They offer deals that are almost too good to be true. You put in all of your information and credit card and it repeatedly says DECLINED. I THINK THEY ARE HARVESTING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS . MY CARD HAD A FRAUDULENT CHARGE SHORTLY AFTER I TRIED TO BUY SOMETHING!

I placed online order with this company for (2) items...(furniture) on 09/10/23 and payment was accepted same date.. never received delivery items...attempted to reach the company through email only no contact phone #...there is wrbsute set up with reviews but what's staryling every review is for same item...not combinatiin of different items....they have reached backed out to me through email only explaining due to the lag in timezone the items would take longer. Its over (2) months still never received...They were not accommodating at all but just keep telling me gave it more time and provided tracking #...well intially, checking tracking #it was pending a month ago, check again it was delivered...this company scammed me with phony shipping label which they attached my phone number on it....Im currently disputing with my bank for resolution...today I still receive emails and they are repeating samething. I guess there way of giving updates...lastly, my payment was not

accepted through this company but third party that very well may not be affiliated with this company at all...the website looks legitimate to me and I obviously missed the red flags...good thIng I used pre-paid card and not my debit bank card so even if they tried to retrieve additional funds nothing is there. Also I filed complaint w/all (3) credit bureaus

On 10/30/2023I ordered from what seems like a trusted site via IG @TRAP_FLOWERS was contacted for a specific order for a special occasion, (you can go into detail if you want) but when the day came to deliver for what has already been paid for he was a no show. @TRAP_FLOWERS displayed great communication until the time he received the money. @TRAP_FLOWERS has scammed me and currently discovering plenty others out of money with hopes of receiving what was paid for in full up front with guaranteed delivery. Supporting black businesses of fellow brothers and sisters can be very trying these days when things like this happen unwarranted and it shouldn’t be this way. @TRAP_FLOWERS completely ignored my calls, messages and DMs but blatantly continued to post in the midst of trying to get in contact to even receive an apology and/or refund for the inconvenience. I do not want this to continue happening and believe it needs to be exposed.

Made an order, when items did not arrive I emailed the “company”. They apologised and said a replacement order was being made and would be sent out, and took a second payment of a different amount. Will no longer respond to emails

Saw MLO shoe company advertised all over social media. I went to the site - which looks very legit and ordered a pair of shoes on April 8, 2023.

I have emailed over 8 times and have been told they are still in manufacturing or delayed, or no response. The website always shows theses shows as available to ship NOW, when I question the company they say "oh that is a mistake we will update the website" they then put up an 'out of stock' sign. When I go back a few days later the out of stock is removed but the same issue happens.

It is now November of 2023 and I have read countless online reviews of this happening to many other people.

I received an ad on instagram for jewelry by Aspens Jewelers. The jewelry for very low cost. I have never received the items ordered but I was subscribed involuntarily to "The Aspen Family" and charged an additional fee of $22.95, receiving a "welcome" email explaining that I would be billed monthly. I emailed to cancel immediately. I still have not received anything I ordered. I emailed them and their reply was pretty nonsensical. It did not state if/when my items were/will be shipped and just said that basically they were sorry and would look into it. I looked on-line via a google search and found others had posted complaints about this business. So I called my credit card company and filed a claim, cancelling the charges and blocking any future charges.

The scammer advertised a chair on their website, which I found using a Google search. I added the chair to my shopping cart. The only option to pay was PayPal so I proceeded to checkout using PayPal. The website was redirecting me and it was unusual, however, I proceeded to the PayPal page to follow the stops to checkout. I clicked on the final confirmation button and before I could pause I pressed the “Confirm and Subscribe” button. I knew there was a problem because I did not add a subscription to my cart. I realized the whole transaction was a scam at that point. I found the cancelation policy on their website which states cancelations will be granted if I send an email within 24 hours of the order. I sent an email to the email address provided, but I received a bounce back email stating the email was rejected by the recipient. I checked my PayPal account and I was charged $59.03 for the chair and was subscribed for a “music streaming service” with a recurring cost of $310 per month. I immediately canceled the subscription and it doesn’t seem I was charged yet for that. The $59.03 was pending so I waiting for it to post then I disputed the charge through Amex. I will monitor to ensure I am not charged again. I did not receive any emails from the seller and I did not receive the chair. This is an absolute scam. Thank you.

I made a purchase on August 26, 2023. On September 24th, I still had not received the items purchased (women's shapewear). I emailed the company, they asked me to wait longer. A week or so goes by, I emailed them again, they said they'd reship it and send me new tracking information. On October 22nd, I emailed them asking for the new tracking information. It is now November and I still haven't received anything. Every email I send them I ask for a refund but they don't even address the fact that I'm asking. They simply ask me to "wait and check the tracking". The tracking stopped updating back at the start of September.

Product (a model engine kit made of metal) seemed to represent itself as a sale at a discounted price. Purchase made in March 2023. I was able to contact company by phone today. I was told that this was a raffle,and that I did not win. I saw no indication of a raffle during the purchase procedure.

I bought an item through this website via Facebook add, there were positive reviews so I thought it was safe. Months have gone by now. No updates. I tried to reach the website which no longer exists or I get a scam alert, and their support contact does not exist. So now I’m just out $40, which isn’t a lot. But enough.

CCMOM is a bait and switch website that has incredibly cool and elaborate designs for kids, that they offer to adults as well in their "Mommy and Me" collection. However when you order one of their designs, they send you something only vaguely related and very cheaply made. Most of the designs appear to be tufted and almost three dimensional in the photos, which makes them seem fun and unique and piques your curiosity. When you receive the items it's just a normal cheap fabric with something close to the design printed on it. The most sophisticated part of this scam is that the website and the images are so realistic. The website is able to mimic a legit large online retail operation, and gives you confidence you otherwise wouldn't have that the products are real. I have heard the images may have been made with AI.

I was looking for a small sofa sleeper and found one on Walmart website I ordered it and found out it was coming through a third party that no one knew about and they ghosted me after I paid for this they ghosted me I have not been able to get in touch with them I filed a complaint with their number can't get in touch with them because the complaint won't go through as I was looking through the Amazon website I saw the exact same thing again but under a different name the exact same thing on sale under the different name I knew it was the same people because they didn't change the entire name I don't know what to do I've been to the bank and I'm sure that they will help me with this but this has to stop because they took it off of Walmart site and put it on Amazon I took pictures of both sites with the product advertised this is a horrible scam and they got over on me and I need to resolve this.

I ordered a custom made outfit for my daughter back on March the 4th and here is is October and still no outfit the lady started to communicate with me telling me she was impacted by covid offering me an additional outfit for the delay I received the free outfit but she stopped communicating when it came down for me to get the outfit I originally paid for and wanted she blocked me deleted me off every way of contact I had for her i am angry I am a single mom and I spend the best on my kids and for someone to take from me and not be considerate to the fact that was for my child not me really angers me I attempted twice to get a refund and she just ignores it I just want my money back at this point she also has my personal living address and I want that from her too

I purchased a ring from this company and received it. About a month later I had another charge from the company for $22 for their "Aspen Family Charity". There was no confirmation of this monthly charge or "opt in" on their website during check-out.

Made two separate purchases from website due to getting a pop up stating I was given a "30% off coupon" on my next order. First transaction was $62.68. Second order was $131.53. Waited 7 days, per the website's policy, to receive a confirmation email regarding my order being shipped out, which never occurred. The website only has an email for customer support, so I sent in a complaint and received an email 6 minutes later asking me to go to a link that sent me to a "knowmail.quicksolve.vip" website to speak to customer service. This was an auto-response service that informed me to "wait patiently" and that "the order had been sent out, but the logistics company had not updated the latest shipping information." Since then I've received emails from the company stating the order has been updated and the tracking information on both orders has gone back and forth on information or completely changed. I ultimately checked the website for fraud history and found a lengthy list of websites warning this site is a scam. Currently in the process of trying to cancel/refund the money for the orders which, even if I am successful, won't undo my credit card information being released. It is currently 2 weeks since the original orders and I have not received anything. The website's "return/refund policy" claims no refunds after 30 days, so I'm working against the clock at this point.
