We ordered the chairs and waited for them to arrive. When they didn’t , I contacted through email and said shipment is late due to storm. Waited. Contacted again and was told it was delivered, someone must have taken it. I told them with cameras that did not happen. Contacted again and was told there was an accident and the whole shipment was wrecked. I wanted a refund. Was told they would refund 50%. I told them either I get the chairs or a full refund. Then it went to 60% refund and 80% refund. All this time, they would not give me a tracking number . This took place from September 21,2023 to October 31, 2023. I did not hear anymore from them. When I tried to contact them, it said no such email address. Yesterday I happened to try the email again and it worked! The only response I received was just like the first time I contacted them. Otherwise nothing.

I sent them an email and explained to them that I did not receive my package after it said on shop pay that I did receive the package. We went back and forth in a couple of emails and they stated they were going to send me out another package. I went on shop pay and the old picture is gone from where they said they delivered it. I don’t have a package or my money. I told them in my email I was a disabled retired veteran and I was going to report them to the BBB. That’s when they said they were going to send me another package a couple of weeks ago. I ordered this package October 12, 2023.

I ordered a silent basketball gift from the scammer's website for my son. It was ordered on 11/21 and never came. The person I've been dealing with has been awful. He sent a "tracking number," and it basically tells me nothing except that it hasn't arrived. I emailed Zac Gaulke (real name? I'm not sure), and he stated it has been "sent," so there is no money back. I've come to believe the website itself is a scam. I don't want other parents to fall for this scam and lose money over the holidays.

Same here. Same email. Same product. Same location.

I am dealing with the same issue. I received a tracking number for a purchase made on 11/28, but the item hasn’t left the original location of Jamaica, NY. Same email for Zac Gaulke listed as the contact.

Same thing happened to me. How do you get a refund?

I placed the order on July 7th 2023 and items never arrived! After emailing them for MONTHS they claim it was delivered. I have a RING camera out front and looked up the day and time they gave me but NO delivery was made. They apologized and said we will ship it again, however that order never arrived! They never advertised a phone number and when I tried to go back to the website it said, " SORRY,THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

Ordered and paid for 2 scooters and received nothing. Tried emailing them, was a fake email. Their advertisement was on both Facebook and Instagram. It's horrible how they target those with mobility issues or the elderly. Now going to call my credit card company. So discouraging.

I was searching online for an Adidas Sweatsuit. Alco Fashion advertised a variety of Adidas products on their website. I used my credit card to make an online purchase on 11/27/23. I was emailed a receipt, which indicated the delivery could be tracked. When I attempted to track it, I kept being sent back to the same page with no information about delivery. I called the phone number listed and was unable to speak with a representative. I did email them a request for an immediate refund, and I contacted my bank. I have not received the merchandise.

Tried to purchase a pop up canopy and made me make a purchase two more time and all say pending. I only tried to purchase 1 so now waiting for CC statement. I tried to call the help number which was out of service. Also I looked up the address to find out it was a residential area.

On November 12, 2023, I bought honey through Google and searched for this website. This is an ultra-low price limited time offer. After I placed the order, I was automatically deducted twice in a row (I have never encountered this situation before, and I don’t know what automatic deductions are). One was on November 12th, and the other was November 13th. But this is an order. More than ten days later, I did not receive the goods. After placing the order and paying, I did not receive any news that the order was successful (but the payment was deducted), nor did I receive any shipping information. The customer service ([email protected]) cannot be contacted. This customer service email cannot receive emails sent by Google Mail. I sent an inquiry to the payment email address ([email protected]), but there was no reply. When I complained to PayPal, they gave me the tracking information for the two waybills, but they didn't arrive at my home, just a post office box in the same area code. PayPal was deceived into thinking I received the goods and ended the complaint. I went to the post office to ask, but there was nothing. The money being defrauded is not much, but the scammer should be exposed to prevent others from being deceived again. It has not been verified by reportfraud.ftc.gov, so this is a real scam website, defrauding online shopping!

The company markets on instagram and then doesn’t fulfill the orders. Multiple people have complained in the comments that they never received their products and the company just deletes the associated posts.

I ordered some clothing that was supposedly on sale from Pink Lily. However I never received a tracking number or any information about it for several weeks. I emailed the customer service link and asked about it. They told me it had been delivered and magically came up with a tracking timeline through 818track. I told them I did not receive any packages. They then told me to check with neighbors or the front desk which is absurd as it is a residential address. Emailed them again that I had no luck finding it. They then said they would re-issue the package. This time I got a tracking number to the same site 818track. I waited a few days and went in to track my package and surprise!!! It had been delivered. Unfortunately there was still no package on my porch. Beware of deep discounts. Check to see if the site is legit. At this point I’m just eating the $37 and moving on.

There is an Instagram account claiming to be a business named loungeflynew__collection. They post Disney loungefly backpacks that are for sale and I inquired about a product. I was told it was available and would be $70.00 including shipping and handling. I gave my name and address as well as sent payment through Zelle for $70.00. I was told the item would be delivered within 2-10 business days and a tracking number would be provided. I asked for an update on my order today after 6 business days and was immediately blocked. I have screenshots to show that this is a scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes that claim to be "official" distributor of Hoka shoes. It also claims to be located at 21-A Hudson Yards, NYC which neither are true. I ordered shoes that took two weeks to arrive and when these arrived, I saw immediately these were counterfeit since I still have my old Hoka shoes to compare these too. I had to cancel my debit card and am in the process of attempting to recover the monetary loss from my bank. I have emailed the so-called company several times to get a refund and they claim the shoes are authentic and then later they claimed they would refund my money . They have made no moves to do so.... I have telephoned the HOKA company.

On the website the boots were described as leather with a wool fleece lining. They are completely made from plastic - plastic upper, polyester fleece, foam sole. They don’t look at all as pictured on the website or in the pictures posted in “reviews.” This leads me to believe that the reviews are fake as well. The ad also described them as hand made and from a local small shop which they are obviously not. The tracking was coming from china and there was a factory inspection number sticker on it

I started business with Cayla Burden, the business owner, in April of 2021. I had to pause correspondence until 2023 due to a family emergency and a military move. I resumed my business with her in 2023 where she happily accepted and we started working through the design of my business card. I made payment in May of 2023 and communication started to dwindle. She would pop back up, apologize and tell me that all of a sudden she didn’t have the materials needed for my card. One instance, she disappeared completely and I was contacted by someone named Skylar. She asked me for my address in October to ship my cards and i haven’t heard from her since after emailing her twice. Do not do business with this woman or company.

I placed an order for boots on a website. The window came up to choose my debit card or my google payment account, I chose my debit card then it did not process. I thought my internet was not working. The next day I tried to pay with the debit card through PayPal. I was concerned about my debit card now, so a QR scan came up and I decided to pay through Venmo. Wrong move. Later that day my bank called me with a suspicious charge to my debit card in California, now I am worried there are no coincidences. I never got an email about processing my boot order, or any follow up shipping emails. Venmo is not helping me to get my money back they don't understand what happened.
