1. I placed an order for clothing via www santoriniclo.com. I received a FedEx tracking number.

2. The tracking number and FedEx showed that the package had been delivered. I had not seen it.

3. I emailed Santorini support. They replied quickly and graciously that they had been having communications difficulties with FedEx and they understood this was disconcerting to receive a delivered notice and not have the package. They offered three solutions: A)merchandise credit worth 150% of my original purchase B) a 20% refund of my original purchase and a reshipment of my original purchase or C) a full refund. I chose option B. They also sent me a "customer satisfaction" survey afterwards. I was pleased at the generous remedy offers, but a little apprehensive that I still hadn't received anything. I did say I was satisfied.

4) I waited and started to get concerned. I googled and saw that others had a similar story and never got their package. I looked up the original fedEx tracking and saw that someone signed for it-- the name that had signed for was not a name of anyone in my home nor in an immediate neighbor's home. When I clicked to see proof of delivery, it asked for an account number of the sending company/person. I emailed Santorini support and they said they could not give me the account number. I'd be interested in finding out if that tracking number was for a package actually addressed to me or just someone else in my town.

5) I also emailed Santorini to ask for a tracking number of the "redo" shipment, and they didn't provide one. They said again to allow 10 days. I have yet to receive a package. I haven't had a chance to check my account to see if I actually got the 20% refund at least or not.

When searching for a holiday gift for my kid, this page came up with an address and photographs for a botique that took online orders. I placed the order using paypal but the order form that came was missing important information like shipping tracking numbers. I called the number on the website and it was not active. I looked the company up on facebook and called the other number that was there. The person who answered said someone had copied their website and was using their images to scam customers. They get about 25 calls per day. I am worried because now the scammers have my personal information as well. They also sent follow up phishing emails to try to get me to pay more money like the transaction had not been completed. I reached out to paypal and their protection policy applied to me in this case.

On Instagram there was a company going out of business and were having a sale. I ordered some clothing and just received them. They do not have a clothing label sewn in, they are not what was advertised/shown in the pictures on their website. It was a bait and switch. Now I’m out $200.

I purchased close to $200.00 for magnetic blocks for my sons Christmas present. He NEVER EVER ASKS for a thing but when he saw the Magnacraft Blocks he became excited because he LOVES MINECRAFT AND LOVES BUILDING. I stupidly placed a order thinking this is perfect for his Christmas gift. After a few weeks I contacted Magnacraft , they never answered, I then attempted to contact them again again, NO RESPONSE from them. I then went online to read the reviews and discovered that they are a scam and are doing this to SO MANY MANY FAMILIES!

I would LOVE AND NEED my money back however, I WANT TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT THIS SCAM.

Made purchase. Kept track of it. Went to track it, tracking info disappeared.

Reached out to them asking where the package is. New link showed that the package was delivered the day before.

I emailed them at [email protected], they stated someone signed for it, however, they could not obtain it.

They offered to resend package. I said no, please refund. They offered 60%, I refused, they are now offering 90%. I was home the entire day with a dog that barks every time someone comes close to my home. And I was the only person home, and I signed for nothing. They are scamming me.

I reached out to bank and am disputing charges.

I received the following email [email protected] with an option to click on an icon to get an antivirus downloaded. But before clicking on the antivirus icon, I did a search on the support email and I found information about a different organization with the same email documented so I think this is a scam or hoax. The following is the actual email I received:

Anese used to be a legit skincare product company, but apparently went under & crooks have taken over. I used to have a recurring subscription 3 years ago, but canceled to save money. My personal info & debit card were saved on their site. In September they resubscribed me & charged me 22.70 for the product I bought 3 years ago. I had to cancel my debit & get a new one. I filed a dispute and was denied by my bank because Anese told them it was a legitimate purchase. I reached out to Anese and I got no refund, no product, nothing. They are doing this to hundreds of others. They changed their website so accounts are no longer accessible, no ways to contact the company, no address, they only allow you to purchase products so they can get your card info. They are literally taking people's money. Please help stop this.
