Well I had the same experience as everybody else. Placed an order the first part of May that it was received with ship out within three days I should receive within 10 to 25 days and here we are approaching the end of May and I have not received my product. I guess we all got scammed

I ordered 3 door openers on May 10 and was charged $23.94 immediately. I ordered off facebook and was told it would be shipped out in 3 to 4 days. Still nothing! I have emailed them and inboxed them on facebook but NO response. What is going on? This is VERY BAD practice! If I do not receive this item with the week, I will have to take drastic measures.

I clicked on an ad while playing Angry Birds on my iPad to buy No Touch Multi which is a copper multi tool that one can use to open doors, use pinpads, etc. without touching surfaces during these covid-19 times. I paid by credit card and received a confirmation email with an Order #97EFE5C9EA and a note that shipping takes 10 to 25 business day. the order is supposed to be shipped within 3 day of the purchase and they they're supposed to send a confirmation email.
I have received nothing and there is no website for rockettcommerce.com or rocketcommerce.com
I have received no shipping confirmation nor any product. My credit card has been charged.

I Made a purchase threw Rocket Commerce on May 14th $11.97 & a $5.99 shipping fee. It's now the 27th of may without any product or results confirming my order. I emailed support and 2 days later got the bounce back alert. I too have feel prey to this scam site. Please someone take action against these people. If at all possible. THANX

I placed an order May 13 and the email said it would be shipped within 3 days of purchase. My card was charged immediately but I have not received anything, product or email.

I ordered a 12 piece magic lids and 4 forever sponges for a total of $40.82 which was charged to my credit card. I received an order confirmation on May 19 but no shipping information so I emailed them at [email protected] where they said to email if I had questions. It bounced back as undeliverable. When I typed in rocketcommerce.com, it said that domain is for sale. Obviously this is just a scam and I will never receive my product and there is no way to contact them.

Placed an order on 5/9/20 at price of $23.94. I think this is a scam. Please do not buy from them: Rocketcpmmerce. Have emailed 3 times to find out delivery for my order and comes back can not forward to the email given on their email sent to me confirming my order! What is my recourse?!

Items purchased in Jan 2020. Nothing received. Recent emails from them asking me to re- submit my address details as products will be re-sent.
Presumably all lies as now end of May and still no delivery.
Company should be reported as fraudsters.
Please do not get involved with them.

How is this company getting away with these scams i.just saw these reviews or would of never ordered product i ordered buy 2 get 1 free deal suppose to be $23.94 plus $5.99 shipping the shipping wasnt mentioned til after order was made then went to another page asking to buy 2 more at $4.97 each i said no & it still processed as if i said yes so that's $39.87 i was charged & seeing these reviews looks as if ill be lucky if i receive anything can't find a customer service # to talk to someone looks like ill have to dispute charges too since looks like many haven't received them & i only saw product b/c Facebook so u would think its ok of a merchant since fb is advertising it nope fb needs to not be advertising this product or other products this merchant should be investigated fined & shut down...

They was advertising through Facebook about an item for covid 19 uses. I purchased it they took my money with out giving a confirmation # or anything. I have been trying to call or email them but no info. I looked them up and found alot of OTHERS have been taken also. I see many complaints about this company or scam business. Please stop them. They stolen about $30.00 from me. I would like like back. If it's possible.

Like so many others, I too, fell for this scam. I haven't received any emails re: my order and based on the many complaints I've read so far, this company is sure ripping people off. I will contact my bank to see if anything can be done.

I order the Lids on May 17. I did get a email saying they had been ship through DHL but gave a invalid shipping number. sent a email. But after reading the comments I did not buy through Facebook. I bought it buy Instagram.

Facebook will advertise anything so long as they get paid. They don't seem to care if it is a legitimate company or not. I think that they are immoral. They don't seem to do their due diligence when accepting ads that they promote on their website. I think that Facebook own Instagram and that is why we also see the same ads there. We should lobby Facebook to make them make sure that any ads on their website are actually legitimate.

I had ordered the lids on April 16, 2020. On May 17th I emailed saying I had never rec'd the product however the money had been removed from my account. I rec'd an email stating the the order had been shipped. As of today May 23, 2020 I have not rec'd anything. Today I have sent an email asking that my money be returned ASAP. Not expecting much but we shall see.
