I ordered flowers for delivery. The money was immediately taken off my card. No flowers were delivered, after several attempts to get the money refunded I came to the conclusion this is a scam and its confirmed by the numerous reports just like mine.

I ordered flowers on Feb. 6, 2023 and on Feb. 7, 2023 my ordered was canceled and my card was charged. I exchanged 10+ emails to no avail. To date I have not received a refund. Come to find out the ScamPulse.com has the exact same complaint from hundreds of people. I'm working with my banks fraud department to hopefully get this resolved. BEWARE..ROGERS FLORIST IS A SCAM!!!

Filled out the information and never sent me a confirmation email, then emailed them about it and never heard back then called them and the guy was rushing me to get off the phone, so called me bank and they found out it was a scam.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day two weeks prior to February 14th. The flowers were to be delivered to a specified address and were selected and paid for from the merchant’s website. I received an email confirmation that the order was received and my credit card was charged.

Nervous the flowers were not going to be delivered as the business day was coming to a close on Valentine’s Day, I attempted to call the merchant at the phone number listed on their website. The phone number was not in service so I attempted to use their chat function to speak with customer service. The chat delivered an automated response claiming it failed to send. In short, there is no way to get in contact with the merchant.

The flowers were never delivered and I received no indication from the merchant that the service was or was not going to be completed. My card had already been charged. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get refunded and amend potentially tampered with personal information.

Rogerflorist appeared to be a local business selling / delivering flowers online. I ordered tea roses. They never got delivered. After contacting them I was told they could not deliver to the given address. Then I received an email that there were closed for the day. They promised to get back with me the next day. I have been sending them several emails, they replied with excuses. This so called Denise claimed the refund was issued. I asked for proof but no response. Then I got another response they are closed for the day. On my.lasr email I have not received any response at all. The flower store in Vinton, Va. apparently does not exist. I have called their phone# but was put on hold and then never got to talk to a person.

I’m ordering flowers from website for funeral home delivery,Roger florist charge me $121.42 and never deliver flowers .I tried to call them phone disconnected, on email no one responded.

Very disappointed with that company,especially when you sent flowers for funeral

Paid for flowers that weren’t delivered. Scammer took credit card info over the phone. Email communication says a refund has been issued but it has not been.

I was looking for a flower shop to deliver a funeral arrangement on 2/14/2023 found Roger Florist online placed the order. Waiting for a receipt to be email to me and never received. i call the number at the top of the page 866-435-0814. A man answers says you have to talk to customer service then transfers you . That person tells you that they only communicate through email. I was scammed out of $66.78

I have the same complaint as everyone else about this scamming company. Ordered flowers online, entered card number, received confirmation and then 10 minutes later recieved email they were undeliverable and credit would be refunded within 1 or 2 days. A week later, I contacted the number that showed on my credit card and got through (after forwarding the call a couple of times) to a foreign speaking man, who initially indicated he would follow up and process the credit (without even asking me for my order number or amount). When I asked him to confirm the amount he was crediting, he obviously didn't know but said he has my phone number (duh....of course you do, I just called you from it!) Then he abruptly hung up. I called back and was put through again and got the same man who said I'd need to contact their [email protected] to request the refund and then quickly hung up again. I did send the email to that email address and instantly received another email identical to the original email they sent regarding my order being undeliverable and a refund would be issued to my card. Tried calling again today and phone rings partially and then immediately disconnects. Called phone number on website and it just rings and rings--no answer. These people need to be caught and jailed for theft and fraudulent activities. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAMMING COMPANY! Lesson learned....read internet reviews before purchasing from any online website as the complaints about this company are MANY!!

I called the number on the website, ordered the $49.99 flower with teddy bear and chocolate. It was set to be delivered on 2/7/23. They were given the address along with my daughter's phone number. They said they would deliver at 4:00 pm or after on 2/7/23. They never called my daughter nor did they deliver the merchandise. The next day, I called several times, they put me on hold and would hung up the phone. I contacted my credit card to explain what happened. My card company show them placing an amount of $69.99 for the purchase. I asked them not to pay. I was told I would need to call back on 2/15/23 before I can dispute the charge. So this company advertised this item for $49.99 but charged my card $69.99 and they never delivered the merchandise. This company's telephone changes daily. Please help.

Yes I I called and ordered some flowers to have delivered to my son for his birthday and his fiance and they said yes they will be ordered today guaranteed and they also gave me a little bit off of the price because I called instead of doing it online and when I called my son found out today and we're never delivered and now the company won't answer my calls or answered me back

I ordered flowers on January 25, 2023. After finding out they were not delivered, I contacted the company via email (that is what their website said to do). They said that area was "undeliverable." I was told it was showing a refund on their end, but no refund has been made after 2 weeks. I tried calling only to be hung up on twice. This company is a scam and taking people's money.

I was trying to order flowers for my father-in-law in NJ using this website. He never got them. The business said they would refund me but never did. There is a different phone number as a contact at the bottom of the website 1.855.451.2339

I went to the website RogerFlorist.com to purchase flowers. They were never delivered. I tried to contact the company with no luck. I googled the company and discovered hundreds of complaints exactly like mine. I got a canned email this morning that says my flowers are undeliverable and I will be refunded. In the hundreds of complaints online, it is word for word the same email everyone else has received. This person has multiple LLC’s in NY and NJ and operated as Princeton Nikis Florist LLC with the same complaints posted online. On the RogerFlorist website they state their address is 2000 Nassau St in multiple places. On the LLC filing it is 200 Nassau St. I’ve attached one of the LLC reports for one of the scam florist operations. There are more that can be found on the NJ and NY gov websites. This is not a small scam. This person is taking hundreds of dollars a day every day from people in the exact same way.

Ordered and paid for flowers. Then was told they were undeliverable and I would receive a credit back to my credit card. Called 855-451-2339 to customer service and was told, on five different occasions, that my credit card would be refunded. After more than a month of trying to get my refund, they have not returned my money.

I called to ensure this florist could deliver same day. They said they could. I ordered online and flowers never showed up. Called them and they hung up 3 times. Their online chat doesn't work. Wrote their customer service email and received a template that said they are closed (on a Tuesday) but will reach back soon. Finally got a person on the phone and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got another person and she says I will receive a refund, but she can't tell me my order number or the amount I paid. Will go through credit card company, this company is a scam.

False advertisement & they charged more than I requested. Also, product was never rec’d.

I did a Google search for Florist shops around Gaithersburg MD. They showed up and was more reasonable then other. I did an online order. It said a receipt would be emailed shortly. I never got the receipt which caused me to be suspicious. I emailed them and got a response back that they cancelled my order. See email attached. I started googling and ground there has been a lot of complaints

Hello, I ordered flowers from Roger Florist on November 18, 2022, to be delivered the following day. The total charged to my card was $57.22 which appears on my bank statement. The morning of November 19th, I received an email stating the flowers were undeliverable and my order was being canceled and to please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back into my account. After waiting, I emailed Roger Florist to let them know the refund never posted. I received this reply the next day: My name is Denise and I am a manager at Rogers. I have looked into the system and it shows me a refund on our end. Please see below for our system receipt. Would you please give it 1 or 2 more days and if you still do not see the refund, please contact me direct by replying to this email and please put my name Denise on the subject line so it can be forwarded directly to me. They included an image of their system receipt which was simply them listing my order number with the status refunded. Still no refund.
