I had ordered the lids on April 16, 2020. On May 17th I emailed saying I had never rec'd the product however the money had been removed from my account. I rec'd an email stating the the order had been shipped. As of today May 23, 2020 I have not rec'd anything. Today I have sent an email asking that my money be returned ASAP. Not expecting much but we shall see.

I placed order for the silicone lids on May 02 2020 and still haven’t received a tracking number for items or any information regarding them. I also answered the ad through facebook. Facebook needs to look into this quickly since many of us are ordering through their platform. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company.

I challenged the credit card charge and Stripe responded claiming that the charge was authorised and that the products had been shipped on January 25th. They asked for evidence that the products had not been received. What kind of evidence could that be apart from my sworn declaration that they have not arrived?

Place a order on Facebook was informed that I would get a email one to three days after my order was placed. It has been fifteen days and still waiting for the email. I can not find a way to get a hold of them. After reviewing sone of the complaints it seems I’m not the only person in this situation. Someone should shut them down. This seems to be a scam.

I ordered two sponges on April 24, 2020 for $29.+ and never received an email confirmation, and as this date May 21, 2020, have never received a status update on the delivery. The company immediately withdrew the cost for this product on April 24th;, however, I have not received the product. I can only assume, based on the unsatisfactory service, that the advertisement for this product is totally a scam! I would recommend to my fellow consumers that you should not purchase this item with this company and from any social media platform. Disappointed Customer?

Just called my credit card company to dispute the charges after reading all of the negative reviews.

ordered 2 sets of flex lids started checking on order ! no sight found realized charges were split up. unable to locate any vendor ! filed dispute with BOA for fraud protection!
BOA immediately refunded my account ! Facebook should check out its venders for

I ordered mine last April 6, but still not received the silicone flex lids, and they gave the tracking number, and I found out that it is at HWDC facility in London, England and I live in Canada, it's more than 25 working days since I ordered it, I will call my Credit Card Company and dispute this charges.

I also responded to a Facebook advertisement for a product called Magic Lids-Flexible Silicone Caps. I made the transaction with my CC and supposedly the shipping was for free. I remembered when trying to complete the transaction the system was pushing me for more "good deals" to add to the original. Thankfully I denied the rest of them and stick to only one "deal." I ended up paying $11.92. I never received an email with any track information. The transaction was made on April 24th, 2020 and I am still not have not received anything.

I responded to a Facebook advertisement for a product called Magic Lids-Flexible Silicone Caps. I Order them and did not get confirmation #. Took $39.87 out of my checking account on 05/04/2020. Try to contract them. No respond from them. Be aware THIS IS A SCAM.

Looked into the lids and when it hit to checkout and to chose delivery option, without me selecting an option or confirming purchase, they took payment. I was connected via PayPal, so I've contacted them to dispute and say they have taken an unauthorised payment. I tried contacting them asking for a refund, but all they say is that its been escalated to a higher department to investigate. Total scam!

I was going to place an order, entered all the info except i didnt submit the order. they took the money out of my account without placing an order... CALL YOUR BANK PEOPLE! Explain to them and open a case, my bank reimbursed me in 2 business days... (they did a reversal) STAY AWAY FROM 'Rocket Commerce'
