Ordered an item in the beginning of the year. Tried to make contact a hand full of times but emails were never answered. When I needed to pay they were very active until I asked months later about the item.

I ordered men’s clothing from the website via an ad on Facebook. I got an order confirmation and tracking information. The tracking showed the products moving from China to customs to the US to the US Postal Service, and finally showed delivered. Nothing was delivered. I contacted their customer service, and I was assured it was delivered, and that it must be at a neighbor’s house or something to that effect. Obviously I did not find the merchandise and then began requesting a refund. At first, they said they could not refund, then they offered a 70% refund, and now they say there are delays in processing the refund due to large numbers of requests at the bank. It’s all obviously fraudulent .

I placed an order with Belmead Designs in November 2021 for a pre-order of two needlepoint canvases that had a turnaround time of around three months. I was in contact with the seller about making an update to my order and heard back from them immediately. By 4 or 5 months, I had heard nothing new and had no update on my order then I received a shipping confirmation email from them. I reached out to re-confirm they had sent the right canvas (since I had previously made a change) and they assured me it was the right one. Instead I received the wrong one. I emailed them back and said I had received the wrong canvas and also the other canvas I ordered was missing. They said they would rectify it and were resending the right canvas, which they did but they never sent my missing canvas. I followed up with them about the missing canvas and didn't hear from them so finally I began asking for just a refund, to which they never responded. I kept telling them that I would dispute it with my bank if I didn't get a refund, which is what I ended up doing.

After a few months, my bank decided that the dispute wasn't applicable since I had authorized the purchase on my end. I was furious.

There was no option to leave any sort of review for this business so I commented on their instagram warning other shoppers to NOT order as it was a scam. Within 60 seconds, the business had blocked my personal account and my professional account.

I am attaching my email correspondence with them.

I purchased a few self defense items from TikTok, through this little shop called Girls-defense. My order was $49.45, counting shipping + tax. My order was said to arrive within 8-10 business days, but it’s been 15 days. My package was created around July 6th, has been in Woodside, NY. ever since then the package has been at the same place and hasn’t budged. I’ve contacted the owner of the shop and they haven’t been much help at all. I’ve mentioned refunds and everything as well. I either want my things that I ordered, or have my money refunded back to me. I’ve noticed that when I comment on their TikTok page about my order, my comments get deleted. The owner of the shop won’t respond to my messages or emails…

I saw a Birkenstock add on Facebook for sandals on sale. I purchased the sandals, it was taken out of my account and the tracking took a very long time for any changes and then it said the product was delivered to New Jersey. I sent multiple emails to [email protected] which was the contact information for the website and they finally answered me back after about 4 emails. That person said they wound get in contact with the warehouse and that was on 7/1. As of now, I haven’t heard anything back from them.

Purchased an item off a FB ad. The item was "Father's Day Sale??Multifunctional Wireless Remote Control Lawn Mower+Press 'N Pour 2+ Gallon Gas Can, Red." I went to the website which looked cheap like TEMU so I tried it out. It did not send a confirmation email. A week later I got a TRACK718 tracking number for my order https://www.track718.com/en/detail?nums=AG531914656CN&source=XShoppy . Weeks later I get a small package that contains a COOL TOWEL. The package says it came from: Gregory Gill 2825 E 54TH ST VERNON CA 90058.

I attempted to order something from the site using paypal. I was charged but the order showed as declined. I called the numbers on the site and sent an email. I also called my bank and they said the order was in the process of being refunded. There are two different numbers on the website for contact. The second one listed was disconnected. The first number, a woman answered and began telling me about a special deal of some kind for something totally unrelated like she had called me. A few days later I received an email saying they were sorry for the confusion but wanted my info to help straighten things out. This seemed strange since my info was in the first email. I didn't end up getting charged for anything and I guess the limited info I did give them wasn't very valuable. This is certainly suspicions behavior and I didn't end up pursuing it further.

Mislabeling a product as one thing and sending a lesser quality, possibly counterfeit product that had been tampered with. Complete opposite of what was described online.

I ordered two wide leg jumpsuits from Coverfrot.com. When I finally received them about a month later, they were not as advertised. The sizing was incorrect and the style I received was not what was pictured. I contacted them to inform them of this and was met with them telling me I received the correct items and they would do nothing, even though they have a 100% money back guarantee on their site. I emailed again and was told I would have to pay the very expensive shipping back to china and they couldn’t guarantee a refund. I believe this company to be a scam.
