I purchased an anxiety fight silver ring for my daughter for Christmas on or around Dec. 5 and paid about 29.99 plus tax and shipping. It is now December 31 and I never received this I just now read reviews and other people had the similar experiences. Some did receive them and the quality is either tarnished, broken and almost like the dollar tree There is no contact information listed for this company and others could not reach them either. This company said it is listed in US but it is in China! Total scam!.

Order an item at the company named above. Money was withdrawn from my bank account item that was never received. Contacted the company via email. They stated item was delivered and signed for. Explain them in the email when I get a item from the post office mail carrier it does not have to be signed for. The company now ignores my emails and will not respond.

Purchased ruffland kennel through Facebook messenger. Paid for product and shipping cost via Zelle. Seller stated I would be contacted by a shipping company with tracking information. Buyer received email from shipping company presenting two options asking for an additional $450 or $900 for shipping insurance saying it will be reimbursed by agent and asked if I wanted to pay via PayPal or Zelle or Apple Pay. I told seller that this did not seem right and asked for a refund. She said that a refund is not an option right now because the shipper has the product. Cost paid for the kennel was $305. I filed dispute with the bank.

December 2, 2024 I ordered a coat on Wellman Studios online website. Response to order. We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. A week later still no tracking information or nothing. I goes to the website to try to find a number to customer service or email no nothing. Website states something went wrong. Even when you google the website nothing shows up but a instagram. Now I’m wondering this company may be fraudulent. No order takes this long and it’s hard to get in contact with help. So I eventually finds a contact number and email on afterpay app.

December 14th: I found a email and contact number. I emailed asking ‘Where is my purchase’ and I called no response thinking it’s the weekend store close. A automatic response stated. Your request (112043) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

December 16th: I get a response from Kimberly stating Hello ****,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order.

Unfortunately, due to the current site downtime, we’re unable to access order details at the moment. However, please rest assured that your follow-up request has been noted, and we will prioritize it as soon as the site is back up and running.

So After her last email I’m like let me find another way to try to get help with this.

December 26 I call customer service and spoke to a live person explaining everything. Representative told me she escalated everything and someone should reach out to me soon. I said I will like to speak with a supervisor. She says ma’am there is nothing more we can do so wait for someone to give you a call. I stated I have reported Wellmans because the website is a fraud right along with the fake employees and company y’all advertising. I said yall stealing people money left and right. The ScamPulse.com has been informed. Why the representative said ma’am what is the last four digits of your card you place the order with. I said you should have it in your system when you stole my money. I have the last 4 digits and she said your money should be in your account soon it depends on your bank and hung up FAST. Another lie

December 26: still no package. I emailed Kimberly again stating. I have not received my refund yet. My order number is Online # 100690606713. I order on December 2nd. Still have not received the item I ordered because, Wellman studio is a fake website. Your so call site or system issues should be resolved by now December 26. REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW!! I have reported Wellman studio fake website to the authorities. Wellman studio is fake advertising men clothing in. I have notify agencies of the scamming this company is doing towards individual to steal money by ordering from your fraudulent website. I will continue to spread the word to other customers every day.

I reached back out to Afterpay and went through the steps of filing a complaint of not receiving my purchase. Afterpay found a way to reach there team. Wellman Studios stated my order was delivered per there last update by FedEx. Gave a FedEx tracking number of 282752022706 and all that. I can’t make this up. I goes to FedEx to track the purchase. DELIVERED

LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got scammed like others. The reviews speaks volume, facts, and same situation they putting every customer thru to not refund us our money because they are fraud. Oh and guess who emails me back with the same lie. KIMBERLY!

Kimberly what is your last name? Why haven’t a supervisor reached out to me to communicate the situation? You continuously lying adding fire to the situation. Just refund me my money. So Wellman’s site been down for three weeks and no one thought about informing the customers? And still down but I was told my item was delivered on 12/10/24??the lies yall getting caught up in. Bad teamwork with the lies. This is very unprofessional and sad how the company is going about stealing customers money.

Now still waiting on another lie she going to tell me. SMH

Please inform customers online that this company is fake and they out to scam you for your money and you will not receive your purchase.

I purchased items from this website, and the shipping said 2 days. However, it was over a month til the tracking number they provided said “delivered”. I contacted them about this and they replied with the following email: Thank you for contacting us.

Our goal has always been to provide customers with a satisfactory shopping experience, and please believe that we will solve all your problems for you.

After hearing your feedback about not receiving the package, we contacted the courier as soon as possible, hoping that the courier could make financial compensation, but it was difficult for us to obtain compensation from the courier. Normally, couriers will not make any compensation for delivered packages.

As our precious customer, we cannot let you bear this loss. We are willing to resend the package with the expedited service to you for free, and it is supposed to arrive within 7–15 days.

They did resend the package. And once again, I never received it. So I notified them of this, and they only want to provide me a 70% refund. Please do not purchase from this scam of a company.

I orderd two artificial prelit Christmas arrangements for my outdoor planter on November 26, 2024 in the amont of $61.75. I tried to communicate when I did not receive but never received any response. The payment was posted to my account on 11.27.24 Everyhing has dissappeared from the email and the website. Shame on me for trusting this outfit.

The boards are much much cheaper then expected for a good quality board. Looking at the website we saw that it wouldn't let us pay, as the shop wasn't accepting money. Looking closer we found that the address they used is to an apartment complex and not a shop. We also noted grammer mistakes on the website. We would have fallen for the scam had they been accepting money. Thankfully they were somehow blocked and unable to take money.

DO not, I repeat do not buy from Wellman Studios. They are a scam online website pretending to sell clothing. I ordered twice from the website and both times my package never arrives. It was delivered to an unknown address. I contacted the company, and they said they will give a refund and never did. I also paid once with Afterpay, and due to the fact that you cannot speak to customer service, I am stuck paying that bill as there is no option for scam company. The website is now deleted, nowhere to be found. The LLC's kept changing as per Fedex, but it is what it is. I will contact my bank

The webstore is called Mookom, I came across it on facebook. They have beautiful pictures of mugs made from crystals. They even have a video they stole that shows people starting to create the mugs, white people from the USA. I Paid $42.68 ( on sale, of course) when it arrived, it was from China, took forever to get it & I recieved a mug that looks like a toddler painted it & it is definitely plastic. It was really sad & ugly & wouldn't even hold a whole cup of liquid inside. I am so sick of this bull everywhere!

I waited past that and no item, yet my money was withdrawn for 47.80 (the price of the item online). I then emailed the company and got no response back. Now I go to check the website and it says “sorry this store is unavailable”.
