so I could hear clearly and understand what's going on. If someone is calling me and saying there is a federal warrant out for my arrest I want to be able to hear clearly what is being said to me. I hung the phone up and called back to get a different representative but no answer.

Received a message on my answering machine that said they were the IRS calling and I should call them back. They said they were filing a lawsuit against me. The message said I should call back 765 415 9362. I know that the IRS would not call me, so THIS IS A SCAM.
