Found florist on Google. Called and placed my order mid morning for guaranteed delivery same day and paid with credit card. Person taking my order asked for party's name and address and phone of recipient and my billing address; my email to send receipt.Never received email and flowers never delivered. Called 800 number that evening but only music. Called the next morning twice and 3 rings then hang up. My wife called on her cell and got a person that took our order number and had to transfer to his manager and she was on hold more than 5 minutes. Called again and no one answered and music. Baby Blue Flowers acted professionally when order taken but blocked our phone numbers so there was no answer for non delivery and distracted with music instead of live person to report non delivery. Then realized this was a scam and I was out $93.91 for flowers never delivered.

They appeared to sell and deliver flowers in the Iowa City, Iowa area. They were sponsored by Google when I looked up flower shops in Iowa City.

Order flowers for delivery and received email receipt and order number. Immediately received second email of cancellation and refund to be received in 2 day. No refunds received. Emails sent to customer service not returned. Phone call to 800 --723-7788 and said to wait more and hung up

On June 21st, I ordered a spray arrangement for my cousin’s funeral. I received an email that said my order could not be delivered by the florist and they would refund my money in 2 to 3 business days. As of today, August 3,2023, I have not received a refund. I have emailed them a couple of times and they responded that they are looking into it.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on line and made my payment of $71.91. I was then was advised they could not help me. A customer happiness Manager, Cathleen Kaur said I would be refunded to my credit card. This was on July 12th. She keeps saying she will refund me and as of today I have not received my money. I live in Colorado and unable to get any help

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. Got a confirmation email then 20 minutes later got another email saying my order had to be canceled with no reason given. Was told I would be refunded within a couple days and it has now been a week and a half with no refund. Definitely a scam company

Ordered flowers to a hospital. The order was cancelled within 2 hours without reason and I got an email from Cathleen kaur saying I had been issued a refund that would be there in 2 days. A week later and nothing, I emailed again and they insisted they were working on it. I filed a dispute with my card. Other reviews say this is a scam

I made a purchase on their website for a flower arrangement, after a few minutes I received an email where they cancel my order because they could not deliver it, they say they will issue a refund but I am still waiting for it.

After a few days I check online and found out that multiple people have gone through the exactly same situation with this FAKE COMPANY, I don’t understand how they keep operating

I placed an order for flower delivery with this company on 7/14/23 that was immediately cancelled "for an unknown reason" according to the email I received. I was told I'd get my money returned within 2 business days. It has been 5 business days and and I do not even see a pending returned charge. I've reached out multiple times and I only receive "don't worry, we're working on it!" emails, despite the fact I've asked multiple times for a confirmation number or proof that the refund has been process on their end. Upon research, reviews on Trustpilot state that many have experienced the same thing. I've disputed the charge with my bank as it's clear I will not get any money back honorably from this company. They need to be shut down.

Ordered flowers for delivery through website. Immediately received email that order could not be completed and was cancelled. Funds were withdrawn from my bank account and have not been refunded.

Order was immediately canceled with no real details given. A refund was "processed" immediately while I was still attempting to figure out what was going on. The person emailing used a lot of vague language without really explaining anything. A week later, my refund still didn't hit my card. I emailed and got the same vague, overly-enthusiastic reply that told me nothing about when to expect my refund.

Ordered flowers on line to be delivered to someone for bereavement of her mom passing. They replied immediately saying they were unable to deliver in that area and a refund would be given. It never was. I had to cancel my card and pay another $10 for a new one. My credit union called them. They said they sent the refund but I never got it. They wouldn't send it again

I ordered flowers to send to a friend out of state, using a credit card. While the money was instantly taken from my account, I was calling to make a correction on the sympathy note attached to the flowers. I was told to check my email because the order was cancelled. I did receive an email and then received another email with a refund receipt for the full amount. I contacted them a few days later and received an email apologizing for the oversight with a promise to issue the refund "immediately". Called again a few days later and was emailed another refund receipt. I then looked up the company on line and found reviews stating this same process with the receipt of no refund. Called my bank and they see no pending refund.

Online order for floral delivery to Hartsville, TN. Less than 1 hour after placing the order, I received an e-mail stating the order had been cancelled, and a refund had been issued which would take 2-3 business days to process. Reason for cancellation: delivery could not be made.

I placed an order and then realized the delivery address was wrong, so I requested a refund. They responded quickly with an email issuing me a refund, which I thought was a good sign. I placed an order with the correct address and about 20 minutes later, that order was refunded. I received no explanation as to why but assumed it was because the address was not deliverable. Five days later, I reached out via email as both orders were charged to my account and no refund received. I got a quick response saying they apologized for the inconvenience and would look into it immediately but didn't hear anything for a couple days. I sent a follow up email and quickly got a reply - it was the exact same email response I'd received two days earlier from the "customer happiness representative" Cathleen Kaur whose picture on their website looks like a stock image. I then called and spoke to someone in customer service who insisted my refund had been issued and was processing. It's now been almost three days since that phone call and I still haven't received my refund. I looked online and saw countless reviews from others in the same position. This "business" is a total scam and should be shut down.

I Ordered a dozen roses, Teddy Bear and chocolates Ibwas immediately sent a email stating order couldn't be filled and will be eefunded my money,talked to customer service rhey said wait 2-3 business days noo refund came ,called again they said 4-7 business days it still hasnt been returned

I ordered a set of pastel flower with a teddy bear and balloons and within an hour they "refunded" me back my 90 dollars and some change. Cathleen Kaur said it'll be back in your account in 2 days... well 2 days went by no refund, 3 days no refund, I even emailed her and she stopped responding. Day 9th I asked again nothing. So needless to say I had to call customer service and he then told me it'll be 10 business days... but their refund policy clearly states 3 to 5 business days.... so their policy is not true.

June 22nd of 2023 i called again and they will not give me back my money.

I did an online search for a florist to deliver a birthday bouquet. The baby blue website promised a bouquet to be delivered. Soon after my order was placed I received an email stating the flowers I had ordered were unavailable and my order cancelled. I received an email with my refund statement but after two weeks and multiple follow up emails I still have not received a refund.

Fake flower shop promising quick delivery. Immediately called to cancel the order, but they still charged. They then sent a couple fake "refund initiated" emails. Information lost was name, address and credit card info for myself and name/shipping address where flowers were being delivered.
