I ordered a necklace on their website an October 29, 2023. They charged my credit card for the $53.99 as of today I haven't received my order. I emailed them 3 times in November and never got a response.

I searched for a phone number to call and inquire but they don't have any listed or a street address.

Ordered 2 “stained glass” birds on branch sculptures. They arrived in slightly damaged condition (bent & missing hardware to attach to base) and were NOT stained glass, but painted metal! I contacted them saying I could have gotten something similar at the dollar store for &10 & wanted a refund. I spent almost $30 to return the item & a few MONTHS later it was returned to me. They won’t process the refund until receiving the package. PO said it appeared to have been delivered & refused ??

online shoe service. Purchased the shoes. Never received a confirmation of purchase email. Once shoes were delivered, the were counterfeit and not authentic. I tried to contact them and the email and phone number are not active.

Scammers have what appeared to be a legitimate site with the offer of a Product Key for activating MS Office 2019 Pro Plus for $28. I purchased two of the products online through their website and they sent me a link to claim the keys back at their website (www.kinguin.net). I tried to use the keys to activate the installation of the software and Microsoft confirmed for me both over the internet activation process and live on the phone through their activation by phone process that the keys (both - two different keys) were not valid keys. I was asked to send them screen shots which I did and each time they kept telling me i was installing the program wrong. I installed and uninstalled the program several times (at least a dozen times) trying every method recommended by Microsoft and the so-called scammers support team. I sent them several screen shots using both keys and even their recommended .iso download of the software and still they keys each time were invalid. I have been asking for a refund now for over a week now. They refuse to just issue a refund as I have asked for several times. I even said that if a refund is not issued for the invalid products then I will have no choice but to seek other authorities to assist me in getting my money back. I am reporting this to other federal government agencies to investigate as well for any fraudulent activity.

I ordered an electric scooter just before Thanksgiving. I should have known it was too good to be true. It is a scam. I am a Canadian Senior and was charged Canadian dollars in the end. I got suspicious when the service email was a phony.

Purchased an item through TikTok. Have done so previously with no issues. This time, I provided the necessary information to complete my purchase and subsequently received a tracking number for the package that allegedly shipped. This occurred on November 1.

After more than a month went by with no movement on the tracking number, I reached out to the email address provided on the website for customer contact. Received a response relatively quickly that is pretty clearly AI-generated. They assured me that my package was en route and would arrive prior to December 1.

Each subsequent attempt to contact was met with the same vague assurance that they're working on tracking down my package, but they've refused to provide updated tracking information and refused to issue a refund. There's no phone number listed to contact them and it's now been 5 weeks since I placed my order. (It was for an advent calendar, so it's useless to me at this point.)

I recently ordered a jersey from alexfastsports.com. They did not come through for me. Production was to have it ready to ship in 3 days and I paid an extra $26.50 to get it by 12/2/2023. On 12/1/2023 I received an email saying they couldn’t verify the color of the NFL team which they showed on their homepage. They were suppose to ship 12/20/2023. If Alexfast is not a scam organization, then they are completely incompetent.

I have the emails if you would like to see them.

This scammer has tools on social media and websites. Everything looks good until you pay. You do not pay to a bank but a third party. It is a very clever scammer. Be aware of this company. I messaged on all platforms and never received one message.

Saw an advertisement/post for House Plant Paradise on instagram. Reviewed website and checked for reviews. Did not find anything negative. Made purchase. Did not suspect the scam until I was sent tracking info from Track718. This did not look legitimate. I google searched it and found that it was likely related to a scam. I emailed House Plant Paradise asking to confirm my purchase, stating my concern about Track718, and asking to cancel my order. Person responded explaining that product may take 20+ days to be received. They use shopify and zendesk platforms.

I ordered a hair care product. The confirming email stated I would receive my product within 5 to 12 business days. I ordered this product September 10 at 9:59 AM 2023. I still have not received this product or any. Inform as to when I would receive this product. I just keep getting emails in return to my demand emails requesting my return monies the emails that they sent me keep saying that was in 24 hours when as a representative would be in contact with me I have probably sent 20 emails and haven’t heard nothing.

I received items that were NOTHING like what was advertised. The reviews are clearly being manipulated because no one in their right mind would write some of things said about these items. It’s not even just a quality issue, it’s just not the same thing as what they show. Then, when you try to return, they tell you that they don’t provide shipping labels and it would be too expensive to ship it back and would take too long. Their return policy on the website says 30 or your money back guaranteed. I do believe it says they don’t provide shipping labels but they don’t say where they are shipping from or that it will cost more to return than what you actually spent.
