I saw content creators raving about this Glizara company on tik tok. So I went to their website which seemed legit. I placed my order on 5/4/24 nothing has shipped. I emailed them on 5/21/24 asking to cancel this order and for me to receive a refund. I have spoke with a Sofia via email. Nothing has been done, no cancellation of order or refund of money. Now they won’t answer me. I just want my money back.

I attempted to purchase a water bottle from AirUp for my son on Monday evening, 6/3. The website declined my initial transaction, so I attempted it with a different credit card, which was also declined. I then asked my husband to try (my son really wanted this water bottle) and it declined for him as well. On Thursday, 6/6 each of these three payment methods (two of mine and one of my husbands) all had fraudulent charges pop up. This website is the only common denominator where we both used each of these three payment methods. There is some kind of scam going on here.

Our bank has refunded the fraudulent charges so I’m not seeing them on my statement right now and I can’t give an accurate total. $200 is an estimate.

This company posted an ad under another companies name. Because I was familiar with that company I made a purchase. The confirmation email came from a different business name. I was given a Chinese tracking link, after 7 weeks the link finally said the package was delivered via USPS but gave no USPS tracking number. No package was ever delivered.

This is an online balloon delivery company - they don't have a physical address listed and do not return calls or emails - based on google reviews it looks like other people have had this same experience

You place an order but then it's never delivered

Scammer is using someone else's product images and videos to sell dresses that don't have any of the advertised features. Like pockets, boning in the bodice and lace up ties in the back.

I went through the process of reporting the issue and was told they can't accept returns. They offered a 20% refund. But the dress delivered isn't worth the postage. This is obviously a fraudulent business trying to offload knockoffs.

- Destin, FL, USA • Jun 07, 2024

I ordered a lap desk pillow (should have come with a free additional pillow per their website) from Coolooo.com (which also operates on Amazon). I attempted to reach out to them multiple times and in multiple ways with no response. When the order came, it was a washcloth.

Promissing huge mystery box from Amazon return pallets, for 75$ I received a tiny box w 2 counterfeit items, a fake AirPod and some aftermarket charger. Not even 10% value of what I paid . They also did advertised returns being accepted but it’s a lie. They don’t take any returns and just was checking for the website but it’s no longer valid even that. At this point I will try to file a dispute with my financial institution to try to get my money back. Meanwhile I want to warn others of these scammers, don’t buy no mystery anything from Amazon pellet sellers. It’s a whole bunch of bs that ain’t a mystery at all.

I ordered clothes and paid $449. Some of the clothes did not fit properly. I emailed the company for a return authorization - 5x. My email keeps being returned saying it is undeliverable. (Their email must be shut down.) I am unable to reach the company to initiate a return. The company website says the clothes are made in North Carolina.

- Duncannon, PA, USA • Jun 07, 2024

Someone came to my business to purchase something that was advertised on Facebook. The site was https://furnleysmachinery.com/ with the phone number of (717) 837-9592 and the email of [email protected]. which is not my phone number nor email.

I called because my credit card wouldn’t go through and I was trying to buy a bottle blender from superdealentry.com. After I received an error message, I didn’t call the phone number (833) 831-7259 , she asked for my phone number. And then she attempted to ask for my email address and the heavy Indian accent. I didn’t became suspicious and I asked her which third-party company she represented and she said that’s all she was allowed to say in a very harsh tone. Do you need me to believe that she was trying to scam me so I then hung up the phone

The company provided false advertisement all over instagram. They are under the name QUASICO on instagram claiming they sell Korean skincare face masks. When you make the purchase, the product is in fact from china and made in china. The product is of significantly lesser quality and value than the product they claim to sell. This is duping a lot of non-Korean non-Chinese people into purchasing a fake product.

I placed an order 7/23 for two pajama pieces on their website. They were a pre-order expected to ship around October. The company has continuously claimed production problems and keeps pushing the date back. The last update was April 2024 and I was told to expect my purchase in April or May. I have not heard anything further and they are not returning messages at this point. According to their Facebook, many people are having these problems with them not responding anymore. I am hoping I can dispute the charge with my bank at this point.

- Farmingdale, NY, USA • May 30, 2024

Order made, heard nothing back about shipping, followed by no replies when emailed.

Valanio advertised beautiful, good quality clothing through pictures on Facebook. They advertised that all the clothing is manufactured in and shipped from Columbia, SC, USA. But when the clothes arrived they had a sticker on them saying made in China as well as the fabric quality was extremely poor, it was printed poorly and very thin as if about to disintegrate. This company is a scam hustling people to buy something that is not what they advertise. I have worked in the textile industry and can see this fabric is extremely poor quality. They will not refund my money. They need to be stopped

I saw the ad on Facebook showing a disabled US veteran in a wheelchair claiming he hand makes metal bird houses. I thought the birdhouses looked really nice and I always love supporting US veterans. I couldn't decide which one to get so I decided to get one of each so I could keep one or 2 for myself and give the others away as gifts. About 2 weeks after ordering them, I decided to check the tracking number they gave me to see when they would come. It showed that the items were coming from China. No where on the website does it state that these were made in China. They gave the impression that they were handmade in the US by a veteran. I sent an email asking about this and the following is the reply I got: "We are very sorry for any possible misunderstandings that may have occurred

The soul of our brand comes from the unique story and perspective of our founder, a U.S. Army veteran. While pursuing the quality of craftsmanship, we recognize that true art and craftsmanship know no boundaries. We choose to ship our products from China because we have found here a unique combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern design concepts, as well as a partner who can ensure that our creative ideas are executed. It's not just a business decision, it's a way of pursuing and honoring our commitment to quality craftsmanship.

The founder understands that the truly beautiful things in life often cross cultures and borders. His vision is not just to create a product, but to bring together beautiful crafts from all over the world through this platform, so that more people can feel the unique charm brought by handicrafts. We believe that through our efforts, we can make every customer feel this beauty and passion across borders.

Secondly, because the products are very popular, we sell them all over the world, and we can't rule out the fact that the European warehouse is already sold out, so we choose to ship the goods from the Chinese warehouse.

Please contact us if you have any questions on this or any other matters.

Needless to say its just a bunch of bs. When I got the items, they definitely were not of quality craftmanship. No where near as nice as they show on their website. They didnt send me enough poles, one of the little birds was broken off, and on one, the little roof part is all crooked and bent.

- Marina, CA, USA • May 29, 2024

- Brooklyn, NY, USA • May 29, 2024

I ordered 5 dresses for my daughter to choose from for Graduation on 5/3. The total was $134.94, $18.99 of which was expedited shipping (3-7 days). Before ordering I confirmed that the items were returnable / refundable. The dresses did not arrive until 5/21- none of them looked like what I ordered, two had other clothing brands labels on them and I have not been able to get a return shipping authorization from them despite e-mailing 4 different contact addresses. Total SCAM
