- Mineral Point, WI, USA

purchased a guitar off their website, when I didn't get a tracking email, I attempted to contact them by email as well as phone. Neither went thru, that's when I realized it was a scam. Plus the guitar I bought was still listed for sale on their website.

- Chester, NY, USA

Ordered an $800.00 office chair that was never sent or shipped with no intention of doing so and now the companies website is shut down

- Blue Bell, PA, USA

I ordered shirts in October and they told me they were delivered . They were not. Then they said they resent them and they were delivered and they were not . They have my money and have been lying about sending shirts.

I order a product and it never received it. I emailed them and they said it was delivered but will not provide USPS tracking information. My emails are now being blocked.

- York, PA, USA

Saw ad on Facebook, went to website to view item, ordered 2024 Taylor Swift calendar, and paid with PayPal. Received email confirmation of order and then another email confirmed shipping, but the item tracking page looked suspicious and it required completion of a Captcha to view tracking details. Item received after almost one month. No response received to my email complaint sent to the customer service email address.

I was excited to make a purchase on this site for a dress I had been looking for, but when I made the purchase through PayPal, I saw on the invoice the company was listed as “Nordstrom Rack” which I knew wasn’t where I made my purchase. Having already paid, I tried adding something else to the cart and taking it to PayPal to see what the invoice said, this time it was listed as Sephora. I knew it was fishy that the invoice listed a legitimate business name that wasn’t where I purchased, so I also looked through the FAQ section of the site where it said that if you did not receive a confirmation email (at this point it had been like half an hour since placing the order and I hadn’t received any email from the site itself) then the order wouldn’t be fulfilled. I contacted the company via their contact us page and haven’t received a response, though I obviously don’t expect one as I know I won’t be receiving my order.

FACEBOOK ad indicated it was Jim Shore 50% off sale. Made two purchases on same Credit Card. Never received any items; but credit card was charged. Email company to refund all monies as goods never received. They sent email of tracking that goods were received; however, the tracking link was fraudulent (could not open).

The Scammer attempted to sell copyright courses and when ask about a specific course stated that they had it available but when you send the money they said that unfortunately the course is not available and the membership you bought doesn't cover it.

- King Of Prussia, PA, USA

I impulsed bought, and then immediately had the feeling to google the website. I saw it was a complete scam so i cancelled it and emailed them to not proccess my card or the order. They then procceeded to charge my card days later. For a month i went back and forth with them for a refund, to no avail. I now cant even access website.

I ordered the package online on the 14th of December. I received a tracking number on the 18th of December saying that estimated delivery will be 21st December. Today 26th December I contacted them by phone I regard to the order as it has not been delivered yet and was told the package went to the headquarters in Kansas because the address on the package was wrong all while looking at my confirmation email and the address was correct. The man said I put street instead of road and even so the package should have been delivered to street but it went to a whole other state than NY. The man hung up on me and have yet to answer back the phone. When I listened to the voicemail the number was different from the one being called and was 516-902-1538. I realized that the company has to be a scam.

I ordered 1 pillow from Derila Pillow online on Dec. 24. There was no way to review the order before submitting the payment. After paying, I received a confirmation that said that I ordered 4 pillows, not 1. I immediately sent an email to Derila to tell them to correct the order. I received an email from Derila on Dec. 26 which said that they couldn't correct the order because their "warehouse has already sorted everything out." I called Derila on Dec. 26 and the person I spoke to said they couldn't correct the order because it had already been "dispatched." I said I did not believe that they already shipped the order, because it obviously didn't get shipped on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, and I had emailed them immediately after seeing the order was not correct. This is obviously a scam.

This company took my money through Venmo and then emailed me and told me that my order would be shipping and told me I was eligible for discount points or something like that and then never responded to my emails ever again and never shipped my product and will not respond to any of my emails or attempts to get a hold of the customer service through the portal messenger I ordered product five weeks ago. I spent $319.12.

I ordered two pairs of what I thought were on cloud sneakers. I thought I was on the correct site and the payment went directly to PayPal.

They have an Instagram account and tiktok. But you can not message them

- Staten Island, NY, USA

Contacted scammer through Face Book. I purchased a car part and paid through PAYPAL [email protected]. I paid in full 125. I was then contacted by Corvette auto parts for sale, now they demanded an additional 100 for insurance before they would ship my purchased part. This is when I realized something was not right. I refused to pay the additional 100 dollars, now they are keeping my part and not shipping. They also refused to cancel my order and return my 125. payment

I found a website selling bracelets that I was interested in. After purchasing one of the bracelets and charms to go with it, I received only 3 out of the 4 charms I had ordered along with the bracelet. The material was not as advertised and the designs I received were of much poorer quality than what was advertised.

Orders what I thought was a beautiful outdoor nativity. Used a credit card that they put through Paypal. Received a piece of garbage from China

I purchased shirts from Guidingcross.com, as Christmas gifts. I received emails stating that they ran out of materials and that the products would be delayed. I explained that if they couldn't deliver by 12/22, that I wanted the order canceled. They would reply but just say that they were sorry but would ship when it can be made again. I said again, please cancel the order. I just get rote responses.

I will be reporting you folks to the Better Business Bureau.

I believe that I have been scammed for $111.46.

Even if you are legit. I have emailed multiple times to cancel my order and you have ignored each time. Very poor business practice.

Why don’t you understand??

I no longer want this order!!!!

Please cancel the order and refund my money!!!!

Stop telling me that you’re sorry it’s delayed but it will be processed soon.

I had to buy other gifts, so I do not want this order anymore!
