I ordered some tennis shoes from their website advertised on Facebook on 09/30/23.

I paid the $51.99 with my credit card ending in 7393.

The website is no longer active and there is no contact phone number.

Error establishing a database connection is the message that is received when trying to pull up their website.

They had an ad on Facebook with video showing product. It also had an email. Address and I went to their site directly. They even send you a message that your order is being processed and that the order is on its way and that you can track it through the Shop app.

The website is for peptides and is a front to steal your money. After several emails and months of time they promised me the items I had purchased. But these items were never sent. They also sold my bank information, this came up on a darkweb research via google.

Pretending to be the real company Ariat. I purchased jeans boots and jacket through an ad on Facebook. On September 5 2023. Two days later I couldn't find confirmation for order 1932 and I couldn't log on. I emailed [email protected] and they gave me a tracking site called track718.us. That tracking number is KXJ3090721702. Which on 9/7 inbound sorting center

9/9 outbound

9/11 Shenzhen sorting center inbound

9/13 outbound Shenzhen

9/16 arrived at hongkong terminal

9/19 left hongkong terminal

9/23 arrived UD

9/26 customs clearance US progress

9/30 US customs clearance

10/2 US arriving mail processing for PA

10/5 arrives at Sterling distribution center Seward PA 15954

10/7 they said package was delivered

It was not.

Been intouch with [email protected] they said it was a shipping warehouse error and wanted to send another package arriving in 30 days. I said no I want my money back. They agreed on 10/13 to refund money 3-5 days. No money was refunded nor items received.

I place two orders with a merchant by the name of David H Forde. He has a company by the name of Skylife Boutique. I place 2 orders, one on 07/26/2023 and another on 08/04/2023. The merchant reached out to me through their personal line to finalize payment on both. I reached out to merchant on multiple occasions through multiple outlet to request information on where my orders are but he refuses to answer even when there are signs that he’s getting every message I send. Below I will provide the links to both orders and evidence as well. I need to know what it takes to get my money back. I’ve tried to dispute with cashapp being that he uses that as a form or payment for his business and they informed me that nothing can be done. Products Never received.

They sent a damaged product. The advertising is completely false. The item the sell doesn’t work remotely close to how they promote it. Their site says 30 day money back return policy yet they won’t answer any email to start the return. Complexly ghosted

Ordered 2 necklaces from Med Jewel off of Facebook for $108 and still did not receive it after 28 days. There is no phone number for contact and I keep getting generic emails when I contact them. All of there posts say that most all customers receive order in 7-10 days.

I ordered a vacuum off of what I thought was h Sn and when I didn't receive it after a month. To email the company, and the company has now told me that it was delivered and the investigated it. And they only want to return 50% of my money which they have and even done.

Website came from google shopping link. Tennis shoes were for sale at very good prices. The scammer set up a daily recurring payment in paypal (I caught this before a second payment was made). I could have lost much more.

Website does not allow you to contact them, i was told i would receive a conformation email with shipping instructions to which i have not, they debited my account for product already, email given has been linked to a scam

I saw advertisements on instagram for MyCozyShark. I went to their website and purchased an item from their website on 9/28/2023. Soon thereafter a shipping label was created on 9/29/2023. Ever since then the item is still supposedly in Woodridge, IL and "USPS awaits item. I have e-mailed the company multiple times, initialyl in the beginning they responded to me and ensured it would arrive by last week. It did not. I have tried again and since then have heard absolutely nothing from them. I have requested a cancellation and refund, no response. When I look on the shop app, I see there are several negative reviews all with complaints of the item never arriving, or inaccurate sizing and people not being able to reach the company for a refund, eventhough their website says you can intiate a return for refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

Ordered an article of clothing. It actually came but was not sized correctly, so I initiated a return. The website says that returns and refunds are provided. They refuse to return/refund, giving me laughable excuses.

Bought a Nightmare Before Christmas light up carousel. Tracking number they sent went to ***************************************************** which wiuld never load. I contacted them after a month. They said wait longer. I wouldn’t. They sent a fake list of tracking location check-ins saying it was delivered to me weeks earlier. It was not. (I live at a business so people always get packages). I replied that it wasnt delivered and i want a refund. They asked me to reverify my address now sending a diff address even tho the fake tracking list had my correct town. Def a scam and uses the same email address as the scam i clicked in to enter this info.

I went to the website https://ordnancedefence.com/ because they had an article I was interested in, but the only form of payment was through zelle. After making the transfer through zelle i was provided a tracking number but then their fake shipping website https://ace- globalss.com/ emailed me saying they could not ship until i covered a tremendous "refundable" insurance. I refused and haven't heard back from the seller for a refund, I subsequently found multiple reviews saying they're a scam website and multiple people repeating the same story.

website for sneakers purchased but never received. scammer attempted to do monthly withdrawals from paypal for $74.19, which was the price of the sneakers. Luckily paypal picked up on the scam and only sent 1 payment, and canceled the future monthly payments. tracking number sent from company had product delivered in a different state. No communication from the company, no replies to my emails
