I placed an order of goods from the website on 10/17/23. I was ordering a Christmas gift for a family member. received a confirmation email stating that my order had been received and that it was being processed. On. 11/27/23 I sent the following email asking the status of my order:

“I placed an order #30303 on October 17, and was just wondering if it will be delivered by Christmas? Thanks!”

I received a reply from the “owner” stating the following:

“Thank you for your order. It will be shipped out next week as the puzzles are made to order. You'll receive a tracking link via stamps.com. Apologies for the delay. On top of my mother's recent passing and dealing with her funeral and estate matters, we had to take in my mother-in-law who has late-stage Alzheimer's as my father-in-law is now in hospice. We just moved her in a nursing home last week. We're catching up on orders and notifications in the meantime. Thanks again for your order and kind support.”

I never received the tracking and on 12/29/23 I emailed again checking on the order as follows:

“I never received a tracking link from stamps or my order. Just checking in to see when I will receive it. Thanks”

On 12/29/23 I received this reply: “Going out early next week. I’ve been down last few days tied COVID and pneumonia.”

Then on 1/6/24 I received this message:

“I hope you all have had a wonderful holiday season and a joyous New Year. I also want to thank you all who have ordered items with us as we started this new enterprise late last spring. Your support has been incredible and the business has grown immensely in the short time so far. Given the amount of emails I have been receiving, I wanted to send a mass update on the shipping delays. As many I have already privately corresponded with know, this has been an extremely difficult year for us. My mother passed away in late Summer from cancer unexpectedly. Then, a month later my father-in-law was diagnosed with terminal cancer and we had to take in my mother-in-law who has late-stage Alzheimer's. We just placed her in a nursing home early December. Then to top it all off, we all got COVID around Christmas along with pneumonia for me. With all this I've been putting in 14 hour days to fulfill orders. We are a small 2 person family owned business and I've made getting orders out as quickly as possible my top priority, which doesn't allow me to correspond as quickly to emails. For those whom have emailed me I will respond as quick as I can to your inquiries. I started this business last Spring as both a passion project and a way to help raise funds for a local Pancreatic Cancer Hope Foundation in memory of my mother who died very shortly after she was diagnosed at Easter. 10% of all our proceeds go to help families and those with this horrible disease as well as supporting research. We are committed to catching up on orders as quickly as possible and humbly apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused. We look forward to your future orders and a promising new year while we work towards establishing a storefront in Gettysburg, PA for everyone to come and enjoy.”

By 2/5/24, I still had not received tracking or my package. I was fed up and sent her an email asking about my order once more as follows:

“This is the last time I’m going to beg for this order. I have been more than kind and understanding. I ordered this in October, and was told it would be here by Christmas. I have gotten emails promising that it’s on its way, yet here it is February 5th, and I still haven’t received my order. I knew that I’d have to wait for it because you claim that you hand make everything, but 4 months is ridiculous! You have had ample time to make a puzzle and a candle. I don’t even think it’s worth it to ask for my money back, because apparently you needed that $38.47 more than I did. I was really excited about your shop and was looking forward to placing more orders in the future, but with the lack of goods I have received, and the false promises I was given, I have lost all that excitement. I understand that life happens, but if you want to run a good business, you should take care of your customers. Especially if you have already taken their money. This was to be a Christmas gift for my sister, to show her that I love her and that I took time to get her something she would appreciate. Because it never came, I had to scramble the day before Christmas to find a replacement gift that didn’t live up to what I had originally wanted to give her. I hope you do a better job for your other customers and their orders.”

I haven’t received a reply nor have I received anything from the company. I made a comment on one of her facebook ads, saying “I’ve been waiting on my order since October.” But it was deleted.

They kept saying the product was in production and to just give them another week but kept saying that for a month. When I asked to get refunded they said the product was ready but it still never came. I asked again for a refund and they did not reply

I ordered an item Jan. 21st 2024. I was supposed to get a digital review of my item within 1-4 days. I never got it. So I emailed after 11 days asking for one. They informed me they don't do that. Even tho their website specifically says they do. So I got the image, and approved, being told it would be an additional 5-7 days. So I waited. After a few days I emailed. The first response was they damaged my item and had to reprint it. The same day I got another email saying there was a tracking issue (from another team member) so I definitely felt I was being scammed. I asked to cancel. 6 times. They didn't respond. Then finally Feb. 2nd I told them if I didn't have tracking by the next day to cancel. They informed me they don't refund per their policy, however they don't follow their own policy but not following the shipping times, as well as giving excuses for why it was taking so long. No response. So I filed a chargeback claim with PayPal and low and behold they gave me tracking. I still asked to cancel. They said no. The package had still not shipped, it was stuck in 'label created' so I asked yet again to cancel and they said it was too late because it shipped. I said j filed a chargeback and they blocked me on Facebook. So I went to their IG and there is quite a lot of people leaving comments about never getting orders or updates. When I told them I went thru the same thing, they blocked me from their IG.

I placed the order , the money was taken out of my account. They “shipped” out my product but it was seized by the United States postal service due to counterfeit tracking. The tracking information they provided me with was fraudulent and I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month now. The company contacted me asking if I wanted a refund or for the items to be re sent. I informed them that I wanted a refund. This happened on January 16, I have yet to receive my money back and I have be constantly emailing them asking where my money is.

I found the designer on Instagram and decided I wanted to buy a coat from him. I bought the coat 12/11/23. His policy says 2 weeks for processing time with an additional 7 days delivery. I emailed him numerous time at the beginning of January as well as attempted to reach out via social media to get an update on the status of my order and he has not responded, but is still actively posting on his page with new designs ready to order. To this date, I have not received an update or any type of notification about my order, the only type of notification I received was my order confirmation when I first placed the order. I have since disputed the charge with my bank and he has not gotten in contact with them either, leaving them to rule in my favor. Please don’t buy from this company, the designs look nice but he will take your money and you will never receive your products.

This is an unregistered and unlicensed "small business" that is reusing other artists' designs and work to sell what they are calling "custom designs." They are upcharging from what the other artists sell their designs for and misidentifying themselves as a business when they are not. From their Facebook page: "Magnolia Bay Events and Designs is a small business in creating custom designs." This is a lie. They are not a small business registered in Maryland and they steal designs from other artists on Etsy and label them custom.

In October my mom sent me a link for a walking pad that was on sale while I was working. Usually I would’ve look at the website more before purchasing but she really wanted it and I was busy working so I went against my instincts and just ordered it. Since then there are about 20 emails back and fourth with this “company”. The original tracking information said the order was delivered in NY, I live in PA. They said they would reship the order and although I have asked for a new tracking number I still have not received the new shipping information or the package. I have now asked for a refund and they just keep telling me the order was already shipped. I don’t think I will ever get my order or a refund.

I saw an ad for a cordless Bissell vacuum on HSN (Home Shopping Network). I ordered from that ad and paid with my bank debit card. I wrote them several times and they told me it was shipped. They deducted the amount from my checking account. Then they just disappeared. The email address no longer worked. I wrote to [email protected] but that emailed returned as undeliverable as well.

I purchased two items from her and she never sent them to me. She told me something about mail issues when she was supposed to have mailed them to me. It has been two whole months since I have waited patiently for her to mail me my items.

I was looking for a used auto part and used a search engine on a site to help me find the part. I received a phone call from Global Auto Recyclers and they sent me a picture and a link to their website. Everything looked legitimate until I gave them my credit card to buy the part. They asked for the code to authorize the payment and then tried to apply even more charges to the card once they received the code.

I was charged $53 a month early and never given a choice or a chance to cancel the service. There is no customer service phone number to call. There’s only an email address. The company is out of Lithuania.

Lead me to think that I was gonna be playing games an getting free products for a dollar also they offered me the trial which I told them that I didn't want but they took the $13.00 from my Varo debit card anyway an put it towards a membership that I didn't even know nothing about this money suppose to come out of my account every month no it will not because I didn't sign up for this an I want my money back

Horrible scam ecommerce clothing company. Website and items appear legitimate. But they sell items they don't have in stock. Then they take 2 months to create the item. When it comes, it is sized horribly wrong--easily two sizes too small. When you go to exchange (not even refund!), they say no, but so kindly offer to sell you another at half off. Every report on Trust Pilot says the same thing. So weird.

I ordered a product that was supposed to be a mosquito repellant with a 100% guarantee or money back no questions asked stipulation. I purchased it under the impression I would get my money back if it did not work. It took quite a few emails back and forth before I could get a working track number for my package. Had I not reached out, I never would have received any product at all. Once I received the product, I tried it only to realize it was not effective. Upon trying to return it for a full refund, I was told the 100% guarantee or money back is only extended to unopened and unused products. I emailed back and forth trying to understand how I can test for efficacy if I can’t open the product but they doubled down. I was not able to get a full refund as advertised and saw on an online forum that this has happened to many other customers as well.

I'm a full-time independent music artist. I used Qrates to run a vinyl crowdfunding campaign last year. The project funded successfully in June 2023, and my backers (including me- I ordered 150 vinyls from my own campaign at production cost to sell online and at gigs) were charged at that time. Qrates gave me an estimated ship date of 10/24/23, and neither I nor my 100+ backers have received their vinyls as of 2/4/24. Qrates customer service has been vague and dismissive in their responses. I disputed the ~ $1,600 charge for my self-purchase vinyls, and my credit card company reimbursed me. While the dispute was open, Qrates customer service reached out and asked me to withdraw my dispute, and after the dispute went through they reached out again and promised they'd send my vinyl if I pay them again.

Ordered item off of Facebook. It took over 2 mo to arrive and when it did it was an inferior product. I sent it back with promise of money return, which has not happened thus far However, they did offer me 45 bucks which I refused.

I was looking at my bank account on my phone one day and I saw a charge from a website that I have never been on before. This has happened before around Christmas time where there was another unsolicited charge for the exact same amount from another "company". Then, recently, there was one more charge, again for the exact same amount, from a different "company". The "companies" were ******, TAKEMOMENTSFORU.COM and *******************. I have never visited any site with any of these names or purchased anything from a mysterious site. In total, this has happened 3 times now and I have lost $104.97.
