Called this business to order flowers. After four days, the flowers were not delivered and my credit card was charged $62.13. I attempted to call the business, but they continually put me on hold, hung up, or refused to answer any questions. They claim to be a flower delivery company and probably do not really have a store front. There are apparently many other BB complaints about this scam business. They should be investigated and their website removed from the internet.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mothers 80th birthday on 12/27th and after I placed the order, I called and the person I spoke to assured me that they would be delivered but about 3 hours later, I received an email that my order was cancelled. I had to then scrambled to find a florist that would deliver on such short notice. I then called back Roger florist to find out what happened to then be told it’s the vendor and that my refund will be issued within 3 business days. I have been calling ever since and either I get a response saying that it’s been processing or I am put on hold until the phone gets disconnected. I have been since then emailing to get my money back and earlier in January I was told that the refund would be in my account 2 to 3 business days but the refund never showed up. I have constantly email the business, even while submitting this and no response

Ordered flowers for someone in North Carolina. Its website popped up and said it was local. Flowers were ordered but weren't delivered and my credit card was charged. When I called it automatically went to music. An Indian guy answered and said I had to call back and hung up on me. I saw after online there were 450 complaints against them. Can't credit card companies or web hosting sites not support this fake business?

I ordered online flowers to be delivered. They never arrived. I called the company, they said they would issue a refund withing 5-10 business days but they did not do so.

There scammer has a fake website set up that appears to offer local flower delivery. Includes pictures of floral arrangements, prices, delivery dates and other information. Scammer has a landing page to order arrangements and record credit card payment. No confirmation email was sent from scammer.

10-22-2022 I Ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral, $75.95. That very day I received an email saying they didn't deliver in that area. Ever since then I've emailed thier service dept and called numerous times. Denice or William. Denice I believe is the manager, emailed her, as I was told over the phone, & all I recieve back is a standard email"out of office, please wait 2-3 more days". Have called to talk to someone or Denise and they are never there. Last time I emailed I said I was going to report Roger Florist to the Better Business Bureau the following Mon if they didn't call or send a check. Nothing.

Looking for their address I see Roger Florist is in many states.

When you pull up same delivery flowers they come up you order and pay.the day after they are supposed to be delivered.i inquired myself by email were they delivered,got email back undeliverable and would be a refund in 1-2 days you never get a refund....BBB has over 400 complaints of the same exact thing.. This is clearly a Scam

They pose as a flower company in miami same day delivery then express that it is undeliverable and they will refund in 1-2 days . They do not refund. I called Ny bank to dispute.

I ordered flowers from what I thought was a local site. Their website looks legit. Nothing was ever delivered and when I emailed them they said they would return my money but they did not.

This company is a scam others need to know about. They come up as florist when you do a search on specific city for flower delivery. I should have dug deeper into their website as I would have figured it out. After looking at their website further it has red flags all over it.

on line website florist shop. I ordered a flower arrangement on 2/15/23 to be delivered a business on 2/16/23. I never received an email confirmation about the order or if it was delivered. I paid with my credit card. They have my name, home address, phone number, email address, credit card information

ordered flowers for daughter in milwaukee wisconsin paid 178.72 for them ,no email confirming order ,not delivered on day set by me ,when contacted they said order was canceled and i would receive a refund .that never happened .Four emails back and forth still no refund .Denise was contact paid by debit card there was a ID#******

I ordered flowers for delivery. The money was immediately taken off my card. No flowers were delivered, after several attempts to get the money refunded I came to the conclusion this is a scam and its confirmed by the numerous reports just like mine.

I ordered flowers on Feb. 6, 2023 and on Feb. 7, 2023 my ordered was canceled and my card was charged. I exchanged 10+ emails to no avail. To date I have not received a refund. Come to find out the ScamPulse.com has the exact same complaint from hundreds of people. I'm working with my banks fraud department to hopefully get this resolved. BEWARE..ROGERS FLORIST IS A SCAM!!!

Filled out the information and never sent me a confirmation email, then emailed them about it and never heard back then called them and the guy was rushing me to get off the phone, so called me bank and they found out it was a scam.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day two weeks prior to February 14th. The flowers were to be delivered to a specified address and were selected and paid for from the merchant’s website. I received an email confirmation that the order was received and my credit card was charged.

Nervous the flowers were not going to be delivered as the business day was coming to a close on Valentine’s Day, I attempted to call the merchant at the phone number listed on their website. The phone number was not in service so I attempted to use their chat function to speak with customer service. The chat delivered an automated response claiming it failed to send. In short, there is no way to get in contact with the merchant.

The flowers were never delivered and I received no indication from the merchant that the service was or was not going to be completed. My card had already been charged. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get refunded and amend potentially tampered with personal information.

Rogerflorist appeared to be a local business selling / delivering flowers online. I ordered tea roses. They never got delivered. After contacting them I was told they could not deliver to the given address. Then I received an email that there were closed for the day. They promised to get back with me the next day. I have been sending them several emails, they replied with excuses. This so called Denise claimed the refund was issued. I asked for proof but no response. Then I got another response they are closed for the day. On my.lasr email I have not received any response at all. The flower store in Vinton, Va. apparently does not exist. I have called their phone# but was put on hold and then never got to talk to a person.

I’m ordering flowers from website for funeral home delivery,Roger florist charge me $121.42 and never deliver flowers .I tried to call them phone disconnected, on email no one responded.

Very disappointed with that company,especially when you sent flowers for funeral

I was looking for a flower shop to deliver a funeral arrangement on 2/14/2023 found Roger Florist online placed the order. Waiting for a receipt to be email to me and never received. i call the number at the top of the page 866-435-0814. A man answers says you have to talk to customer service then transfers you . That person tells you that they only communicate through email. I was scammed out of $66.78
