Sarata poses as a legitimate florist company, however, after ordering anything, the customer receives an email stating the order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued. After this happened to me I looked up others' experience on Reddit and found that the company does this to everyone and does not refund you. They are running a fake florist operation and stealing thousands (maybe tens of thousands) in funds.

Confirmed delivery of flowers to funeral home. Flowers were never delivered. After payment was received they canceled my order and kept money. I have emails to back this up

I ordered a sympathy plant and flowers for a funeral greater than 24 hours in advance. The flowers and plant never arrived and yet this merchant charged my credit card. I attempted to contact the merchant and discovered that the merchant blocked my calls. SCAM!!!

On November 2nd, I ordered a plant from Starluck Flowers (order number *****) to be delivered on Saturday, November 6th to a family member in Millburn, New Jersey. I spoke with the recipient on November 9th who said no delivery had been received. I called Starluck the same day but they may have been closed because they did not answer. I then called my credit card company (Discover) to file a "dispute" and sad I would try to contact Starluck on Monday, November 11th. On the 11th, I did make contact with a Starluck representative who told me the order had been cancelled because "it was out of their area". I requested a credit to my credit card for the $74.74 purchase price and was told that the process was already begun and that it may take several days to process. In the meantime, I have been reviewing my credit card account to check for the credit which has not shown up yet.

I placed an order with Starluck Flowers to deliver arrangement to a local funeral home. Spoke to a guy John, he seemed to be professional. I asked him if they deliver to Bohemia NY and he said yes we sure do. I placed the order. I was told that I would be sent a confirmation which never happened. Called back asked for confirmation to be sent by email, still never got it. Called back again and then I was told that they cancelled my order and couldn't deliver the flowers it's outside the area. I knew right there something seemed off and was scammed with no receipt. I demanded a credit on my credit card and got no where. I've been scammed and now out of $170.33. I now see online all the complaints and fraud that this company has been scamming innocent people.It's absolutley disgusting what they do to people and I want to make it known that STARTLUCK FLOWERS is a complete SCAM/FRAUD, Please don't buy from them.

I looked up florist in my area to send flowers to a funeral. When I made the purchase. I got a receipt and confirmation that informed me that I would be updated with tracking and shipping once available. I never received tracking or an order status. The flowers did not arrive on the day. The funeral home and the funeral home did not receive them, their website says the top right corner should have tracking for your order, but there is no area on the website that has tracking. They have not been responsive.

Called Starluck Flowers to order flowers for friends funeral. Everything at first went very professional, ordered fowers, asked if they delivered in that area, they said sure sure! Told I would be sent a confirmation which never happened. Called back ask for confirmation to be sent by email, never got it. Long story short, flowers never arrived, when I went to look up customer complaints on this business started to see a pattern of them talking money but no delivery, all stating they couldn't deliver because out of area. When I called to ask where my flowers were, they told me the same thing, can't deliver out of area! Never called, never emailed and when I asked if they could deliver it originally they said yes! Absolutely no problem! Now I camnot get a refund and will have to report as a fraud/scam! This business should not be allowed to continue this scam on people. Now I am fighting for my 94.29 back!

I called Starluck Flowers on 11/5/24 and placed an order for a flower arrangement to be delivered on 11/6/24 to a local funeral home in Bohemia NY. Their website clearly states that they are a local florist and will have same day delivery in Bohemia NY. The guy John that answered the phone took my order. I first asked him if he is located in Bohemia NY and he said yes. I then gave him my order for a Funeral Standing Spray be delivered. He asked me for the deceased first and last name. The information came right up on his end and he had the funeral home information and showing times. He then asked me for my credit card info and phone number along with email address. He said he will email me a receipt shortly and i said thank you and hung up. I was waiting for the receipt on 11/5/24 and never received. I then called the next morning for my receipt, a lady answered. I asked to speak with John, she said i'm sorry John is busy. She kept putting me on hold and acting very weird. She then transferred me to customer service and a lady Emma picked up the phone and told me that she's sorry but there is no John that works there and my delivery was cancelled because it was out of the delivery location and i will get a full refund. I knew something was wrong at that point. I was getting the runaround, John did work there but was busy, I never receiived my confirmation emails or cancellation emails. I had another guy Michael pick up the phone and said ma'm i'm sorry but we cancelled your order and I will receive a full refund. They all had heavy accents and spoken broken english, they were all laughing in the back ground and then hung up on me. I called my credit card and Starluck did charge the credit card the full amount $170.33 on 11/5/24 and i haven't received a credit or email from them. This is a scam and disgusting to have people act like this and rob people. I want other people aware that Starluck Flowers is a huge SCAM and please don't call them or give your personal /credit card information to them. They will charge your credit card, then cancel your order without any warning and tell you they will send you an email and you will never get one. Shame on them!!!

I attempted to purchase flowers online for a relative that lives in Pennsylvania. I purchased on the Sarata Flowers website, in which the charge went through right away (10/22/2024). Then very soon after on that same day, I received a cancellation email with an assigned number and a message that they will refund my money. I contacted via email on 10/26 and 10/30, receiving an email response both times but not an actual refund. The second email, I asked for a timeline when the refund would come through and they did not give one. The business website states that " Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Customers should see the funds credited back to their account 2 to 5 business days thereafter." This is inaccurate and I am not sure it was ever their intention to return my money.

I called to place an order for funeral flowers to be sent to a church in Williamsburg, IA. When I called, I asked if they were local to Williamsburg and they said yes. I placed an order and the next day received an email stating my order could not be fulfilled. I called to ask why and they said they couldn't find a florist to fulfill it. I received an email stating my order had been refunded. I waited a few days and did not receive my refund. I called and they said it takes a few days and I should receive it. Waited 5 more days and had not received it. Called and they said it should be just a few more days. It is processing. I have waited 10 days already for a refund.

I ordered flowers for a funeral up north and immediately got an email saying that they could not deliver in that area - but they charged my credit card and said they would refund it. That was in mid September. I have emailed them twice and they said they would refund it immediately - still no refund. When I googled them after the fact there are all sorts of people who got scammed some got their money back and some did not!!! I just want them to refund my money and get real jobs and stop scamming people who are mourning and taking advantage of them. Please help!

It’s been weeks and I haven’t get any refund and when I call they just tell me to wait that it will take longer, i googled it and found a lot of reviews from people saying they never got refunded either

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The order was taken over the phone. He even said he would give me a crystal cross for free. I placed the order and 10 minutes later I received an email saying the order was cancelled. They took the money and did not give me a refund.

ORDERED FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY: 7/22/24. THEY SENT EMAIL THAT THE ORDER COULD NOT BE FULFILLED AND THAT THEY HAD CREDITED MY CARD.. TO DATE, AFTER CONTACTING THEM SEVERAL TIMES THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE $60.94.
