This site takes credit card details for non-existant products. Within one day, 3 fraudulent charges appeared on the same card used to ‘order’. No item was shipped and any means of provided contact through the website was not functioning. Also, after providing payment for the item ordered I was prompted to submit payment a second time via a PayPal bill.

Ordered from ad on facebook. 11/12/23 payment made to VIKRASSETH LIMITED, Durham GB. This number in email 74208479WOOA M03. Billing done through Stripe. Order number I was given AT104393892CN and track through 17TRACK. I have been tracking and last report stated delivered (19 days). I have not received item.

Scammer approached me via Telegram offering to purchase for me shoes overseas. Gave him my contact information and address believing it to be true. Scammer is now threatening me saying that I purchased illegal substances off the black market and is threatening me by claiming he will send police to my address.

Scammer has posted items on Facebook market place. Offers meet up but will also offer shipping. Asks to pay via PayPal but through Facebook payment options. Then never ships it.

I ordered a necklace on their website an October 29, 2023. They charged my credit card for the $53.99 as of today I haven't received my order. I emailed them 3 times in November and never got a response.

I searched for a phone number to call and inquire but they don't have any listed or a street address.

Ordered 2 “stained glass” birds on branch sculptures. They arrived in slightly damaged condition (bent & missing hardware to attach to base) and were NOT stained glass, but painted metal! I contacted them saying I could have gotten something similar at the dollar store for &10 & wanted a refund. I spent almost $30 to return the item & a few MONTHS later it was returned to me. They won’t process the refund until receiving the package. PO said it appeared to have been delivered & refused ??

online shoe service. Purchased the shoes. Never received a confirmation of purchase email. Once shoes were delivered, the were counterfeit and not authentic. I tried to contact them and the email and phone number are not active.

Scammers have what appeared to be a legitimate site with the offer of a Product Key for activating MS Office 2019 Pro Plus for $28. I purchased two of the products online through their website and they sent me a link to claim the keys back at their website (www.kinguin.net). I tried to use the keys to activate the installation of the software and Microsoft confirmed for me both over the internet activation process and live on the phone through their activation by phone process that the keys (both - two different keys) were not valid keys. I was asked to send them screen shots which I did and each time they kept telling me i was installing the program wrong. I installed and uninstalled the program several times (at least a dozen times) trying every method recommended by Microsoft and the so-called scammers support team. I sent them several screen shots using both keys and even their recommended .iso download of the software and still they keys each time were invalid. I have been asking for a refund now for over a week now. They refuse to just issue a refund as I have asked for several times. I even said that if a refund is not issued for the invalid products then I will have no choice but to seek other authorities to assist me in getting my money back. I am reporting this to other federal government agencies to investigate as well for any fraudulent activity.

I ordered an electric scooter just before Thanksgiving. I should have known it was too good to be true. It is a scam. I am a Canadian Senior and was charged Canadian dollars in the end. I got suspicious when the service email was a phony.

Purchased an item through TikTok. Have done so previously with no issues. This time, I provided the necessary information to complete my purchase and subsequently received a tracking number for the package that allegedly shipped. This occurred on November 1.

After more than a month went by with no movement on the tracking number, I reached out to the email address provided on the website for customer contact. Received a response relatively quickly that is pretty clearly AI-generated. They assured me that my package was en route and would arrive prior to December 1.

Each subsequent attempt to contact was met with the same vague assurance that they're working on tracking down my package, but they've refused to provide updated tracking information and refused to issue a refund. There's no phone number listed to contact them and it's now been 5 weeks since I placed my order. (It was for an advent calendar, so it's useless to me at this point.)

I recently ordered a jersey from alexfastsports.com. They did not come through for me. Production was to have it ready to ship in 3 days and I paid an extra $26.50 to get it by 12/2/2023. On 12/1/2023 I received an email saying they couldn’t verify the color of the NFL team which they showed on their homepage. They were suppose to ship 12/20/2023. If Alexfast is not a scam organization, then they are completely incompetent.
