I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.
In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 2 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies.

The requested delivery date was on a Monday so the email didn't make sense. Either way, the money has not been credited back to my account after five days. Emails to both [email protected] and [email protected] have not gotten any results.

I googled Sarata Flowers and realized this company is a scam. They do this to many people. https://malwaretips.com/blogs/sarata-florist/
I was able to get my money back by calling my credit card company. However, it is super concerning that this company still exists given that they have been reported to ScamPulse.com by many people over the course of multiple years. Can you please help get them shut down??

Once you place your order our team goes to work for you to send your order with one of our local florist partners. However, sometimes it is impssible to get your order out for various reasons.
What we are really good at here is to look for what you have ordered immediately and if we cannot find a partnerr florist that will be able to succesfully design and delivery your arrangement we cancel your order so as to give you enough time to search for something else or try to find a local florist on your own.
As such, we regret to inform you that your order has been canceled.
However, the good news is that you have plenty of time to look for a local florist and we wish you a happy delivery.
