A popup ad came up on my phone...advertising Birkenstock sandals. I click on it, and of course, the price is too good to be true.
I order 2 pairs and they do ship and show up at my door. Surprise! They're KNOCK OFF's! Stink like plastic, NOT Birkenstock's, not the right size, no arch support like the Birkie's have, leather is weak and not glued to the cork and NOT stamped
'Birkenstock' on the outside, sole not stamped with proper logo!

So, the battle begins...filed a complained with PayPal...and now the waiting game for a full refund...if the company 'approves' the refund according to their refund policy! I only took them out of the bag to take pics...waiting to send back.

Pictures attached show the fakes and the real deal that I have already!

I found out this company is a SCAM out of China! I've waited over 60 days for my silver to arrive and I found out it is FAKE silver! PayPal is reviewing my case and I better get my money back or I am dumping PayPal like a hot potato! China SCAMS are real and social media like FaceBook and others promote these thief's and they know they are SCAMMERS! Buyers just beware!

I ordered 2 pairs and they just arrived to find them to be a "knock off" Birkenstock! I own several pairs and they ARE NOT the real thing. The entire sole sticks of PLASTIC and the straps ARE NOT glued to the sides of the cork like the REAL ONE'S are. I'm asking for a refund...just starting that process!

Am I the only one that had a good experience with this company? Actually two experiences. First was for eight American Silver Eagle 1 oz. coins for $49.00 including shipping. I was sure it was a scam. After about two months, I was even more convinced. Well low and behold a week later I got them in the mail. Beautiful proof coins in individual plastic coin holders. I was shocked. I then immediately ordered 10 more, not proofs, from them for $4.99/ea. Didn’t take but three weeks to get them. Just as ordered. That’s over $500 worth of Eagles for $100. I don’t know how they do it, but I ordered 150 more. I may get stuck, but I’m already got enough from them to cover my new order.

I ordered a 3 piece fluffy blanket from this so called bull[censored] company thru Facebook, and paid $59.98 on 12/06/2020 it's now 05/22/2021 and haven't heard nor seen anything from them.
Coronavirus has stopped me from traveling to China and doing some investigating on Shixi Network Technology. Should have known better than to order anything from China!
Lesson learned.. CHINA and Shixi Network Technology suck [censored].

This company ripped me off for $59.40 paid through Pay Pal. I purchased 6 stainless pepper seed cleaner tools for my mother and sisters and daughter on March 17th 2021@ 9:47:01pm. for Mothers' day. I now am reading that Pay Pal was aware this company was a scam and still processed this payment. I don't quite understand why Facebook keeps allowing them to advertise on there and Pay Pal would take my payment. I am on a Fixed income and 59.00 is a lot to me.
Oh well an expensive lesson for me but I blame Pay Pal for processing an order for a company they knew was a scam after many complaints. Doesn't look very good on their part.

I received a product 7 months after the order was placed. It was far below the quality of what was displayed at purchase and only contained 1 of the many items that should have been included. The cost of the purchase was $55 and the item I received could be sold for $1. They refused to offer anything more than a 20% refund.

on 8/2/21 I paid for purchase of a set of 3D silicone mask inserts as advertised on fb. I paid by PayPal thinking this was the safest way rather than do so by credit card. The payment was deducted from my account the same day. But still to this day, 11/3/21 I have not received the product. There was also no confirmation of order and payment receipt sent, nor any dispatch notification since.

I ordered the same exact thing Jan 18, 2021. PayPal was quick to deduct the payment. This company claimed they sent the item with a fake transaction number. I have been going back & forth in emails about getting a refund. All they will offer is a 10$ coupon.

This company is a scam ! What I received was not what I had ordered. I received a very cheap product and not what was advertised. I have been liaising with them via many, many emails and there responses are very genetic. They said they would refund me 20% of my purchase price (I requested 50% but they wouldn't provide that). They still haven't refunded me. They are so fraudulent and PayPal know about them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !

I ordered a wireless apple car play adapter from Shixi the item that finally arrived 6 weeks later was not the item that they advertised on Facebook and didnt even work.
I have contacted the company who offered me a $10 discount at their store (not that i would even consider buying anything from them ever again). I contacted Paypal who did nothing just closed the case. Now shixi offer me a full refund if i return the item at my own expense, I'm sure that these criminals would never give a refund.
Shame on you Shixi Technologies , Facebook and Paypal.

I ordered 3 levitating pots and didn’t receive the bottom part to make it levitate. I received 2 shattered pots and 1 actually made it. I spent $50 on 1 pot that might be worth $1 and received an email saying they would give a 20% refund. SMH. I’ve been fighting this since December 2020.

On Jan. 12, 2021 I ordered silicone 3D mask holders (actually ordered 2 sets) I paid thru PayPal. I received confirmation email but didn’t receive anything in ref to shipping, I emailed them twice inquiring - no response. Then I reached out to PayPal and I received a response from Shixi immediately saying my product had been shipped. As of today Feb. 20, 2021 I’m still waiting. Also waiting on PayPal investigation. Never again!
