I ordered the metal device that opens doors, use to sign name and to put in numbers without touching the device. Emailed them three times, NO ANSWER. Called number 301-402-7070 FL - MAILBOX WAS FULL, VOICE REPEATED MY PHONE NUMBER. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS. PREYING ON PEOPLE AND TAKING THEIR MONEY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. KARMA WILL GET THEM IN THE END...AND GOOD LORD ABOVE...

Ordered forever sponges back on 4.20.2020 in the amount of 47.98 plus 5.99 for shipping. Still no update attempted to contact and the email for support comes back undeliverable. If anyone has contact I would like my money back

I bought the lids - in fact I bought two sets hoping to get the third one free on May 8, 2020. Again, as indicated by the previous person, I received a tracking number but no other information to contact them. I emailed them too but to date no response has been received from them. They are on Facebook still and also come up in the duolingo French classes I am taking. definitely seems like a scam! Why do these companies allow these scammers on their websites!

I have ordered some of the miracle lids on 6/5/2020, very fishy because not receiving the email of the order confirmation. Secondly is never received any reply no matter how many emails have been sent even is being mentioned in the company policy that [email protected] will reply within 24 hours. The fastest response from this company is the pending transaction is immediate showed in the credit card account. Obviously this is fraudulent transaction, so please do not suffer in silen,t at least file a complaint to stop the scammer to victimize another person. sincerely, Kng from USA

Hi, i have also ordered these lids..i had an order confirmation with an order number but no email with the tracking number. Ive waited the 25 days for delivery, but nothing has arrived. Its disgusting. However you can actually buy these lids on amazon. They are silicone lids. I might do that, but will report tbis company to trading standards.

I ordered the Magic silicon lids on May 15 and never received the email which was to be sent 3 business days after my purchasing and today June 4, still no email or shipment on the way. Looks like a scam to me, I will be in touch with my credit card company to file complaint and to try get a refund.

I ordered 2 No touch Multi and another one for free, on May 15, received a confirmation that I will get an e-mail at least 3 days later, statin that the order has been shipped, we're now June 4, never received anything about them, I think that this company is using us to get our money but won't send what we ordered. I purchased the Rocket Magic Lids on 5/7/2020. Total $29.93 for the order. I sent an email on 5/26 asking why the items had not been delivered. On June 2 I sent an email stating that the non-deliverance of the items will be reported to our credit card company.

I ordered the reusable bowl covers on 5/1 and have yet to receive them. They charged my credit card on that same day. The bill has arrived and still no covers. It seems that my card should not have been charged UNTIL the items were shipped. I have filed a complaint with my card and hope to get some satisfaction. I ordered magic lids on 07/09 and received confirmation email but no follow up with tracking number etc and I assumed I had been scammed but decided to wait another few days before contacting my bank. Surprisingly the lids actually arrived today.
