a man called to say I owed this company $250 for the Free Trial that I took advantage of in September, 2023. If I do not pay the money, they will start sending out monthly supplies and charge me for them until I pay the initial money they say I owe ( They haven't been able to prove that to me) plus the amount will grow with each shipment. I will not pay this, and this business plan of theirs is bullying. I paid what was required for the shipping of the free trial. The guy told me that they will ship and the amount owed will rise, then they will somehow mess up my credit, take me to court, etc.

I found this shop through Instagram. I placed an order. The confirmation indicated the item would arrive in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks I sent an email to the address listed on the receipt and web site. Two days later I received an undeliverable notice that said:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

[email protected] ([email protected])

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

There was no answer at the phone number listed on the web site.

While there are several customer reviews on the site, I have a hard time believing them to be true.

I ordered what I thought was a Carhartt woman's rain jacket with fleece lining in size XL. I received and XXL with definite signs of it being a fake Carhartt, like an ironed on logo, fleece lining that sheds horribly and just cheap fabric. I contacted Carhartt and this is not one of their garments. When I emailed the company for a return because they sent the wrong size and that I was not happy with the quality, I got this response:

Dear Customer,

If you insist on returning, please return the item to the following address. But we suggest you check the shipping before you return, it may cost you a lot of money.

Please tell me the tracking number after you return, then we will refund you after we get the return package, it may take us a long time.

Address: No.218,Xinxi Avenue,Gaoxin District,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,China

Zip code : 710000

Phone number: 18723658493

Receiver: Tiffany Torres

If you can keep your order, we will do partial refund to you, and you can get the refund in a short time, it will be much easier for both of us, please consider it.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Stanley-brand tumbler. What arrived was a no-name / no-brand tumbler that was not only a different color but also dirty! The company's "about me" has a story of a mother/daughter pair from NJ who decided to begin selling online, but it must be phony. Trying to get them to refund me (email replies take weeks) because of the obvious false advertising but I may have to contact the credit card company to get it resolved or else I am out about $60.

They ran their ad on social media advertising make up brushes for make up artist, so I pay for 8 30 piece sets. Never received them and after I realized they were not coming I decided to call the number on the website it went to a different business so I figured that I was scammed.

Advertisements and website imply a new cosmetic product. However upon receiving the product the packaging and product appear scratched, dented and dirty—assuming it was resold as new. Contacted retailer via customer service email—their response was such that there’s no violation in their quality of product.

Purchased an item from this website, once I received it.. it looked nothing like what was described or pictured. Completely fraudulent. Also took over two months to receive due to an “issue” with their vendor. The item was poorly made, looked cheap and nothing like the description. It was clear that the company tried to pass off a cheaper version of what was advertised on the website.

I ordered a perfume, that turned out to be fake and the seller won't refund me my money back. A few days later they removed the specific listing from their website.

- Coplay, PA, USA • Mar 12, 2024

Ordered from their site and was charged on feb 18 for the product. On 2/23, they emailed me saying there have been unforeseen circumstances and the shipping has been delayed. On 3/3, i emailed them for a tracking # and told them if the product hasn't been shipped yet, then i want my money back. They replied on 3/3 saying the product would definitely be shipped in the next 3 to 5 working days, which would have been by 3/8. I reached out again to see where the products is and no response.

I ordered two "Detroit Lions Limited Edition High Slit Shirts and Leggings" outfits from ShopFanz, total amount of $79.98, on January 24, 2024. Prior to placing my order, I did check to verify that the items could be "Returned for Refunds or Exchanged" with the customer paying for the Return Shipping & Handling Fees. Unfortunately, the Return Address was not listed on the Web Page.

I received my order on February 13, 2024. However, the Quality of the Fabric and the Look of the Merchandise did not look like the photos that were pictured on their website. The Fabric was more like light pajamas material; the Slit Shirt was made like a Baby Onesie, but made for Adults; the Leggings were made like Jogging Pants. Since I was not happy with these outfits, I decided to "Return for a Refund."

This is were the "Scam" comes into play. There is no Customer Service Telephone Number or Return Mailing Address on their Website, shopfanz.com; you can only contact them via Email at [email protected] for information regarding Refunds or Exchanges.

The items were originally shipped to me via USPS Priority Mail, Online Seller, 1655 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. I contacted ShopFanz via Email, explaining that I was unhappy with their products and would like the "Return Mailing Address" to "Return the Items for a Refund". ShopFanz sent approximately three Emails, after I contacted them several times, without their "Return Address" for my "Refund". Once I informed ShopFanz that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, if I did not receive a "Return Address" to return their merchandise for a "Refund", they finally decided to send an email with a "Return Address" of Room A6010, 6/F, Building A, No.85, Liguang Road, Zhoucun Community, Lishui Town, Nanhai, Guangdong, China, 528244. This is unbelievable and unacceptable!!

I could not believe that I ordered the merchandise from China. If I had known, that I was ordering and had to Return or Exchange Items directly to China, I would have never ordered these items. It will cost me $65.00 via the USPS to Return these items for a "Refund" of $79.98. This is definitely a "Scam", since the "Seller" does not indicate on their website that you are "Ordering" directly from "China" and that all "Returns/Exchanges"are to be "Mailed" back to "China". I would like ShopFanz to "Pay"for the "Return Shipping & Handling" charge and to "Issue" me a "Full Refund" for their "Deceptive Advertising."

Thanks in advance for all you can do!

The site was an add for Resort to Style that popped up on my Facebook page that led me to a website. After I purchased several jeans totaling $64.44, I received a confirmation email from foveth.com which wasn't the name of the business. I then googled it and several reviews stated it was a scam. I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order. I received an email back from "customer service team" stating that they couldn't cancel the order but their return policy was very easy. The next day I received an email stating that my package shipped, but it was with an unknown courier called "Track718". I googled that name and it also came up as a scam/fraudulent company. I replied to the email that they sent me saying they couldn't cancel my order--I told them that I wanted a full refund based on the fact that their courier service is fraudulent and so are they. I advised them I was reporting them to the BBB.

My company hired Zuri Cudjoe, owner of Beautiful Monday Bespoke, LLC., after he approached us about designing fitness apparel for retail use for our business. He stated he had access to manufacturers that could produce fitness clothing apparel specifically, with our branding. We ordered 20 t-shirts on December 26, 2023, and paid $550 via Zelle. It is now March 11, 2024, and we have received no product. Cudjoe claims this is due to manufacturer delays. However, we have proof that there are no pending orders from the manufacturers he claimed to have contact with. He now refuses to refund our money in total and states he is losing money from the project but will place another order with a manufacturer despite our explicit instruction not to refund our money. He still refuses to refund our money. He is highly unprofessional and deceitful, and we are taking him to civil court to recuperate the financial losses of this business transaction that has gone wrong.

- Bowie, MD, USA • Mar 11, 2024

I placed an order on 3/6/2024 around 4 p.m. for two “Bob Cut Wigs”, one in “Black” and the other “Red/Purple”. It is now 3/9/2024 and I still have yet to receive a confirmation email. I’ve attempted to contact the company via email using “[email protected]”. I’ve called the number listed on their social media platforms (407-479-8039) no one answers it goes to a voice mail. I’ve even researched and looked through comments on FaceBook and Instagram. I screenshot a comment from a lady who received the wrong product and she states that she’s been trying g to get ahold of customer service multiple ways and no one responds. They then took down the conversation of me asking her about her experience- I screenshot that as well. I have an order number but nothing else. They immediately withdrew the funds. I also found a lengthy review on Youtube from a lady who states she never received her order but then one wig magically appeared with no tracking number etc the wig was shedding amd cheap.

I ordered a short set and when received the quality was poor and the size didn’t fit. When I requested an authorization form to return the item, which was their so-called procedure, I was first offered $8, then $15. and I could keep the garment. I can’t and wouldn’t wear the garment, and was willing to return it for a refund of $54.98, the original purchase price. Upon making this request, I haven’t heard from them since. Potential customers need to be warned about this company- this is a scam!

I received an Instagram add showing a sale of products I buy so I went to the website and purchased from them. I gave them

My credit card and mailing address information.

Initially bought some toys for my son and then had to cancel as the delivery timing was too long. Received a refund for initial payment. Then, began to receive unauthorized charges of $11 every month. Tried to reach them, never answer the phone. Left messages and email. After searching the Internet, similar cases of unauthorized charges have been made to other victims. Typical scammers. Have filed a police report and credit card company has blocked them. DO NOT make the mistake of purchasing anything from these scammers.

The scam site was listed in an Instagram ad under the name Halara. Halara is a real site, that I’ve purchased from in the past and enjoy. I clicked on their ad and the pictures and names all were the same. However when I got my email confirmation it came from a different website and address. I was skeptical right away but gave them a chance. Product was failed to be delivered twice and money failed to be refund twice. I went back and forth with their customer service team before resorting to the BBB.

I order beef and chicken from marx meats. It was supposedly a sale. I ordered it on 12/25/2023 I paid for it. Never received it. I emailed them quite a few times with them responding they are sorry for inconvenience and will be shipping out another order. Never received anything. They keep sending the same email. Saying they also are losing money because of having to send out another package. I know nothing will be done about this. But I want people.to know about how this company is a fraud and thieves
