The merchant keeps telling me the product was made in Germany, but it was made in China. The first tracking number was in Chinese and showed it was somewhere in Guangdong China. I asked for return because the size was not right and there was fake advertisement. The email reply from the scammer says that I have to pay for the return delivery cost and the address is in Germany, and suggests using over $50 delivery service plus at least $20 insurance. This would cost me more than the jacket I bought and their email shows that there would be no guarantee to get my refund.

Saw an ad on Facebook for watches that you can place an AirTag in. I ordered three as they were for Christmas. I also paid for priority shipping.

I reached out to the company when I did not receive my items. After a few days I got an email that there had been a fire at the warehouse and they would be late with shipping.

I requested a refund as I never received the product and it was now after Christmas. I had to find last minute gifts. I have gotten emails back stating it was on its way and that they would refund 20% which I again asked for a full refund including the costs of priority shipping.

I got the same emails over and over. Once I said I would be contacting my back now they are saying the item has been shipped and they cannot refund me anything.

I started researching the web and there are several articles including a YouTube video talking about the “warehouse fire scam email” and how people never get their merchandise.

Again, i reached out to my back and cancelled my card and am waiting for a new card. They told me that I may not be given my money back that it maybe a loss since I knowingly made the purchase.

The scammers have my name, address, and they had my debit card number.

I got another email this morning saying that the product was shipped and they said I can return their product if I want once received but that’s coming with a 20% restocking fee.

I found this brand online Vamp’d forever, they specialize mostly in beanies. I ordered 3 beanies from them on Nov 22. On the description of items it says they’ll process in 15-25 business days. It’s been longer than that. I’ve contacted merchant n brand owner multiple times thru emails n instagram dm, and no response at all.

I placed an order on the website www.invocy.com on December 14. I received an order confirmation email with a link to a tracking number (YT2334921236064388). The site the tracking link took me to (*******************************************************) never updated or provided information beyond "shipment information received).

December 22 - I emailed the company requesting information about my order and that the tracking information was not working. The company responded that the order was in transit and would be delivered within the processing time stated on the website (up to 17 days).

January 3- I emailed the company to follow up saying my order had not arrived and when I go to the tracking link provided and click "request latest" it says the tracking number does not exist. I requested a refund. The company responded on the same day that they would check with their fulfillment team and provide an update.

January 4- No update provided by the company. I emailed to say I had not received a response or my order. I repeated my request for a refund.

January 5- Company responded that the order was in transit and to bear with them. I replied "Verify that my order is in transit. The tracking information provided by your company does not exist. If I do not receive my order, reliable verification it is en route, or a full refund within 24 hours I will file a report with the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau and a dispute of charges with my credit card company."

January 6- After more than 27 hours from my email, I have received no response (and no product).

While I do not expect that I will recoup my money, I do hope this helps other consumers avoid a similar problem. Thank you.

Reels ad with Gordon Ramsey saying there was a packaging error on pan sets from HexClad that they could not sell in stores. Clicking the link would take you to site to win one of the limited sets of HexClad. Only had to pay shipping

They advertised their product (foot pain patch) as $14.95 for one order, plus $6 shipping. They attempted to charge my Visa card for $61 for FOUR orders. I immediately blocked my Visa card. I went on their website and checked feedback from customers, they were all very negative, accusing Bandoo of over-charging them for their orders...exactly the same way I had just been over-charged. When you go to their web site and try to "cancel" your order immediately, you can fill out the form, but it never loads so you can't complete the cancellation. It also says that they ship out the orders "immediately".

Ordered merchandise from an ad on Instragram on Dec. 01, 2023, which I thought was from a company called Judy Blue. Turns out that the ad reroutes unsuspecting customers to a fraudulent website. When I placed my order, I was immediately given a link to a tracking number for my merchandise by a company called Track718.us, where I could track my "package". No package ever existed! The link exposed my personal information and my credit card number to the scammers. I've since contacted my credit card company to report the fraud.

Lessons learned: DON'T ORDER FROM ADS ON INSTAGRAM! Go directly to the company's website to order merchandise. AND DON'T USE THE LINKS PROVIDED IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE! Everytime you click that link, you expose your info to the scammers! Good luck everyone, be safe out there.

PocketPlay has a very extensive social media where they advertise their products, with thousands of followers on multiple platforms. @shoppocketplay with over 27k followers on instagram, @pocketplayshop on tiktok with over 47k followers. They've built an extremely large social media presence to instill confidence in buyers. After too much time had passed of my order not being shipped I did some research and found that many people were scammed as well, and payed for a product that they never received and when they tried to contact pocketplay they got no response. It seems to me that they are dropshipping an actual product called the powkiddy from aliexpress and up selling an item that's originally around 50 dollars for twice as much. Then when you pay they never intend to send the actual product. I believe they have multiple platforms on social media and they send products to gaming influencers and some customers just enough to keep up the charade of their business. Unfortunately, my dispute never gained traction and my bank doesn't dispute purchases for items not received. PocketPlay never responded to my email and I have been trying to get my money back for months now. I originally placed the order on October 21st, 2023.

I ordered tennis sneakers on the hisneakers.shop website. I received an email saying that the order had been processed. The sneaker size was wrong. I emailed the two emails that I saw ([email protected] and [email protected]) but received no reply. I googled the website name and saw information that is a potential scam. I ordered the sneakers on 12/29/23, but they have not been shipped yet. I would hope that some organization can shut down this website. An email I received said the $99.80 payment went to Brenda Matthews via Pay Pal. I am contacting Pay Pal also about this situation. Citi Card is reimbursing me the $99.80 but I would like to protect others and prosecute the person doing this scam. Thank you!

I got an email receipt when I put the order in. I keep getting newsletters etc from the company and each time I hit reply telling them my order date and that I have not received anything. Their automated response is always: sorry, here's a discount code, we'll move you to the top of the queue, it should go out in 3-5 days. I have received the same response each time except for once. I got notice that is had been shipped using DHL in AZ. Gave me a tracking number. Tells me it's en route. No more info. I asked for the product or a refund on my credit card. Again I just get the automated 4-part response mentioned above.

This is a fake site listed on Facebook. It is pretending to be a Veganic hair oil company that is also on Facebook. The original company stated I should contact my bank as Marketcart.store has been stealing money from people acting as if they are the Veganic hair oil company. I have submitted a complaint to Facebook as well. Luckily, I only lost 36.96 and my bank can return my money. Please do not purchase anything from Marketcartstore it is a fake site stealing money from people.

I purchased from this online company. They advertise as selling Judy Blue Jean at a very low cost. (Judy Blue is made in the US) (I should have known). I never received my package and paid extra for insurance of the package. I then emailed customer service and they were supposed to send another package requiring me to sign for. That package never arrived either and now they are only willing to refund me a percentage of my original purchase. Stay away.

The product is being marketed online by so-called consumers as liquid Botox. The product I received is nothing more than watered down soapy liquid! I’ve used many products over the years and I’ve never had a skincare product that was watered down like this!

When i tried to set up these cameras, I could not . I downloaded the app as instructed but was not able to register my cameras or enter my account. The app said it would send me a code to use but never did. i e mailed this co. several times with no help from them . i wanted to return for a refund since I can not do anything with these 2 cameras and they would not give me a number to call or a address to send them back.
