I received a voicemail from a robocaller saying they where the IRS and I had a lawsuit pending against me. It told me to call 5092070338 and I wanted to report this as a scam.

James Anderson claiming to be from the IRS. He left a voicemail with his name and supposed phone number 850-602-9597. These scammers have called at least four times this month(May) I was pretty blunt with one guy. He claimed he was Adrian Peterson.

I received a computer generated message from the IRS stating that a warrant had been issued and that I should call immediately to prevent my property from being seized and further prosecution if I did not call immediately. Looking up the number, it comes from Lubbock Tx, I pay my taxes, and a property owner with no debts. There are a couple of complaints on Google. Call came in as unknown caller and left a message on my answering machine.

I received two identical phone calls on Monday, May 16, 2016. Caller said IRS had a lawsuit against me and I needed to call their number (202-747-5369) right away. I did not call the number.

A man called me but I didn't answer the phone. So a little later I called the number back 5 times because the phone call would go through but drop (not on my part) when a guy answered he asked for my name and address. I gave him those and then was told my taxes were done wrong and they were needing over $3,000 to solve the issue or I would have a warrant for my arrest and go to jail. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam, so I asked him to state my date of birth. He said "we don't carry that personal stuff" so I then asked "what is my case number?" And he stumbled with the information and was taken back. I told him I think this a scam and he immediately said "no this is not! My name is (so and so) and my extension is this!" But he talked so nervous and fast I couldn't understand him. So I decided this was a scam and I hung up.

Received a phone message at my place of employment today from 202-754-8180, officer Daniel Wiseman with the IRS, indicating that I have a criminal lawsuit filed against me and cited a Case Number. If I or my attorney did not return his call, he wished me luck. I called the number back and an Office Luna Martinez answered the phone. When I asked to speak with Officer Wiseman, the line went dead. Future attempts to call this number have been unsuccessful. Obviously, this is an attempt to get money or possible access to bank account info. I was unable to determine what exactly they were wanting, because they will no longer answer the phone.

First they left a message claiming that the IRS was filing a law suit against me and left a phone number for me to contact. when I called that number I was answered by what "sounded like" an indian call center, not to stereo type. when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. I didn't get a chance to hear what they wanted other than the Recorded Message left of the threat for the Law suit that was being filed against me from the IRS.

Was given a badge I'd #*** and case #*** and told my bank accounts and property would be seized by the it's because of a miscalculation on taxes for 2013 and 2015 and I owe $1235.00.

Caller was recording saying they had attempted to contact multiple times without success, and now I was going to be sued by the IRS. Caller then stated I needed to call another number, but I didn't have a chance to write it down. Upon call back of the calong number, it was answered Internal Revenue Department Crime Investigation Unit. Obviously a scam. Very pushy what is your name, pay now or you will go to jail...

TRIED TO GET SON TO SEND MONEY SAID FROM IRS . SAID INCOME TAXES WERE INCORRECT AND THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A WARRANT OUT FOR HIS ARRESTV AND PUT A LIEN IN HIS HOME. HE DOES NOT OWN A HOME.
