I ordered flowers in 4/11/25 to be delivered on 4/14/25. Order was never delivered. I did receive an email confirmation right away when order was placed. Then I received an email stating the money would be refunded and it still is not. I’ve replied to the email, and I get responses stating, “we are working on it.”

The flower order was place online via credit card and within 24 hours was told the order was canceled due to being out of the area. Multiple other users have complained about the same behavior. After contacting them to get a refund, there has been no refund despite emails saying there would be.

I called to order flowers due to a death in the family from Starluck Flowers to Edinboro PA, they took my money, called me back in 1 hour and said they could not deliver, that was 33 days ago, I sill have not gotten my money back and have been hung up on 3 times!!!

I purchased a set of balloons for my friend in Florida on January 18, 2025 to be delivered on January 19, 2025. I purchased them at 12:08pm and the order was confirmed. Less than a hour later, the order was cancelled and supposedly refunded. I have yet to see the refund. I have called several time and have emailed and each time they say you will get your refund. It has now been two months.

On 3/11/2025 I had placed an online order at 10:26am to have delivered to a family member for their birthday. At roughly 11am the same day, they sent an email stating that my order was cancelled due to not being available to deliver the flowers. Shortly after I was sent a confirmation email, that included a confirmation number as well, saying that they successfully refunded me, and gave me an estimate as to when it should appear back in my account. That it depended on my bank, and how long their processes takes in order for the money to go through. With having an order cancelled and refunded to my bank in the past, I knew that it only takes a couple of days. On 3/13/2025 I contacted Starluck Flowers and spoke to a woman who also confirmed that they had already refunded the funds, so their part was complete. The next day on 3/14/2025 I contacted my bank to confirm these allegations. They did confirm that these said allegations were not true, so that is when I proceeded to reach out via email, that is posted on their website at Starluck Flowers. They responded in a timely matter expressing their apologies and will resolve the issue immediately. It is now 3/18/2025, and they have still not refunded me. I have sent emails stating that I need proof of them refunding my money, and got the same response that I received from the in the 1st email. They are not a real company, and I am not sure how many people have to complain before someone takes action.

I ordered flowers for a special friend’s funeral in Cleves Ohio. They advertise that they service my area. I ordered flowers a couple of days before the funeral. I thought everything was good to go. They assured me the flowers will be there. I checked on my order the day before the delivery. They said everything is good and my flowers would be there. They were not there. I called after the funeral and they said the funeral home in Cleves, Ohio was too far. They advertise Cleves Ohio. I should have checked the reviews but I, as many other people are distraught because of the funeral, play on peoples vulnerability. I tried to get a refund and complained to them. They laughed at me and hung up on me. I am also planning on going to law enforcement in that area. I was frauded as was everybody else on their website. I’m trying to get them closed and possibly arrested. I also plan on going to the news. I need help getting this company in trouble for the fraud they have committed

Online website for local flower delivery. That's not what happens they take your money and immediately send you an email that states a refund will be issued but it's not. The correspondence is always the same.

I ordered flowers from Starluck on 2/6/28. I noticed later that I got an e-mail saying the order was cancelled. My money was not refunded, and they actually sent something saying it was. It is now one month later, and all I have is e-mails saying the money will be refunded.

I ordered flowers on February 16th, 2025, the flowers were never delivered. On February 17, I received an e-mail saying that my order (order #175048) had been cancelled and refunded but it would take 5-10 business days depending on my bank’s policies. Well it’s been 11 days and still no refund. Several attempts to contact them were unsuccessful.

Called on Monday Feb.10 2025. Ordered a floral arrangement for delivery on Feb.12 2025. Flowers were not delivered. Called them back and they canceled the order. Checked my CC purchases on Feb. 25 2025 and the charge was still on my CC. Tried to contact their Customer service with no luck. CC company will refund my money and do collection on Starluck florist.

I purchased the flowers and then after the card was charged I got a message that the order was canceled since I could not be fulfilled. I emailed them on 11/14, 11/21, 12/4, 1/13 - each time Robertha Kiley,

Customer Service Manager, said my money would be refunded and it has not happened.

Placed order for funeral boquet.

Called the number because the website said they take American Express. But according to the Indian guy who answered the phone they stopped Amex cards.

Placed the order online using my debit card. Got an email confirming my order.

Shortly thereafter, I got another email that the order was canceled and will issue a refund. I called them to ask why, and same Indian guy answered the phone again. Asked him why. Instead he transfered me to customer service. Female CSR said they canceled the order because the flowers were not available and that they dont deliver to the address I'm sending the flowers to. And that a prompt refund will be issued.

The order was placed Feb 16, 2025.

No refunds issued yet. Robertha Kiley has been sending replies to my follow up emails that she will personally take care of the issue and process my refund. 4 emails with no refunds! Just false promises.

Had to get my debit card canceled just in case they try to use it again.

Do Not Purchase from this company. They should be investigated and shut down.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday on February 1st in Brookings Oregon. The first website that popped up was talking about shopping local so you would assume it was a local company. After they processed the order and payment was taken, I immediately received an email stating that the order was unable to be fulfilled and I would receive a refund in 5-10 days. On February 15th I emailed the company and was sent an email from their customer service manager, Robertha Kiley stating that she would work on the refund. Today is the 23rd of February and I still haven't received my refund.

Order for flowers was placed over the phone using debit card. A day after order was placed and card was charged, Starluck Flowers emailed and said flowers could not be delivered and a refund will be issued within 10 days. After 10 days refund was not received so called the 800 number and spoke to customer service agent who said they were having trouble with the system and refund will be issued within 10 days. Refund has not been received after 45 days.

On Feb. 1st, 2025, my son learned of one of his friends loosing a family member. So, him feeling sympathy for his friend, asked me if I could send flowers and a teddy to his friend’s residence. I looked up the closest floral shop to her location, and it appeared that this shop would be the closest. I have emails from the shop of the transaction, along with the receipt of what was ordered, fees and taxes. Some time within the same day, I received another email that would let me know that a refund was being issued because my son’s friend address was not within their delivery jurisdiction. I was also told that it would take 5-10 business days. The draft was made on Feb. 4th. I have called them three times since and they keep saying give it a few more days. I will be going back to my bank today, however, I’m hoping my money will be returned to my card before I get my info. changed.

I was looking for flowers from a florist local to Franklin, NH. STARLUCK came up and I ordered from the. They sent a message the same day saying the florist couldn’t deliver and they would refund my money. Then I got a refund notice, but there was no refund reflected in my account. I reached out to them and they replied they are working on it. However this all happened on February 13 and I haven’t seen a refund yet.

I purchased funeral flowers for my late uncle in Delaware for his funeral. I live in Texas. I went online to find a florist in my family area. The flowers never got delivered and never received my refund that was promised in a letter. My credit card I used was closed because someone attempt to use my credit information unauthorized. I have emails and text messages of my purchase and refund promises. I was scammed and others too.

Starluck flowers allowed me to order flowers for my fiancés mothers funeral then emailed back right away to say they couldn’t fill the order and refunded my money but they never did refund the money.
