I ordered flowers for a funeral and was told they were a local florist (they came up when I googled florists for the city.). They said they would email me when they were delivered. When I hadn't heard from them, I called. After numerous phone calls I was told the funeral home was out of the delivery area so the order was canceled and they were refund my money. When I was unable to reach customer service I emailed them at [email protected]. A "manager" responded and said they couldn't find my order so I sent information from my cc statement. When I didn't hear back I called again, was unable to reach them so emailed back. I was told I would receive a refund (but it was for the incorrect amount), but after almost 3 weeks have yet to see a refund. I have filed a dispute with my cc company as well.

Was looking online for a florist to deliver flowers to my sister's new home in FL. I saw an ad when I Googled flower delivery in The Villages- and the ad said that Roger's Florist was best rated for that area. I charged $144.61 to my VISA on 2/6/23. Roger Florist

On Feb 14th, I learned that my sister never received the flowers so I emailed customer service. A day or 2 later, I called and someone answered the phone- not identifying that I had reached a flower shop or any business. I asked if it was Rogers Florist and he said it was. I gave him my order # and name and copied this: and he said they had cancelled my order because they don't deliver to that area. I was never informed of this before. I was told he was issuing a refund to my credit card and when I mentioned that I thought the customer service was terrible, he hung up on me. It is almost a month later and I still have not received a refund. I reached out again and on 2/28 received this email: Hello Cindy

My name is Denise and I am a manager at Rogers.

I have looked into the system and it shows me a refund on our end.

Please see below for our system receipt.

Would you please give it 1 or 2 more days and if you still do not see the refund please contact me direct by replying to this email and please put my name Denise on the subject line so it can forwarded directly to me.

Have a lovely day! I'm always here for you!

Purchase same day delivery flowers on February 24 2023. Flowers never came. Placed call to company later that evening. Spoke with agent who said money will be returned due to service address out of delivery area. Money had still not been refunded. Placed call to customer service number and continue to get hung up on by foreigners. No response from anyone

Ordered same day delivery item online for a funeral. This company pops up locally-but IT IS NOT LOCAL. Never received a confirmation of order or receipt. called bank within an hour and money had already been drafted. Never received a delivery. Emailed-no response. Live Chat does not work-it does not send your messages. There are 2 phone numbers given. One does not answer and one puts you on hold, and then you are told you have to email the complain -which again-they do not acknowledge or answer. You will then have to have your bank info changed as they hav e your info. You will also have to file a dispute at bank for refund of money that they stole from your account.

Website looked like a florist from Iowa. i completed a transaction for flowers to be delivered. I never got a email confirmation. Waited one day then tried the txt box for customer service, that did not work, Then called, they said they would get a confirmation email. It was never sent. three hours later I called again, they hung up on me when I tried get this resolved.

A disclaimer about Roger's florest was displayed..I called the florest & they hung up each time I called. I have reported this to Mastercard and have canceled my card...

March 3, I ordered flowers from ROGER FLORIST and was promised same day delivery and a receipt was to be sent to my email. The flowers NEVER were sent and the receipt was NEVER emailed to me. But my Mastercard WAS CHARGED. They now have my address ,phone number, charge card and email.

MANY phone calls did NOT resolve this problem.

I had placed a flower order on 2/9/23 to be delivered to a coworker after the passing of her mother. The zip codes provided on the Roger Florist website showed that her address was within their delivery area. I received an email 2/13/23 that stated the order had to be canceled because it was undeliverable and a refund has been issued to my credit card. That same day I placed the exact same order but chose a different delivery address (my work), also listed on their website as an area that they deliver to. Later that day I received another email which was identical to the first order cancellation where they said it was undeliverable and a refund was issued. On 2/17/23 I emailed the company to let them know that my account still had not been credited the refund. Shortly later they replied saying that they can not locate my order and asked for the order ID, sender and recipients name, date and price of the order, and the last for digits of the credit card used. Neither time after placing the order did I receive a order confirmation. I took a picture of the " Thank you For your Order! You will receive an email receipt shortly." I forwarded the photos and provided the requested information, and have never heard back. I have continued to email them, today being the 6th one sent with no response. I have tried to call the phone number on their website multiple times, but the phone rings a 5 times before it goes to a dial tone. The only address listed is 600 Broadhollow Rd. Melville, NY 11747. When I tried to find the companies address here in Ohio (on their webpage map), it shows at the top of the map " Google This page can't load google maps correctly."

This site pretends its a floral site, but they never deliver the flowers. If you email them they will send you an email saying they are returning your money, but they never will. Scam all around.

did a google search on my smartphone for florist in Circleville Ohio. This listing came up as #1 CIRCLEVILLE FLORIST - FREE DELIVERY TODAY. additional listing stated "Same day free flower delivery from your favorite Flower Shop of Circleville. Your Circleville Florist that works tirelessly to impress your loved one...." They aren't even located in Circleville! I called them to order a floral arrangement for a funeral. The person stated that an email receipt would be sent, I have not received one. The first scam was stating they were located in Circleville Ohio, they are not. Second that they would send a receipt, they did not. I called to cancel my order and a person stated they would have their supervisor do it in the morning, (he was only a message service and the shop was closed). So I wait. . . .

Around 2/28/23, I collaborated with family to order a sympathy arrangement for close friends. I received an on-screen notification the order was submitted, and that an email confirmation would follow. I never got the email confirmation and the arrangement never showed up. I also never got a call or email indicating there was a problem, even though this info was provided. The website emphasizes providing the best customer experience. So, I called the 800# on 3/6/23, to further investigate and request a refund. The first male agent blindly transferred me to a second female agent who asked for the confirmation #. Upon telling her I did not have one, she asked for my name and was able to advise they could not find a local florist to fulfill and I would get a refund. I asked for some confirmation info on the refund and a reason for not contacting me and after a long pause, she said I think they sent an email. I said I did not receive, then in a low whisper, said they sent you an email and hung up. This felt like a scam from the moment I did not receive the confirmation, but I gave the benefit of the doubt b/c it was a florist claiming 15 yrs of experience and we were dealing with funeral services.

I ordered flowers to be delivered from Roger Florist. Roger Florist withdrew $49.68 from my account on 1/3/23. They then sent text back and forth reporting that they couldn't deliver them. They reported that they refunded me the full amount, but as of today (2/22/23), I still haven't received it. I have contacted them more than 4 times and each time they say that their records show it was refunded. I believe that Roger Florist in Florida is a scam and I'm out $49.68.

Placed order on the website on 2/24/23. Did not receive a confirmation or e-mail only a picture that said thank you for your order with a customer service email address. I emailed with no response. After 45 minutes I called the number listed on the website. I was hung up on three different times before a man spoke to me. He gave me an order number and told me my order was cancelled because the funeral home was outside their delivery area. I asked when I would receive a refund and he said Monday 2/27 or Tuesday 2/28. As of today 3/1, I have not received a refund, so I called back. The first time, the number said it had been disconnected. The second time, the call rang and rang and disconnected. The third time, I a lady answered and said she was transferring me and I was disconnected. The fourth time I called I talked to a man who asked when I placed the order, my order number, the last 4 digits of my card number and said (again) that I will receive a refund in two days. I also tried calling the number that is listed on my credit card statement along with the charge and it states that the number has been disconnected (and came through my spam filter as "suspected spam". This website should really be shut down before more people lose money - it is OBVIOUS that this is a giant scam at this point after reading through all of the comments of similar stories.
