I ordered flowers for my mom in SC, she never received and I got an email the next day saying they had canceled the order but I was going to get a refund. It’s been weeks and I haven’t get any refund and when I call they just tell me to wait that it will take longer, i googled it and found a lot of reviews from people saying they never got refunded either

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The order was taken over the phone. He even said he would give me a crystal cross for free. I placed the order and 10 minutes later I received an email saying the order was cancelled. They took the money and did not give me a refund.

ORDERED FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY: 7/22/24. THEY SENT EMAIL THAT THE ORDER COULD NOT BE FULFILLED AND THAT THEY HAD CREDITED MY CARD.. TO DATE, AFTER CONTACTING THEM SEVERAL TIMES THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE $60.94.

I searched online for florists and found Sarata Flowers. I ordered flowers on 6/17/24 and paid using a debit card since my preferred credit card was not accepted. My bank account was charged 74.25 on 6/20/24. Per the recipient, the flowers were never delivered. I emailed the company on 6/21/24 at their customer service address [email protected] to report the problem and request a refund. On 6/22/24, I received this reply from Margaret Reyes Customer Service Manager: "I'm writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your desired delivery area was unable to fulfill the order. We are currently investigating the reasons behind this to ensure it does not happen again in the future. However, I am happy to inform you that a refund has already been issued for your order. You should have received a system receipt confirming the refund. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 2 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time." I did not receive a system receipt nor did I receive a refund. On 6/25/24, I email again for an explanation. The reply stated they were having trouble finding the order and asking for details , which I provided. On 7/1/24, I again requested the status of the refund. Margaret Reyes replied with: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Rest assured, I am actively working on resolving the issue, and your money will be returned to your account as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter." No refund has ben issued. Yesterday, I followed up again and received a similar reply: "Thank you for notifying us of this issue. We are addressing it promptly. We appreciate your patience and cooperation." As of today, I have not received a refund. My searches online indicate that many others have been scammed by this company in the same way.

I tried to order flowers. After placing the order I received and email saying they were cancelling the order and will issue a refund. I have never received the refund yet. I have emailed and called them and was told I would receive it. I googled the company and phone number and read this is how they do their scams. I still have the email they sent me.

Ordered flowers online to be delivered for funeral. Sarata flowers cancelled the order saying it could not be delivered and a refund was issued. Several contacts via email and phone and still not have received the "refund". after further search for reviews - TRUSTPILOT has several complaints of the same about this company. They need to be shut down!

I tried to send flowers to my Brother & Sister-In-Law in WV. I got the phone number for Huntington Floral in WV. Instead I was directed to a page with photos of samples of bouquets to choose from. I thought I was still on the Huntington Floral page. I waited to hear from my Sister-in-Law regarding the flowers. No answer. So today I got my credit card bill in the mail, which included the flowers except it said "Sarata Flowers" not Huntington Flowers. I asked how she liked the flowers. She said she did not receive any flowers. I think my credit card company will take care of the problem, but after reading all the comments of people having the same problem I knew something was up. I don't know how Sarata is able to perpetrate this scam, but they seem to be very adept at it!

I ordered flowers 19June to my friend’s birthday. They didn’t send the bouquet. I texted them twice about money back. They said still processing … another 2 days … another 2 days … another 2 days ! I’m gonna go to police! It’s scamming

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday. Order date: 5/15/2024. Order #230871. I placed an order online, the money was shown as "pending" on my bank account. On 5/16/2024 I received an email stating that Sarata Florist could not complete the order, but noted that there was still time to place an order elsewhere for delivery. The $78.43 for Sarata Florist was processed on 5/17/2024. I emailed the company to ask them to refund my payment on May 21, 2024. Margaret Reys, their Customer Service Manager, emailed me back informing me that they will process the refund as quickly as possible. 6 emails and promises of payment later, I have not yet received my refund. It seems to be a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul, but this is just speculation. It doesn't take 5 weeks+ to process a refund.

Ordered flowers that were never delivered and was told and read in the return policy I would have refund in 3 business days. It is now 4 weeks and no refund. Called multiple times and keep getting the I’m sorry your rebate will be refunded in 3 days. Now I’m here looking for assistance.

I gave them my card information through their website trying to buy flowers for a funeral. They emailed me to let me know the order has been canceled but then never returned the money. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they have responded saying they will refund the money but it’s been two weeks since then. I looked them up again and found complaints from other people online who were also scammed.

Googled florst for Ruther Glen VA. Their website came up as a sponsored site. June 9, 2024 I ordered flowers to be delivered on June 11, 2024. June 10, 2024 i received an email saying the order was canceled and i was refunded. However, i was not. June 13, 2014 i called the customer service # (very unprofessional call). Told i had to call back in 5 mins that customer service was busy.

Placed an order #197407 with Sarata Florist on 13 April 2024 to have Citrus Kissed bouquet of flowers delivered . I received email notification on 13 April 2024 from Margaret Reys, Customer Service Manager, that my Sarata Florist order #197407 had been canceled and fully refunded. I contacted via telephone, Sarata Florist customer service on 16, 19, and 24 April 2024 to advise the business that the refunded amount $101.25 had not been credited back to my credit card account, and to inquire when I should expect the refund amount to post. In each telephone conversation I was told to give the refund posting to my account a few more days. I requested to speak with the manager on my last conversation and was told by the person I was speaking with (Max) that he was the manager, and could not give me a date to expect the refund to post to my account. I informed Max, that this was unacceptable at which point he hung up the telephone and the call was discontinued. I feel that this business was very unprofessional and could not answer my basic questions concerning the refund amount in question.

i placed the order and after placing the order i never received a confirmation email which led me to research into more. i foudn multiple scam.

I ordered flowers online from SARATA FLOWERS and paid with my credit card. The order was received according to an email I received from them. However, minutes later, I received another email saying they had cancelled my order because the delivery area I had specified couldn't be accessed from their area. This cancellation email

said my money would be refunded. After a week or two, I noticed that there had not been any credit refunded to my Credit Card account. So I replied to their "cancellation" email and asked them to refund my money. I received another email apologizing for the delay and they would take care of it. This email was allegedly sent by their Customer Service Manager. I still haven't received any refund from them as of 3/30/2024. I will call my credit card company fraud number and cancel my card, for a new re-issue.

We lost a close family member and wanted to send flowers to mom. We looked up area florists and found this Florist close and price wise was comparable. We talked to them on the phone to make sure the delivery time would be when they were home. We paid for the product. It was never delivered. We looked up that address of the florist company and then realized it does not exist. We froze our credit cards. :( On top of death, now this?

I ordered flowers to be delivered and paid for them. The order was cancelled within an hour, and I was told I would be fully reimbursed. That did not happen. I called 2 times to follow up at which the person told it would take a couple more days. The money was never reimbursed.
