Purchased through an add on Facebook what I thought was Hoka shoes on clearance. Charge came through as Theo Duo Leggings, llc, I did not agree to purchase from that sale point. I never received product. Tracked progress of order - never shipped. Emailed the email address provided, no response. Disputing with credit card company and froze my account to avoid further unwanted charges

Purchased 3 PerNF Air Purifiers from Amazon.com. They are all defective. Amazon no longer sells anything from the seller. They also do not sell replacements. I have tried to also contact PetNF multiple times. PetNF never answers and they also no longer sell the Air Purifier.

There was an add on Instagram that a plant shop was going out of business. Plants in containers were offered at about 75% off. The company was Neatleqvc and I thought it was a spin off of qvc. No where did it say shipping was from outside the US.

After 2 weeks of tracking shipment I saw it was supposedly set for delivery. I was home the day it says it was delivered. It was not. I don’t have problems with neighbors and missing items EVER. I emailed the company and they said to contact postal delivery. I went to the post office and they had no record of it.

I emailed the company again and demanded money back but of course I got no response. I paid for this with Klarna thinking it would be safer and Klarna hasn’t done anything about the fraud either.

Lesson learned. But I want to warn others.

I bought the vital tracker for my husband. I tried several chargers and even bought a charger which they suggested. Still, didn't work. They are selling a product that doesn't work and making money off of the "restocking fee" and such. SCAM

Saw an advertisement for a personalized mug on Intagram. The order took over a month to arrive. It was not even close to what was pictured on the website. After Googling the company its clear that is fraudalent.

I ordered a book from yourbookstop.com and several days later I received an email confirmation that my order was being shipped. However, the email confirmation listed a completely wrong book and stated the book was successfully shipped on “August 1, 2024” - a date that hasn’t past yet.

I contacted the support email, [email protected], and have been met with several roundabout statements. I have been in contact with support, but my money isn’t being returned. I also asked for the correct book to be sent, but it is not being shipped. Each email is unprofessional, and I noticed the FedEx tracking number that was sent to me is from Nioda, India.

Ordered one basketball. Email says it was shipped but tracking number doesn’t show any movement. When I contacted them they said there was an issue with the shipment and they would ship a second ball. Never sent a tracking number for the second shipment even after I inquired. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back.

I never received the items, I emailed them 6 times and got 2 tracking numbers and now no more tracking updates. Ordered on November 5th and now it’s January 11th and NOTHING!!

Hello. I ordered a costume from this website, and once I saw that it did not match the description I wanted to return it, and I was withing the time frame of their return/refund policy. Not only they charged me more for the tailoring service but also they are not allowing me to return, I have read other reviews afterwards that this site is a scam. They keep offering me to refund 12% or so when the product does not match, it's cheap and the whole costume is not velvet, also charging me for tailoring service when I had nothing tailored. Now they will not accept refund when clearly on their website states that return/refund is okay. Please help me and stop these scammers.

I saw ads for pretty Kate Spade bags. SIte looked like Kate Spade Outlets site and was advertised as such. When I went to order it sent me to a page to pay that didn't look like what I would expect for Kate Spade outlet. Product didn't arrive after a month of waiting and these were Christmas gifts ordered at the end of November. I sent numerous requests to track and was told to be patient. Bags arrived at the end of December and they are counterfeit bags. Quality is poor and they were packaged terribly. I've emailed numerous times and "Tiffany Torres" at [email protected] keeps emailing me to keep bags. She just sent me an address in China to return to. I have to pay the shipping and won't get refund until they receive. This is a scam.
