I ordered products from a lady that I had ordered stuff from before, but this time she decided to keep my money and not send me my products. I asked her for an update, and then when she didn’t answer, for a refund. I sent a refund request on cash app and had my friend message her to see if she was still active, and she is. She’s read my messages and ignored my request and still hasn’t sent me my products.

Facebook Automotive group called 1954-1983 Ford Thunderbird Forum Club- Buy & Sell Here has as one of the “Admins” requests members reach out to Jaylen Hadney via Private Message to discuss selling and shipping of any Thunderbird parts you may need. Once communications proceed to total costs, Jaylen Hadney asks for Name, address, email, phone number and says he has cash app or Chime for payment. I had access to VENMO so Jaylen Hadney said to pay $75.00 to his Wife, Melayah Brooks as a “Friend” account ending in 6205 on 12/31/2023 at 1:43 PST. Jaylen Hadney asked for a screen shot when payment was sent. JH said he would send tracking information and Invoice and ship (2) parts on 1/2/24. On 1/2/24 JH messaged me “hello”. I asked for status on receiving Invoice and Tracking information and he replied he forgot and would do that tomorrow, but meanwhile asked me to discuss buying more parts. I said I did want more parts but would place additional orders after this transaction completed satisfactorily. He then said the order was now too small to ship and I needed to order more parts. I again said not until I received to first order as agreed and I requested FedEx or USPS so I could follow shipping progress. JH said those shippers were no available in his area but would use any available and let me know. I again asked for an Invoice be emailed to me and he said he would do that tomorrow. The next day (1/3/24) I requested an Invoice again and share my Email address again. I waited until 1/15/24 after still not receiving parts, Invoice or tracking info promised and contacted on Messenger that he had failed to do what he said he would do and asked for and explanation. He said “Ohh….I had not been online and he waited to do it and hoped I would be active from now on”. I responded that my email address was always active. JH again after some gibberish promised to send shipping info tomorrow. On 1/17/24 JH asked if I received shipping information. I said I saw an email with a link from Top Flight Express. Since JH kept suggested I click the link to check in I felt it was not worth the risk. I responded to I was more concerned with the correct parts arriving and I asked where to shipper was located and JH said North San Francisco CA. I recalled JH saying there was no USPS or FedEx in his area so I researched the shipper and it has a suspicious status. After I told JH that his shipper appears to be an UK/Middle East Shipper and regarded as a suspicious entity he stopped communicating and shut me out of access to the Facebook 1954-1983 Ford Thunderbird Forum Club to which I was a member of. Obviously I did not violate any Forum rules but I assume JH did not want this information publicized as many members are engaged in parts sales discussions. I looked at several of the Admins of this group and based on the posts over retime a other members reactions to non credible offers, the page is rife of fraudulent profiles conducting mass fraud.

I bought a brown human hair wig from this website . When it arrived , the outer packaging says “content” -“synthetic wig” which is FAKE HAIR not Human hair. They claim they put synthetic to avoid paying a tax which is also illegal !!! The wig was also the wrong color and looked extremely shiny and cheap. I contacted them for a return because their website says 30 day returns !! When asked for return instructions ; I was told I needed to send pictures which I did and I was still not given refund info. They told me they don’t provide a return label , but won’t give me any other instructions on how to return this item for my money back. I will dispute this charge with my bank , I suffer from hair loss and can not believe this company is still in business ! So many similar reviews/ experiences to mine. Do not order from here !

John "Zae" Gilliam, the scammer that used the online payment Zelle to get me to pay for the concert tickets in advance did not follow through with the service. This was the second time using his services so, when he asked to pay in advance on July 25, 2023 for the concert on October 14, 2023, I did. The day of concert John Gilliam said he was having issues his connect and he would contact me closer to the concert which he did not. I repeatedly tried to contact him which at some point he called back to say he was going to refund my $1400., which he did not. After many attempts he has not return any of my calls or texts.

Placed my order in November of 2023, was to be a X-mas gift for my son. Sent my first e-mail to the contact e-mail on December 27,2023, my last e-mail was January 17,2024 and he has not responded since. I've waited long enough, I'd like to get my money back or my order.

There’s a website and I clicked it and purchased an item, I didn’t it was a scam and I used my card to check out. But it was too late before I knew that it was a scam website.

I placed an order before Christmas and still have not received anything. I have sent 10 emails or so and have only got one response asking for order number etc, which I did reply to and then they didnt respond again. The business sells wigs and other hair products. Once you spend 200+ dollars on wigs, they do not send the product.

On 12/04/2023, I clicked on an ad, while playing a game, to see what it was it was. The ad claimed, "pay $9.95 for shipping and you'll receive a set of Hex clad cookware" promoted by Gordon Ramsay. I thought it was a legit offer until my husband told me our bank account was emptied. The only thing they got was information to my bank account and my email. I didn't receive any other information like an invoice number, cancellation number, sales receipt, a contract, or an order confirmation. Now the bank is denying my claim to return the funds because I was never given information they need; no confirmation email, order confirmation,cancellation number or anything.

I bought items from New York and Company in October and November 2023, I returned them and still have not received my money back. They do not return phone calls or emails. Finally was able to speak with someone via email and and was told they are researching the issue and will respond back in 24-48 hours, but there is still no resolution as of today January 16th, I have not received a refund and they can not tell me when to expect a refund! Go to their social media page and see how many people have not received their money back! That’s only if you can see the comments bc they hide any negative comments, please help!

It was for LV purse's! A new year sale. Included jewelry, clothes, shoes etc! They charged me card and never sent me a confirmation or delivery etc! I poke to my bank and the name is soothed the website that charged my card from NY??

Bought a pair of Adidas shoes from the website for $45.50 and paid through Paypal. I never received confirmation email or any email correspondence but Paypal did take money from my charge account. I never received item.

This is a scam store using other people’s contact information fake disconnected phone number and has several duplicate stores on the shop app using several different names they will not reply to emails or refund request you cannot tell who the merchants name is on my bank statement it’s just numbers and I couldn’t get my money back
