Order for flowers was placed over the phone using debit card. A day after order was placed and card was charged, Starluck Flowers emailed and said flowers could not be delivered and a refund will be issued within 10 days. After 10 days refund was not received so called the 800 number and spoke to customer service agent who said they were having trouble with the system and refund will be issued within 10 days. Refund has not been received after 45 days.

On Feb. 1st, 2025, my son learned of one of his friends loosing a family member. So, him feeling sympathy for his friend, asked me if I could send flowers and a teddy to his friend’s residence. I looked up the closest floral shop to her location, and it appeared that this shop would be the closest. I have emails from the shop of the transaction, along with the receipt of what was ordered, fees and taxes. Some time within the same day, I received another email that would let me know that a refund was being issued because my son’s friend address was not within their delivery jurisdiction. I was also told that it would take 5-10 business days. The draft was made on Feb. 4th. I have called them three times since and they keep saying give it a few more days. I will be going back to my bank today, however, I’m hoping my money will be returned to my card before I get my info. changed.

I was looking for flowers from a florist local to Franklin, NH. STARLUCK came up and I ordered from the. They sent a message the same day saying the florist couldn’t deliver and they would refund my money. Then I got a refund notice, but there was no refund reflected in my account. I reached out to them and they replied they are working on it. However this all happened on February 13 and I haven’t seen a refund yet.

I purchased funeral flowers for my late uncle in Delaware for his funeral. I live in Texas. I went online to find a florist in my family area. The flowers never got delivered and never received my refund that was promised in a letter. My credit card I used was closed because someone attempt to use my credit information unauthorized. I have emails and text messages of my purchase and refund promises. I was scammed and others too.

Starluck flowers allowed me to order flowers for my fiancés mothers funeral then emailed back right away to say they couldn’t fill the order and refunded my money but they never did refund the money.

An order was placed for flower delivery that claimed to be local delivery. Shortly after the order was placed, an email was received saying the order had been canceled & would be refunded. Despite emails & phone conversations, the money has not been refunded. This order was placed on December, 2024

On January 22, 2025 I called Starluck Flowers to have a funeral arrangement delivered to a church in Mandan, ND for my Uncle's services. I talked to my Aunt the day after the funeral and she did not receive the arrangement I had ordered that Starluck promised me would be there in time. Service was the next day 1/23/2025. I called Starluck back on 1/24/2025 and asked them about my order, only to be told that it got canceled because it was out of the delivery area. I did not receive a phone or email with the cancelation notice. I asked them to refund my money, in which they were very accommodating. They told me I would see the return in 5 to 7 business days. I called them them the very next week and tole them that if I did not get my refund by the next week I was reporting them for fraud. We are going on three weeks, and still no refund. Thus, me filing this complaint! You call the 1-800 number and you get the same 2 people, the same promises. You click on the "Contact Us" email given on the website and it goes back to the home page. The website does not have a place to leave reviews, which leads me to believe that this site is not real and is scamming people our of their money. This website needs to be taken down!

Wanted to order sympathy flowers for a friend in Millbrook, AL. Searched for a florist nearby found several. I liked the bouquet I found on this site and the site operated as any usual online flower shop. Ordered a bouquet with a card to be delivered on 2/13/2025. Order was confirmed at 12:50pm CST and then I received an email that the order was "refunded" at 1:34pm CST. No refund has been issued on my card. Also, attempted to call their 800 number six (6) times and received a busy signal or a disconnect each time. Also attempted to track the order and received a canned email stating that they are looking into it. Email is signed Robertha Kiley, Customer Service Manager, Starluck Flowers.

I ordered flowers from Star Luck Florist- Shrewsbury. I wanted a friend to get them on that day. They said they did same day delivery in Shrewsbury.

I ordered and got a confirmation email. I noticed the billing address was wrong so I called. they said it was cancelled since they couldn't deliver that day and I would get an email telling me that. No email. So, I'm' out $66.48. I just called my bank to put a hold on my debit card.

Ordered flowers, got some weird email, then I was sent a fake refund form and I was told they would refund my funds in 5 days. They never refunded me. I called after 5 days. Some dude ( Asian) answered, was like I was calling his house no hi this is star flowers or nothing weird again, told him I did not get my refund from the flowers they could not have delivered, he past me on to some women ( Asian ) who said IT IS ON THE WAY which was total **.

Here is the email: I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.

In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 2 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you Thank you for your understanding Robertha Kiley Customer Service Manager.

I called to order flowers for my bosses 15 year anniversary while he was oversees. I paid with my debit card. I ordered an arrangement, gave the address and emailed them a message for the card to be included with the flowers. When I called back to check the delivery window, I was told, "We were just going to call you as we cant complete your order because its outside of our delivery zone. I found them amongst local florist from my google search based on the address I wanted to deliver to. They did not identify that the delivery zone was not in their abilities when I gave them the address and before they took my money. I was told the order would be cancelled and I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. That was on January 15th. I waited the 5 business days and saw no refund issued. I called back and was given the same information and told that some banks take longer to issue a refund and to wait a few more days, that was around January 27th. I called today January 31st and was told the same again. I explained its been more than 20 business days and I need to speak to a manager, who I asked to send me everything in writing. They did but I when I called my bank, the bank hasnt received a single request for the refund and I have launched an investigation with my bank.

Online delivery flower business, appears to deliver everywhere but does not have an actual address and customer service are non americans. They cancel orders with a reason like “this address is out of our delivery zone, we’ll issue a refund in 5-10 business days.”

Ask for credit card information, they quickly send a refund email, and don’t refund. Wait around 2 weeks and was hit with a larger charge. Even after being warned I would dispute the charge.

Ordered flowers for my sister. They canceled my order and did refund my money. BUT THEY NOW HAVE ALL MY BANKING AND PERSONAL INFORMATION! There’s the rub. So I filed with the Federal Trade Commission, put fraud alerts on the credit agencies (Experian, etc) to protect against future identity theft and canceled my credit card.

On December 20, 2024, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt on December 23rd, as this florist appeared to be local (or so I thought). I chose them because they offered free delivery on all orders. I received a confirmation email. Two hours later, I received another email this time from the Customer Service Manager, Robertha Kiley. The email stated that the order was cancelled and she does not know why, but will investigate and that a full refund to my credit card had been issued for the amount paid and it will be reflected on my credit card account within 2 business days. I checked my credit card statement two weeks later on January 6, 2025 and had the charge for the flowers, but no refund. I emailed Robertha Kiley regarding the refund not showing up on my account. The email reply was that she was sorry for the delay and that she was working on it. I checked my account the following week, still no refund activity. I emailed again. I received the same response -- they were working on issuing my refund and it will be reflected on my account within 2 business days. The following week on January 20, 2025, instead of emailing, I phoned. I failed to write down the person's name that I spoke to, but was assured that they were working on it and a refund will appear on my credit card within 2 business days. Again, that did not happen. I called again on January 27, 2025 and was told by Hannah that a refund was issued the day the order was cancelled. I told her that I've been told that numerous times. She told me that some banks take a little longer to post refunds. I contacted the bank that I have the credit card with and explained the situation. This is where I remain. It wasn't until after the fourth attempt on locating my refund that I finally Googled the name "Starluck Flowers" and discovered that I am not alone and that there are many people who described the exact same situation.

Ordered online and paid. Received a message saying they do not deliver to that location. Their Google ad specifically said they did. Will not return money despite phone calls and emails with customer service. Answer is always “in a few days”. Total scam. Google should remove their ads.
