- Philadelphia, PA, USA

Ordered a pair of pants off a website https://www.songstyleshop.com/ which says its a Song of Style Outlet. Song of Style is a clothing brand sold on many reputable websites.

I received a very weird confirmation email, once I had paid, and then a shipping confirmation with a trackable link. From the link it was clear the package originated in China. A few days ago, instead of the pair of pants I ordered, I received a weird silver necklace in the mail (that I did not order) on the day it said the package arrived. I waited a few days just to see if the correct package arrived at my home, but it has not. The more I look into this website the more foolish I feel and if this is a scam, I hope I can warn others.

There was no mention of price of changing the address.

I was trying to purchase a 1960 Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring spider 1975cc VIN AR1920401083 through a company eAriasconsign Traders (Phildelphia, PA) web address www.eariacompsolutions.com that appeared to be legitimate and advertised the car on their web site here is the link to the car listing. https://eariascompsolutions.com/consignment/1960-alfa-romeo-2000-touring-spider-... Their phone number is +1 (267) 225-4717. I researched the company on the internet and did not find any negative information on the it. Also my bank searched the company and did not see any derogatory comments. This company has a 10-day money back Guarantee. They have acknowledged my request for a refund but I have not received it as of 2/28/2024. Now it is difficult to reach them by phone. So this company (eAriaconsign Trader) generates an invoice for the vehicle and the invoice requires wire transfer payment to be sent to an Escrow account Named Urban Sales And Transport LLC. The invoice number is 196370. After I sent the wire transfer on Feb 15, 2024 I was searching the for an exhaust system (02/16/2024) because from the posted pictures it was apparent that the car would require a new muffler and then I accidentally found a video of the car being advertised from ******* *** ****. The pictures I saw on the youtube video matched the pictures from the listing company. But what stood out for me was the video was from 4 years ago and the pictures matched exactly *******************************************. This vehicle shows to be sold on the ******* *** **** website. Then I realized that this was a potential scam. I immediately got on the website and requested a refund of my money and sent an email. Then I researched the company Urban Sales and Transport LLC and found that the company has only been licensed in Florida for one month. (I should have researched them before I sent the wire Transfer). I have an email from eAriasconsign Traders that shows acknowledgment of the refund request for $18,600. They indicated that the refund would be processed on 02/20/2024. I then contacted my bank and they have tried to recall the wire transfer funds (they make 3 attempts to recall the funds then they close the case). That has been unsuccessful so far. Since then I have tried contacting eAriaconsign Traders and and now I do not get any answer from my phone. I have left messages and they have not returned my calls or emails. So since then I have searched their website and find some other possible scams especially if you search for a Corvette you will find some really unrealistic prices for a 1963 split window and a 1967 Tripowered 427 corvette. The later corvette shows a picture of a license plate indicating it was for sale by another company. That car does not exist presently on that companies website.

Offers online selling items and even sends a confirmation number when order is placed. Once you try to follow up there is no response or contact

Ordered items online and then never receieved anything. Tried following up and there us no way to actually contact them.

Received the product however it didn’t fit properly and I have been trying for the last month to return it or request credit with Militaryk and all we keep doing is going around in circles. There is no way to contact them other than through email. They claim if I return the product it will cost more than the originally amount and won’t provide with the return address or phone number. When I ask for a decent credit it’s always a cheap amount ex. $24. When I paid 39.99 for each of the items. It’s very frustrating dealing with company and I want to file a complaint.

I ordered 2 jumpsuits from Girluxe on TikTok after seeing it promoted for $4 through the site. The next day I received a tracking number for Whistl (tracking company I've never heard of) and started trying to track this item. After 2 weeks and no updates, I emailed the company and received a response from the "Head of Customer Support" under the name "Rachel Peake" stating that there was a delay in delivering the jumpsuit and to "rest assure that the stylish "Flare Scrunch Jumpsuit" will be with me soon". I did not order the "Flare Scrunch Jumpsuit", I ordered the "longsleeve snatch ribbed jumpsuit", however, I was desperate and weary of the company at this time and would've taken the flare jumpsuit. What I received is earring latch hook in the mail! I did not spend $15 dollars for a latch hook. I need a response from this company or tiktok for promoting scammers. Please help!

Londour advertises themselves as an 'at home laser hair removal' product. I have placed my order with this company on 10/6/2023. Over time until today (2/28/24) I have attempted to reach out to them and work with them to get my product or a refund - neither of which happened. Multiple emails have been sent back and forth to their "customer service" team without any resolution. They continue to claim that my product is en route without ever providing a tracking number. I do not have a phone number for their customer service team, nor do I know the country of origin but I suspect based on the emails from their team that they are based somewhere in either Canada, UK, or USA.

Ordered a roof top cargo box from their website. The cargo box matched the description from other stores, at a cheaper price. The website looked fine, but when the "receipt" came, them everything looked off. The transaction on my ba k history was from Pinterest, so I called my bank to cancel my card and started a dispute for the amount, which i am still waiting for. The transaction took place on 1-29-24 for $329.00 #29009. I emailed them a few times with no response.

Advertises dog toy for tough chewers, sold on Facebook and Amazon. Guarantee to send a free replacement if not satisfied. I sent email to complain, they said send it to us. No address provided on their website. Emailed again for address and sent the defective product. No response. Now they want proof I sent it. Many bad reviews online, including a number of instances where the company demands a video of the dog destroying the toy. Bottom line: A scam. Defective product, won't honor warranty, Not communicative.

I ordered sneakers, from a website called hisneaker.shop - they gave me this Order #75732, my order was placed on 2024-02-02 and they keep saying its currently Processing. They charged me and I paid for it with my credit card, $99.80, they don't have a phone. I emailed them several times; they scammed me for a pair of sneakers. They refuse to get back to me, I have a copy of the invoice, a copy of my credit card bill showing the charge. on the website it says contact us, i tried several times and nothing, they don't write back at all. Also, they are located about 20 mins away from me. The phone number i entered is mine, ** ***** ****** ** ************* ** ***** ** ******************. Can you please get back to me, I am in dire Straits.

I ordered online a pair of Saucony Grid Marauder 3 shoes from runningsaucony.com on 12/21/2023. The posted date on my **** ** ******* ********** was on 12/22/2023 in the amount of $31.15 through wallet.** ****** SMR (Reference #****). To this day, I haven't heard or received anything from this company about my shoes. Or has my credit card been credited back that amount. I've reached out to them through email but haven't received any response.

I ordered an ornament organizer on 12/27, after receiving a link to a Facebook ad from my sister. The tracking information showed (on their website) that the package was handed off to a courier on 12/30. On 1/4, I received an email with them noting the high number of orders and that tracking information (from the courier service) would be provided in 3 days. On 1/15 I received a tracking number and link that matched the website (handed off 12/30; no further information). However, the information was for an address in AZ and I live in VA. After emailing back and forth, I was told that my order had been delivered to the address in AZ. I let them know of this mistake and provided copies of my order with address on 2/2. On 2/3, they emailed saying that the address was fixed and they were resending the product. After receiving nothing, I emailed on 2/12 demanding a refund, to which they responded on 2/13 that it was on the way and that there would be no change to the tracking number (which still shows the AZ address). On 2/26 I demanded a refund again and am awaiting response.

I am submitting this because, since my pre-order web search didn't show fraud risk, and webpage has a "Google Trusted Store" badge. I've since learned that the two emails from with this page ([email protected] which was changed to [email protected]) are associated with several fraudulent websites. The "About Us" and various policy pages look like templates.

I found the Tumbler Gear website through a seller on Facebook Marketplace ("Ty Bry") who was advertising a Stanley Tumbler. When I messaged the seller for more information, I was sent the link to the website and instructed to order through there. I placed an order on 2/17. Immediately I received an order confirmation. However, on 2/22 I still had not heard any updates on my order, so I reached back out to the original seller on Marketplace. He instructed me to contact Tumbler Gear directly, so I did that. I never got a reply. I did get sent a tracking number on 2/24, but all it says is "USPS is awaiting the item" so there is zero proof that anything has been or will be shipped. The existence of a tracking number means nothing - it could easily be bogus. There are multiple reviews on the Tumbler Gear website of buyers saying they never received their orders and that the merchant would not respond to them. It is a scam. Since 2/24 I messaged the seller on Facebook 3 different times, he stopped responding and blocked me from seeing his profile or continuing to send messages. If he didn't have something to hide, he would not have blocked me.

There is no phone number or email address provided on the Tumbler Gear website. They have an online chat that no one actually responds to. I have had to file disputes with Affirm and American Express to try to get my money refunded.

What I shared in local community group and facebook page:

Sharing to help others, sitting here red faced and frustrated as a somewhat intelligent member of society who juat got duped by this AI scam on Instagram.

* So Instagram had a ad earlier this week with a famous person ( Selenna Gomez) saying there were 3000 sets of Le Creuset kitchen pans with a minor defect to give away, we just had to pay for the $9.95 shipping.

* I signed up as I thought I could get these and give away ( local place that collects items for primarily refugees). I did think it was weird they did not email verification, but the $9.95 was deducted, so I was awaiting the pans.

* A few days after ordering, I saw another article about AI tricking people with giveaway scams but again, thought mine was ok since they had only deducted $9.95.

* This morning I awoke to a fraud alert from my bank, they thankfully detected the scam and stopped the transaction and will send me a new card. The same company had tried to deduct $179.

* Anyway, just FYI! Here is an article about the exact scam that I saw on Instagram. I am not sure which celebrity my ad was, I think there was someone else too. And finally, this seemed legit as there were comments from people saying they had received the pans.

* Be wise and careful! :)

I made a purchase online through PayPal. I Exchanged several emails with this scammer. Including reassurance that he wasn’t a scammer which should’ve been my first red flag, but I proceeded with my order. Needless to say money was taken from me and no product was received and now he will not reply to any emails either.. there is no telling how many people has scammed it needs to stop
