THAT WAS ON JULY 1ST 2025 I CHECK MY BANK AND THEY CHARGED MY BACK FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED
THIS ISSUED HAS AFFECTED ME ALOT EVEN THOUGH IT IS ONLY $103.42 THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT ONE IS GOING THROUGH FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY . PLEASE IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A FLOWER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU COME ACROSS IT THEIR NAME IS STARLUCK AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WLL NOT DELIVER THE SERVICES SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEAD ACHES

Stay far away from this scam. Stated local company but really no company at all.

“I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.
In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies”.
I emailed them again on 4/30/25 asking for an update on my refund and I got,
“Thank you for letting us know about the issue. I’m sorry for the delay with your refund.
I’m working on it and will make sure your money is returned as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.”

As of today, 5/9/25, I still have not received any type of refund. This is 1000% a scam and completely unacceptable.

However, I never received the refund. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I receive the same generic response from a “Robertha Kiley, Customer Service Manager” stating that the refund is being processed — but nothing ever happens.
It has now been [insert number of days/weeks] and I’m still out the money with no resolution. I’m requesting a full refund for the order that was never fulfilled.

Unfortunately, companies like this exist on the fact that many folks do not check their credit cards closely and assume the credit has been issued, or do not even realize the service was not performed or purchase delivered.
