I placed an order on the Rigenill website for some men's shorts on Saturday, 6/3/23. The website said that within 24 hours, the order would ship and I would receive a confirmation. The email confirmation was never sent and when I tried to contact customer service at the email address listed it bounced back as undeliverable. I am seeking a refund of my order of $43 and to cancel the order if possible.

Year 2023: This company went by the name "Nutty Buzzy" I found them on facebook and went to their site nuttybuzzy.com. I ordered a BB cream for my gf Febuary 3rd. It never arrived and instead came a pair of socks. They were located in Hong Kong,China. I emailed the support at [email protected] March 2 2023 . After 2+ weeks no response I contacted my card to get money back and reported them. It's now June 6th and when I look up the company name, they now go by "Yeardour" and all of a sudden they are located 5050 S SYRACUSE ST,DENVER, CO 80237 . Enough people made complaints and instead of solving them, they go for a name and address change but still selling the same stuff and have same layout. Avoid them at all cost!

They sent two bottles of slim detox and slim detox gummies that I did not order. They have my debit card number . I called them woman with heavy accent. She said they would cancel my account for further shipments. This is a 14 day trial then they charge you. She wouldn't answer how they got my debit card. This has happened to other people too when you Google it.

The website, MyCpmfyPant does not give an address. The products, according to the shipping track, were shipped from China.

The products they advertise were of a very poor quality when they arrived....very poor quality fabric and not well made. Their website states that they have an 100% satisfaction refundining policy. However, their phone number is not in working order and when I emailed them, 3 times, I got an automated reply from a site, Hellocustomer Zendesk Support: [email protected], saying that I would hear from them in 1-2 business days but did not.

This is obviously a scam. I finally looked on their facebook page, mycomfypant, and saw that others had had the same experience as I did.

Their wesite needs to be removed from the internet. They are not what they purport to be. They say that they offer good quality pants but they are trashy, cheap, and poorly made.

I have disputed this transaction 5 times since April 27th,2023 . I have reached out several times to their business chat and no response. I get fake support email saying they delivered my order from china to Los Angeles ,CA . I live in Pennsylvania! I have tried to dispute and request refund several times , no luck . No goods were ever received , my 37.49$ was lost and I’m going in circles with cash app support.

My father purchased from this website two model kits. Originally he was told it was coming from California, USA. Only to receive tracking from an international postal service saying it had shipped from China. It took a while but it then arrived to California. Well we finally get a package in the mail obviously no what he ordered. It had a new slapped over the the one from China with the name Tyler Zabolio from 3148 Colima Rd Hacienda Heights, CA 91745. The package contained a checkered small bag with the words fashion instinct on it

A person identifying themselves as Mercy Folsom was trying to rehome horses. She listed a horse for sale and I began a discourse with her about this horse. She told me he was $700 adoption fee plus $800 shipping through her organization (identified on FB as Horses, Mules, and Donkey for sale near me she also had horses listed on Quality Horses SC, NC, GA, and VA. She and I began communication through FB messenger and I asked for pics and video. She asked me to fill out an adoption form, which I did. I paid via Zelle and then was contacted by the company she has said would be delivering the horse. I had researched the company and her but found nothing horrible, other than the shipping company Swiftmoves Express did not have a great rating with BBB. She assured me she had used them for years, because they would help with her cause. I paid them $900 shipping insurance which would be refunded when the horse was delivered to my address. When the tracking number showed the horse in VA he went "on hold" and I was contacted that I needed to pay for feed and emergency medical fee of $1000. I asked for pictures, video and details. The company called me and when I would begin to talk with the person they would disconnect and text me from a Florida number using Google phone and try to communicate with me that way. Mercy Folsom began harassing me telling me to pay and telling me the horses were suffering because I wouldn't pay. The first pic they sent me was not even of my horse. I waited hours as the driver then told me he was not with the horse. Then they sent two pics, obviously sent from a video, and then said they would email me the video. The video came of the correct horse in a stall but then at the end of the video it was obvious it had been cut from some other video. I refused to pay, and both Ms. Folsom and the driver became ruder and threatened that the horse was suffering. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I was blocked from Ms. Folsom's site. I did comment on a few of the pages posting her posts that she was a scam. All of those posts were taken down. I was contacted through FB messenger by others who she had started the process with, and I warned them off as well.

The dress is nothing like what they have on the website. After my bad experience I saw reviews and they are offering people the same thing they offered me. 10% refund and to keep the dress. But I do not want the dress it does not fit and is not what I ordered. They make it seem like they are located in California but when you request to return the item they say they are located in China

Ordered wind spinners from CharmJoin company. Never received the package. Contacted the company and they gave me a tracking code that stated it was left at mailbox by USPS. USPS did not recognize the tracking number - they needed a USPS tracking number. Contacted CharmJoin again for USPS tacking number. They gave me one but the USPS didn't recognize that either.

I paid for shipping insurance in addition to the product and shipping.

CharmJoin will not refund the entire amount nor reship the items.

Since I have met such resistance and they keep giving false tracking numbers, my guess is that this is just another scam from China.

I bought a "patriotic" t-shirt from this outfit about six months ago. Unbeknownst to me, that purchase led to this group, Patriotic American, deducting $12.99/month from my bank account for a "membership" I did not ask for, want or need and wasn't even aware of until I questioned the charge, knowing I hadn't bought anything from them. If you look at their Facebook page, there are angry and unhappy comments from MANY others who've experienced the same snatch-and-grab from their bank accounts simply for making a one-time purchase from Patriotic American. That $12.99 adds up to $155 a year for NOTHING! I, and others like me, can't afford to dish over $155 a year for something that benefits me in no way, and only suffices to satisfy their own greed. There is NO way to contact these people, except by email -- no owner name, no street address, no phone number. One would think that a shop that bills itself as "patriotic" wouldn't engage in such shady business practices, and I HOPE you will invesitgate them! (PS -- I did email them, and did receive a response and a notification that they would "cancel" my membership (that I never signed up for!) and refund the $12.99 they pulled from my account on June 2, 2023.)
