Merchant has not been honest about shipping product. He has generated two different shipping slips with two different shippers but has never actually shipped product. I have attached proof of this. Current shipping label was created back in April but shipper never received merchandise which makes them believe this is fraud!!! I have personally contacted the merchant and he has not responded ever. This is a fraudulent transaction due to the fact that I have never received product purchased nor has merchant ever shipped said product since initial purchase in February which seems like he has no intention on sending product but has retained payment for said product. This is fraudulent and I reject this transaction. I just searched tracking number and even after he responded he still has not shipped product. He’s committing fraud and is attached to your business model. This is bad business!

The ad stated two bottles for 39.98.. My credit card statement later showed I bought five bottles at 299.99. I called and they told me my order was already shipped when I asked them to stop the order that I thought their ad was very deceptive. They said they had a deal for me which was to refund me $100 which they did but I had to keep the five bottles of keto diet gummies at a cost of 99.99. This happening to often to people and it needs to stop!

I made an online order for keto gummies. I thought it was for 1 free trial bottle. I was charged $199 and change. Gummies did nothing/ I called back and had to cancel a subscription that I didn’t even know existed and I fought for half of my money back. That I received. He said to keep trying the gummies he was sure they’d work. I’ve tried twice to get them to refund the rest of my money and it’s been a mess

Tried looking online for sleep apnea mouth guard to be used when no electricity was available.

Once ordered, no tracking number or order number was given but credit card was charged. When we check the profile, it claims we never placed an order.

I have numerous emails that started on June 4 to the 12th from them but no money has been refunded. This company has major complaints againts them.

This buisness posed as a clothing store. But now when you log on you are put onto a pag in all caps explaining "when you purchase an item from us you are automatically entolled in our VIP program and aggree to be charged 29.97 per month" i ordered a shirt for my birthday. Did not recieve an item for 2 months and once i got it the picture of the item on the website as did NOT match the item i recieved. The print was discolored and very blurry

I purchased products February 2024. The items where listed for a pre orfer and stated/set to be delivered by or before May 15th 2024. I week prior to promised delivery date i reached out to the company via email the company to ask about shipping and tracking information. I did not get a response. About 3 or so business days later with still no response. I made a public post on facebook about the company. They reached out to my facebook direct messages and asked if i wanted to wait for products or receive a refund. I opted for a refund. The company responded stated refunds would be processed May 17th. It is now June14th the company has not refunded my money in addition to not responding to my emails.

Buyu International uses AuctionNinja.com website to sell copied artwork with forgery signatures from the artist claiming the value is higher than it should be and giving a whole story about the artwork in the artist.

This website purports to sell items for low prices and then does not deliver. When I contacted them and raised the issue that I had not received any shipping confirmation after a month, I was given an email reply that simply said "Be patient" and no plan to correct the incident. They have no phone number listed anywhere on their website.

Charge on card was from FORRATTY US STORE Los Angeles, CA

On 5-9-24

Tracking information says mailed from China and delivered to addressee June 10 2024 this information is incorrect. The package was shipped via " Track 718 one stop quick tracking"

The company stated it was signed for but could not provide a signature or delivery photo. The refuse to refund more than 50% of my purchase.

I thought I was ordering books and then once I was checked out I noticed extra stuff was added to my order that I did not agree to and it says that I would be getting a complete book set but they sent e-links I asked several times in emails about books and they just keep repeating the same email with e-links. It says they give a 60 day guarantee for your money back and to cancel this membership that I also did not want so I emailed them and the email bounced back! Several others have commented on their Facebook about have money stolen from them as well! [email protected] is the email that bounced back which is shown on their website. They have my card information now.

I have shopped on Bloomchic many times. I got an ad for what I thought was them, but it was a replica site that boasted a major sale. Once I made the purchase, I got the email with my order # and I knew I was in trouble because the order # looked nothing like my previous order numbers. I went back to the site and realized it was a knock off of Bloomchic and I began researching. Apparently, this is what these guys do. UGH

I purchased 2 orders of product Airiver AR30 Filter Set - Pre Carbon Filter, Post Carbon Filter & TCR Carbon Filter (M6). Because I bought Airiver brand name Airiver's water generator. Had it for over a year and needed to replace the filters.

So I thought going directly order product would be safer and easier to get filter from them since they are the one that sell water generator. So I order products from their website to replace my filter. 2 months gone buy I sent them email than I received email from Matt Silver reply back that they will be delay do to some busy and their products being back order . He said my order should be sent out at the end of March beginning of April. I never received it. I email him again. It's over more than 6 months from my order date. Now no reply since. It seems their website is being taking out. I try to email him back I want my refund. But still no reply. So I'm seeing if I can get legal help to sue Airiver company. Still deciding if this is worth my time for $198 dollars I lost to them.
