I also ordered the magic lids on May 7 2020 received order confirmation email but nothing else, had anyone got any contact details for these scam artists, I would think by now Facebook should have realised these people are scammers so hopefully should have taken all their sites down, I am appalled that this is still getting through without being vetted to show genuity

I ordered 3 Forever sponges on May 24, 2020. Paid the $24.90 for them. Never received an email but after my purchase I took screenshots of my order/confirmation #. I haven't heard from them or received product.

I ordered the sponges on May 9. I also ordered a metal straw. To begin, they advertised free shipping. However, they charged me for shipping on both items. my total was 37.88 on my credit card. Never got my order, however they did send me a confirmation email with my order # on it. I sent several emails to Forever Sponge, but they told me it must have been a company ripping me off, because they are no longer Forever Sponge. They are now martcortstores. I order the forever sponge and silicone bowl lids from the website in April and was promptly charged. I have emailed 4 times and never received anything back or the product. This clearly is a scan of a reputable product. They advertise on Facebook and Instagram.

I saw the silicon lids advertised on Facebook and placed an order for £24.01 on May 17, 2020. The money left my account the following day against an order number HTTPSELOATIEK and I am still waiting. Having now read what everyone else has posted, clearly I have been scammed but what is Facebook doing about this? I imagine they were quite happy to accept money for this 'company' to advertise, but they appear silent now that it is clear that this was a fraud. There is a huge principle involved here and everyone needs to go public!

I ordered the Magic Lids on May 16, 2020 I ordered 2 set's and post to get 1 free I did get a confirmation number and no tracking number today is June 17, so it has been over a month and I still haven't got my order this a piss poor way to run a business, I will be getting in touch with my bank to dispute this charge and get my money back and then a lawyer to be suing you for breach of contract and any thing else.

I saw Forever Sponge advertised on Facebook, so it seemed legit. I ordered two and the $33 and change was deducted from my account. However, I realized that I only entered my billing address and not a shipping address, because mine differ from each other. I went to email support and couldn't find an email address. I searched my email inbox for the supposed confirmation email I was destined to receive (still have nothing--weeks later). I actually found a spot where they tried, there was an @domainname without an address in front of it...so that tipped me off. Now I see all these other people have been scammed for multiple products they supposedly sell. HOW DO WE SHUT THEM DOWN!?

At the time of writing this it is not a complaint but I am concerned that my order is taking too long.

I ordered miracle lids on 5 May. I had not received any acknowledgement or confirmation. I looked on one of these websites to discover how many complaints there were and, fortunately, someone had left an email address for the company. I sent an email but in the meantime I discovered both confirmation and an invoice in my junk folder. Since, I have had several contacts with the company and I understand that the goods are on there way and there is a link to trace the progress.
So far there is no news on that progress so it is now 6 weeks since the order.

I never received the confirmation email, who was it sent from so I can search my inboxes? I believe I/We got scammed. Upon searching for a customer service contact method, there were none. There wasn't anywhere for me to enter my shipping address apart from my billing address. I wanted to notify the company so it was sent to the proper address, and this is when I noticed there isn't any way to contact the company that's listed on the sponge website. I am going to attempt to email the address listed above by other poster.

Ordered some lids from Rocket commerce. They advertised on Facebook Buy 2 sets get 1 set free for $23.94. They sent me a confirmation and said the order would ship in 3 days. Said they would send a tracking # and have not heard from them since May 13th. My credit card has been charged and I am disputing the charge right now.
