This was a Sephora Favorites Advent Calendar 2023 - on Facebook. I paid and continuously contacted them for my product and the kept saying it was on the way. there was a tracking number and i when i looked into it "Delivered" it was not even my house. I contacted them and thyy said it was delivered to the address i gave them . I proved it was not my error but never came after a month. they agreed it was their issue and offered 30% off another order but i won't get ******* twice. They agreed to a full refund and i kept emailing for refund and it was always "on the way" . It's been 3 months so I am giving up.

It was a instagram add. Low priced items. I bought one and was told i would receive info in 3 days from purchase. A week went by and nothing. I contacted and received a tracking number. When i searched it it said the package was delivered days prior. I contacted USPS. Usps found this tracking number was stollen off another supplier website and warned me this happens when scammer get their hands on information. I contacted the company as many times as i could only to receive the same tracking number sent back to me 2 more times. I asked for a refund and then no answer for ocer a week. I filed a dispute and got my money back thankfully

I signed up for vip monthly crystals. Never got any. And for 7 mth they automatically took money using a different name. So I couldn’t figure out who it was.

I wanted to buy a dress for a special event, I used a photo of an Australian wool dress I liked but out of stock for a google image* search, and found similar dresses in a range of prices right away, some on Amazon.ca for $20 and one >$1,000. I chose one said to be in Ponte de Roma for £34.30, in stock with a promised arrival date well before I needed it. Here is the dress I ordered https://www.luxurywedding-dres.com/alie-street-claire-dress/

I ordered and paid for the item and received an order acknowledgment by email. Though it did not reference the dress I ordered or the vendor, The Gorgeous Bridal Shop, it did have the correct amount I paid, plus free package loss and resend insurance, and a tracking number to check progress https://dvftrack.com/pid/1087599.

The charge to my Mastercard was a reasonable conversion to dollars from £.

Weeks later, no sign of the dress but extensive, silly detail on the shipping progress that included surprising detail such as " Given the product's size. In the first stage, the parcel can be transported by cargo ship, and in the second, by land transportation." I ordered a UK size 3, which I believe to be US size 8-10. And "24 Sep 2023 - Out of coverage. Your order is in the high seas, updates will resume once it reaches the next port."
The shipping progress report indicated the package would be delivered December 7th.

I started asking for reports ... no satisfaction so I looked again for the dress using the photo at the link above and Google image search. This time I found the real UK designer page for the dress https://www.aliestreet.com/uk/occasionwear/item/ASCLDCP/Claire-Day-Dress-(Chilli... with an original price of £179.00, now £49.00 and now sold out.
There were two other sellers that appeared to be copies of the designer site that day, one was https://www.buyma.us/items/6c2ecc66-6c4c-44a5-a7a9-e58dc8fff7d2/ for the same Alie Street dress $297; the image still shows up in the google search but the link is not working.

I contacted the designer AlieStreet and asked if the The Gorgeous Bridal Shop https://www.luxurywedding-dres.com was a reseller, no reply.

The https://www.luxurywedding-dres.com site is still selling the dress.
The images which I thought were endorsements of integrity https://www.luxurywedding-dres.com appear to be meaningless; they are from a stock photo.

Since then I've inquired repeatedly and asked for a refund, was offered 20% and 50% of purchase not to report it.

This was a waste of time, the principle of the thing and I should have known better, and especially I want to contribute to any flagging of GWAYS and 925-856-9994

I am a coach for *********** **** ****** ******** team and we thought we was doing a freeze dried Candy Fundraiser with this company out of Colorado. I got in contact with the lady named Julz and we had talked for a couple hours to set up the website and she made us flyers for our girls with QR codes and the website on how to purchase the candy and we were supposed to receive 50% of whatever we had sold, each person that sold candy would get the information and then go to the website purchase their candy and it was to be shipped directly to their address. One Coach said he received a small box of candy, but out of all the other orders, no one has received any candy so far the money was taken out of my bank account and along with many other people that purchased this candy I have not talked to this person since December 20, 2023 and they will not contact or message me back. I reached out to a company with the same name and they said that other people were stating that they were being scammed and they would look into it. I still have not received any candy from anyone and need to refund the people that purchased candy from me at my job.

Made the purchase, then realized they had watermarks from other companies on their site in a few of the pics. Upon further research and digging I realized it was most likely a scam site. Received one email, automated, it appeared. I've made several attempts by email, I haven't heard a word back. Been 18 day now and still no email or tracking number. Have alerted my back to start the process to try to get my money back. Their "tracking" button doesn't work, the phone number goes nowhere. Actual phone #, your system won't take the format (+44) 7308165530

Saw on tik tok. Ordered directly from website and paid with shop pay. They never sent delivery which is estimated 3-5 day shipping. It’s been weeks.

On 1/31/24, I tried to purchase boots from boot-rocky.com. When trying to checkout, boot-rocky.com said my card was suspected fraud so I tried again. That's when I noticed their website doesn't match what I've ordered from before and they are impersonating Rocky Boots (https://www.rockyboots.com/), a legitimate boot company where I've ordered before. They have the rockyboots.com logo and all of their product information so it seems like you're ordering from the original place.

On 2/1/2024, I woke up to a fraud alert from my Chase Credit card showing they tried to use the card for a $102 purchase at AQR*litllemall. I have reported the charge to my credit card company and shut my card down.

Retailer online selling rollerblade wheels, ordered and immediately they charged my card. Did not ship for over a week, then did not send tracking info. Product arrived 16 days later as wrong product and a mich inferior product. Refused to respond to email and then site shut down.

Order was placed for 4 women clothing items on 12/27/23. Was told order was being shipped from California, but got a tracking e mail that stated package was from coming from China. I received an email stating order was delivered on 1/30/24, however I never received the package. $34 was paid to Payfly*zetoutlet according to my bank. E-mail address: [email protected]. Unable to obtain their phone number. they are not responding to my emails.

Found the add on Facebook everything seemed legit on the website, until i emailed them asking for any updates on my order. Thats when i knew i got scammed. I placed my order July 30, 2023. It is now January 31 and NEVER got my item. After several emails, i only got ONE email back asking for order number so they can “help” but never heard back from them. LIKE, WHY IS THE BUSINESS STILL UP AND RUNNING ONLINE???

- Moscow, PA, USA

I purchased the product on the website and received a text on October 7th with tracking information for my order. It's now January 31st and I have not received the order. The phone number they provided is always busy but they did respond to emails but provided no information. I also called the phone number (325-238-5056) associated with my credit card charge and they asked for some information to see if they can find the charge. The name they go by is POLLINGPUL*ECOMMERCE. That phone number is always busy now.

I clicked on an Instagram Ad that looked like Fashion Nova. My bank attempted to alert me that the site was not verified but I did not initially see the attempt. I completed the transaction and then saw the alert so, I called my bank and was told that the page was questionable so, I cancelled my card and emailed the company to attempt to cancel the order. That was 12/24/23. Today on 1/30/24, I received delivery of a moissanite ring, which I did not order. I searched for the address online and was led to this page/scam report. The company that mailed the ring is listed as XBR at 3022 NE Cornelius Pass Rd, Hillsboro OR 97124

doing a birthday party for my son and I needed game truck and other things. He asked for money upfront through Zelle for booking purposes. Initial booking was for $400.00 and I added and item and he charge $300.00. I asked to meet him because I didn't want to pay anymore, and I wanted to see the options for the items he had for the party. (i.e. boxing ring, Laser tag) I also wanted to meet him just to make sure he was real. The scammer (Daryel Peden) was evasive and continue to make excuses on why he couldn't meet me. At the end he transferred me to an insurance dude and that's when I had the feeling i was being scammed. I found this company on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/Inflatablepartyrentals2. It seems like everything here looks legit but I'm really not sure if it is. I'm available to speak with anyone that has any questions. The reality of the matter is that the party is not until 3 Feb and I'm hopeful I'm wrong, but I haven't heard from them at all since I told them on 1/29/2024 that I would not pay anything else until I meet the manager or a representative of the company in person. I needed to verify they were a real company.

Insurance Dude number was 432-217-0143

He runs a clothing brand called yorisport on social media with a following of 12,000 followers. Once ordered, you do not ever receive an email with any information. Many people have commented and emailed and got no response as you can see upon checking Instagram comments. He does not answer. He claimed to ship on Monday, when Monday came there was no answer or any information indicating orders were shipped out. Other customers have yet to receive orders and have been waiting up to 9 months.

This site sells counterfeit software, installs viruses, and then tries to follow up with ransomware or refund scams.

My mother unfortunately fell for this scam, and lost $2600. She discovered their site on Google looking for AutoCad software, they are one of the top 10 results.

My guess is they are based in India, but claim to be based in LA.

They own several sites

This information is very useful. They attempted to scam my husband by selling him a 2017 AutoCAD for a lifetime license at a fee of $4,300 with a discount of more than 80% to the final price of $799. I thought it was too good to be true. Thank you.

I saw a well-designed ad for ammunition that seem like a bargain and made a purchase for $53 over a week ago. I still have not received a confirmation email, but my credit card was charged. I then looked up the company posted on my credit card statement of “Rikim”. I did a little research and found I wasn’t the only one this had happened to.
