Business advertised on Facebook for a “Bridgerton” watch party box. It was supposed to be for the season 3 premiere on May 16, 2024. Placed my order on February 7, 2024 and the website said it would ship in about 3-4 weeks. When it didn’t ship, the website gave excuses about not having all the items for the boxes yet or that certain items had broken. They said to give them more time. No problem because the premiere was still a few months away.

But as time passed, no word from the website and no box. Contacted them again and was assured my order was going out soon. I was promised a ship date and it didn’t ship. Another excuse about a death in the family. Given another ship date. Still nothing and given an excuse about someone having sinus surgery and that the boxes would ship soon. Still nothing.

The premiere of the show as approaching, and we were told that the boxes wouldn’t be getting there in time, but would be shipped out in time for the premiere of Season 3 Part 2 in June.

Then the website stopped updating customers. They won’t answer emails, texts, or PMs. They turned off all commenting on their Facebook page because so many people were complaining about not receiving their boxes or other items that they had ordered from this business.

Blidz have you sign up by telling you that you can make money. You sign up they give a few dollars just to charge you $19.99 upfront. You pay it then you make $10.00 and you go to cash out the money you make then they charging you again. I cancel my account with them and they turned around the following month and took $12.99 out my account. I contact them by email and didnt get no response for days. Then I finally did get a response you have to keep cancelling so they dont charge you. I told the person who emailed me....Joy that I did cancel my account and I was still charged. All Joy could say was theres no refund. I think think this is a gamick and need to be stopped now. Again I contact customer service and that what I was told by whoever Joy is. Theres even an app in the app store on Android phone for them too

This was an order placed with one price and they charged a higher price that was unauthorized. I canceled the order immediately, but they still processed the higher amount and have refused to refund me even though the order is canceled.

Provided coupon code for discount; however, it didn’t take it off from the total amt.

Service stated “ Virtual Spiritual Circle - Guaranteed Messages! ”. No messages provided from him.

From this experience; however, I deduced my own “message” and that was he is not authentic. So disappointing.

Looked at an ad on Facebook but didn’t see the cost so I exited the ad.

I just received the product when I never ordered it nor gave my home address. Also, the ad says hand painted but it’s not….its sprayed on by a computerized sprayer.

The bird houses look nothing like the pictures and they came from China. Now, does James Russell live in China if he is "hand-making" them. I am all for veterans, but I don't believe he is a veteran.

I saw the produce heating and cooling mobile small air conditioner being advertised. During the advertisement video, the product was video showed the product having a heavy air flow and a cooler temperature that can be felt. When the product arrived at my home, I tried it and was not happy with the product as advertised in the video. I made several attempts to get a refund and received a serious run around that got me very frustrated to the point that I accepted the purchase as a lost. I considered this product as being advertised falsely.

I purchase from with website after a social media (ad). The social media ad, advertised Abercrombie and Finch Jeans on sale. I completed the payment, then changed my mind immediately. The only form of contact was an email or to reply back to the confirmation email. I replied back to the confirmation email that showed as Customer Service. I stated that I wanted a refund. I was informed that the products had already been sent for delivery even though the order was just placed. After two days of emails I stated that I would contact authorities and they said the refund will be processed in 7-10 days. After 10 days I hadn’t received it and emailed back. They informed me that it was “ force majeure factors, the refund failed to arrive in your account on time” and they would submit another one. I’ve disputed the payment already. And I informed them I would be contact the BBB.

Fathers Day mini figurine shadow box, ordered in May, never received. Ongoing emails, it was never made, never shipped and the service run around is laughable. They even spelled their own company name wrong. No refund, no gift, all lies from this company. All you get are false promises and good luck ever seeing a refund. Report them as soon as you see them on FB as a scam company.

I issued payment to this merchant and never received my order.

This business has a big social media presence with endorsements, giving the appearance of being a genuine/legitimate business.

The website only accepts Cash App/Apple Pay. Immediately, after making payment, I received a text with my order information and tracking number.

The items were supposed to be mailed out within 24-hours. However, when I checked the tracking number the following day, it showed the shipping label was created, but no item in transit.

I contacted the merchant, requesting a refund with no response. I attempted a refund via CashApp and they directed I request a refund from the merchant. When I requested a refund via Cash App as instructed, the merchant declined my refund request.

Cash App advised that they were unable to assist in recouping my funds. When I inquired as to their process regarding users of their application scammer legitimate users, I was advised they could not provide additional information, when I further inquired they advised me that they would be terminating our call and hung up.

I tried to dispute the charge with my bank, but they denied my claim because I authorized the payment.

I've tried all means of recouping my payment and bringing this concern to Cash App with no success.

This merchant is still advertising online and is still utilizing Cash App.

I saw a NY Rangers hockey shirt for a too good to be true price but it was advertised through Fanatics, a reputable company. I ordered on May 29, 2024. I received an order confirmation with a tracking number which does not work. You cannot contact this company by email, phone, or anything. I blame Fanatics for allowing false advertisers on their webpage.

On May 10th 2024 I purchase a "Mother's Day special " of an ice maker (buy one get one free.)

I received an order number 3113 and a tracking number of the items. Any attempt to check the tracking number lead to nothing. I contacted the company but only got "someone will be in touch within 24 hours". But there was no replies. Yesterday I received a small black plastic bag from "China Post" (supposedly the shipping company) . Part if my address was missing. Luckily my post office was able to determine it was my address. Inside this envelope was a business-like card that said "MERRY CHRISTMAS" That's all!.

I email the company with pictures of the package from China Post along with previous requests to refund my money if the item(s) are no longer available.

I don't know what else to do.

Any help you can offer is appreciated!

Thank you!
