Ordered flowers for delivery on 12/23/22. Received email 12/24 advising order cancelled because not deliverable and that refund would be issued. As of 2/1/23, no refund, just useless emails from Customer Service.

I called on 12/23/2022 to order flowers to be sent to the 60106 zip code. I asked up front if they deliver there. She said yes. She took my order for flowers to be delivered on 12/24/2022 to the address given. She took my credit card information and processed it. on 12/24/2022 about 10am, I received a text and email stating that my flowers were 'undeliverable' to expect refund to my cc account within 7 days. Today, is 1/23/2023 i have not received a refund. I have made numerous calls, emailed customer support with ridiculous responses telling me to look in junk mail etc. Now when I call, using different phone numbers ( b/c they do screen or block you calls), as soon as I mention I didn't get my refund they put me on hold to music. I know I will probably never get my refund, but I believe they are scamming many. They even have fake customer responses on their websites. I checked the email addresses. They don't exist!!

This is a fake website that looks very legitimate. They will never deliver your order. And you lose your money.

I ordered flowers for my mother in the hospital. Roger Florist website had a nice rose arrangements. They offered to double the amount of roses for an extra $20. I bought the arrangement and extra roses. They would not accept my Discover card, so I had to use my BJ'S credit card. They charged me $79.69.

When I was walking to get the mail, they called back and said my mother's hospital was out of their delivery range. They canceled the order and credited my card.

When I got my statement, the charge was on it. It stated NJ and a phone number. I called and it is for a law firm.

I contacted Roger Florist and was told my card was credited two weeks ago. It wasn't. I called back and they credited my card again. It wasn't.

I called back and was told to email their customer service. I was told I would get a reply that day. I did and no reply.

I Googled Roger Florist complaints and A LOT of others have had the same scam done to them. This is not right, not fair. Please help me get my money back.

I ordered flowers from the website, later that day they sent an email apologizing for not being able to send them and that they would refund my credit card. I emailed them after several days when I didn’t see the refund. A couple emails later and they haven’t responded.

I placed a flower arrangement Order on 1-11-23 for delivery on Thursday, 1-12-23 at Roger Florist CALL US : 1-888-737-9150. After my funds in the amount of $66.85 were withdrawn from my bank account/debit card, I received an e-mail notifying me that my order had been cancelled as follows:

Hello Norma,

This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable.

You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.

Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.

We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

If you have any other questions, please reply to this email.

THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY FUNDS, NOTHING WAS ISSUED, REFUNDED, OR RETURNED. The website is full of statements from "so called customers" all thanking Denise for refunds of cancelled orders. I am sure they are all made up.

Purchased flowers online that were never delivered. Called several times about my order. Each time you go to their website it has a different phone number at the top. Also, everyone that answer the phone had different accents. Called my credit card company right away to report it.

 paid for flower bouquet to be delivered to my house. Roger Florist immediately withdrew $61.00 from my checking account. Soon they sent email saying my address was "undeliverable " even though I've received mail here for years. The initial email said they would send refund but they never did. They no longer respond to my emails and they even blocked my phone number when I try to call from phone I originally made order from. When I call them from another number and complain about never receiving a refund they hang up on me and block that number. DO NOT USE THESE ***** ****** * *******

Googled forist in Lewisburg TN and this Florist popped up as a local florist with FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY. I was ordering flowers for a co-worker in her town, she had lost her father the previous day. The website seemed legit and I even got a receipt to my email. My credit card was charged immediately. The flowers were never delivered. I called to inquire and when someone answered the hung up on me as soon as I started talking. I tried to call back several times and after a couple of rings the number would disconnect. I tried the live chat and they said I had to email them with my first, last name and the last four digits of my credit card. I then googled the florist reviews and there are 86 reviews of people ordering flowers and them not being delivered and they cannot get in touch with anyone. All the stories are the same. Obviously this website is a scam and needs to be taken down.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in Florida ro a relative. I received a Thank You for your order email.

Order placed on 1/21/2023 for 1/23/2023. My relative never received the flowers.

I called this phone number 1.866.435.0814 to report this. I was told all complaints must go through their customer service at [email protected]

I was looking for a florist to send flowers to a friend whose mom passed away. I looked online for a florist near me, Roger Florist came up with a great google review score. I ordered the flowers online, I called them the next day and they said they couldn't deliver to that address but they charged my account. I was to email the billing manager about a refund, so I emailed her and she said she did the refund but it was not in my account so I have emailed numerous times and nobody will get back to me.

Ordered flowers 1/18/22 for delivery next day. Card was charged. No confirmation email sent and no flowers delivered. And no notice that they couldn’t deliver. I only found out when I called the person to make sure she received. When you call the number on website a man answers saying all complaints go to their customer service email. I received an email back. Stating the couldn’t deliver to the address and to look for another flower service and they will refund in 1 or 2 days. The address is in a very busy city. There are zero reasons for not being able to deliver.

Found them from Google search for a Florist. Went to website and found an arrangement. I called them and placed the order. Same dy I received a email from them stating they canceled my order because it was undeliverable. The said they would refund my money to my card and never did. They took my money from my debt card on 12/23/2022

ordered flowers, weren't sent. When contacting thier phone number, it goes to India, and they said they sent an email stating that they couldn't deliver. I would get a refund in 2-3 business days. never recieved. Contacted again and was given an email to someone named Dennis, who emailed back stating the refund was already delivered. Have gotten a run around for a month now, with no resolution. This company is a PURE SCAM.

Searched online for a flower arrangement on Nov 16, 2022. Found Roger Florist website which had many arrangements. I chose one, put in my mom's credit card (she was paying for us). In an hour I received an email that said the arrangement was undeliverable, and a refund of $68.46 would be posted to the account in 3-5 business days. My mom waited until her statement came in, and the Roger Florist was on there, but a refund was not. I emailed the "support" email and was told they would refund. I called on Jan 4, spoke to a Trevor, and he said a refund would be posted in 3-5 days. I just repeatedly called four times. It gets picked up by different people, and when I ask about a refund, they put me on hold, and after a minute, there is a computerized voice that just comes on and says Roger Florist, Roger Florist, and I have to hang up.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend. Few hours later after online purchase was made, they sent a cancellation order and said the flowers could not be delivered and would be given a full refund.

After the refund was not received in few days, contacted the customer service email listed on the site and "Denise" said it was cleared on their side. After several attempts to contact them and with no answer afterwards, realized this business is a scam and a fraud.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Put in my information needed. I then received an email stating that they didn’t deliver to that location and that I would get a refund. After a week and not receiving my refund I called the florist. I was then told that I needed to email rogerflorist.com. I was then told to watch for my refund and to give it 5/10 business days. After 10 days I emailed again and was told they refunded me when they hadn’t. I’ve been trying to email them several times and am getting no response. I’ve also read several reviews on them that have had the same problem.

Online order placed with Roger Florist for flower delivery to Henderson, Nevada on 12/23/22. Immediate “Thank you for your order” email was received along with order details and amount of purchase. Email received from customer service representative, Jackie Tyler on 12/25/22 stating order was

cancelled because it was “undeliverable” and a full refund was issued and would be available in 1-2 days. I contacted them by phone on 12/26 and placed on hold for one hour until finally hanging up. Called again and a man who answered only wanted me to order flowers and said I had to email customer service for anything else. I then sent an email on 12/26/22 complaining about the order not being delivered and expecting the the refund immediately “Manager Denise’s”emailed a response right away telling me that she showed a refund to my account on her end. On 1/04/23 after another email inquiry from me regarding the missing refund “Denise” responded by stating

“Have you looked in the account for Roger Florist? It

would show on your account as

Roger Florist.“

I emailed “Denise” back saying the $88.79 had still not been refunded. No response or refund as of today 1/6/2023.

Placed a flower delivery order on their website. I was emailed right away with them stating they do not deliver to the requested address. And they were refunding my card. It has been 10 days and still no refund. I was emailing a "Denise" who advised to give it another day or 2. She stopped responding to me 2 days ago.

I found a website with others complaining and getting the same responses. I do believe this is a scam website.

I ordered some flowers to be sent to a home in Florida. I did not get a confirmation so I reached out to them. They told me that they could not deliver to the address and had refunded the money. I have reached out to them a few more times about the refund. I did not get the refund and now they are not responding to the emails. I tried the phone number and there was no answer.
