Online Retailer Scam Reports & Reviews (1828)

I tried to use this baby making generator for fun to see how my future baby would look like. Of course, it didn’t look good and they made you start a 3 day free trial in order to view it. Then it would be charged to your card after the trial ends. However, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and it’s not working. They won’t respond to emails. This is an obvious scam and there are tons of online reviews saying the same thing as well.

Company number: 12550956

Order a chest of drawers and I received 2 pairs of socks instead! When I tried to cancel the order Jimmy's email said they could not refund credit card or cancel order. I tried canceling with 24 hrs. I was told in email that the order had already been processed. Also received an email telling me to expect a late shipment as this item was in demand.

I purchased some clothing items online. They were never delivered even though it said delivered on the tracking information. I contacted the company via email and at first they offered to resend the items. I declined and asked for a refund. They then told me it was not their problem and that someone signed for the delivery. I disputed that and asked for proof. They explained that they could not provide any proof and it wasn’t their problem. They tried to offer me 50% refund and then 70%. I refused both. I have security cameras that prove that NO delivery was made.

I was on Facebook and saw an ad for Chico's Warehouse Clearance. On June 21, 2023, I purchased a jacket for $9.90 and the shipping was $7.00 for a total of $16.90, When I tried to enter my credit card, I had to try 4 or 5 times until it went through - This was a red flag, but I overlooked it!. On June 24, I received an unusual email from a "Mary" with un business-like language-- words like"sincerely, Mary'". The email said I would receive a tracking number in a few days, but it never happened. I email this " Mary" person 4-5 times asking when my order was being shipped, and stating that I never received it. The item never arrived! Shortly after this, On July 1, 2023. our credit card company called and notified us that there had been attempted fraud on our account. $400 at Sea World Florida!

Interestingly enough, the merchant descriptor for my " Chico" order was " Crafty Creations" located also in Florida! I have reason to believe the Chico scammer was the same person trying to use my credit card in Sea World. I spoke to Chicos and they informed me that they are aware of impostors. Please look into this Crafty Creations outfit, as I do believe if they are not held accountable, they will continue to scam more consumers. IThe scammer charges have been disputed and corrected, but I still am upset with their shady, sketchy behavior.

This individual sells “health” products directly from her instagram page and an online store where you can purchase her products. There are multiple people who she has scammed as well. She has changed her instagram name as well. I sent her money for a product through Venmo. She initially sent a fake tracking number and never no refund. She was recommended by a friend who she also scammed. She promotes health and wellness but is scamming people out of money.

I ordered a garden cart thru the ad on Facebook. Total with FedEx shipping was $38.86, the charge showed it was to

‘Online Mall HK HKG.’ I’ve been tracking the shipping, Saturday 7-8-2023 it was in Lancaster Pa. Saturday I received 2 pair of socks from someone I did not order. My husband looked it up, this was a scam this Chinese company was doing. I got the socks instead of my garden cart! This morning I got a message my order was deliver in my mailbox Saturday! No it wasn’t, the garden cart would fit in the mailbox, I got the socks! I have photos of all of this information.

I placed an order on the website and never received an order confirmation. I waited 24 hours to contact the business after placing my order and not receiving a confirmation. The only means of contact on this website is an 800 number that no one answers. After requesting a call back through the automated system i received a call from a guy who asked for my email name and home address. He said he would resend my confirmation email and if i did not receive it within 24 hours to give a call back. I waited 2 days and never received a confirmation email. I tried calling back and requesting a call back but no one has responded. They are not attempting to place a recurring charge on my account. I never received any products but some how am being charged $100 after i placed a $30 order.

I was using game app Word Connect, I downloaded previous day. I saw blinking icon (as if message) within App, selected it, it showed "selected to win a prize" and it "appeared" to have Amazon "swoosh" at top but did not say Amazon anywhere on App. It stated I could when iPad if I select correct box, which I did on 2nd try. It wanted 7.99 to process S/H but would give $2 discount if using MasterCard, I used Visa. After confirmation of "order received" within App on phone, I received email from [email protected] with Confirmation # but contact info for customer service". I also received email from Selected Premier Discount [email protected] stating "Welcome to Selected Premier Discount! You've activated your customer account. Next time you shop with us, log in for faster checkout". The App stating I won a prize never mentioned anything about signing up for a shopping program. This is when I started researching these emails and came across ScamPulse.com and other websites stating the negative rating and fraudulent charges later on from these "companies". I called my CC Co, told them what happened and canceled CC.

From. an FB advertisement- price seemed to be unbelievably low for such nice clothes and alas, i placed and order and they even had fake tracking info of it traveling from China to our doorstep. A complete scam- beware!

They offered a discount and buy 4 get 1 free. I only ordered 1 . I have contacted them by email and they just offer me partial money or discount on another item.

Purchased two sunglasses from this website and made the payment using PayPal. When I didn’t get any receipt I reached out to the business asking them to please confirm and also give me shipping details. No response. The PayPal receipt says that I donated money to Karla Nayokpuk. I can provide proof.

Ordered a two basket/two tiered collapsible shopping cart for $38.97 from a Morrstan ad on Facebook. Instead of sending the cart, they sent a 1-inch x 3-inch toy truck. I will be disputing this with my credit card company and have the multiple other scam reports to help support my claim.

Supported this business through Indiegogo as backer #152. Purchase was made on 1/26/23 of "Funland Magnetic Play Couch". Owner quickly became no-communicative. Item was supposed to ship in April.

I just want to warn others about this company.

I placed an order at Litfad website for a console table. As soon as I placed the order the same day I canceled the order. They told me they can not cancel the order because it was shipped out the same day. I received the package after I told them to cancel the order. They forced the package to me and want me to kept the package. I try to return the package and they tell me I have to pay for shipping which is very expensive to ship the huge box back to them. I kept asking them for the return address and they did not answer my email at all of a return address. They force the package to me. They claimed they shipped the package the day I placed the order. I canceled the order right away how can you ship a package to me right away that took weeks to get to my home? This company info: Litfad or Baycheer International Limited, Rm 1101B, 11/F, Lippo Sun Plaza, 28 Caton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong kong 3163957. They do not have no phone and just go back an email address: [email protected]. They took my money and never have attentions on returning it. They are a big scam.

I saw an ad on facebook for a vanity. Order placed on June 8, 2023 their tracking number said it was delivered IN or AT my mailbox June 21, 2023. Yesterday June 6, 2023 I emailed them for a refund they told me it was probably at my local post office (Angel was the person's name). Today I went to the post office they said the tracking number wasn't even real. When I got home I sent a second email, no response as of July 7, 2023 at 10:23 am
