I purchased a standing weeder from this company and instead they sent me a hand weeder the requires you to kneel on the ground. I sent an email to them saying they had made a mistake and sent me the wrong product. They said "

They have made a mistake and offer a credit to their store with a far lesser value than what I paid them.
I've sent another email demanding a full refund as the mistake is theirs and have told them I will be taking up a dispute through PayPal.

The picture is of the item they sent me, no way this is a standing weeder!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Elegant Crystal Honey Dispenser and Warmer Set-I ordered this the middle of Sept 2020. In a massively crushed box, I received a very cheap plastic dispenser. For this price I did not expect crystal but at least glass. Can't fill it easily but it is so so cheap. I would not have picked up in a garage sale for 10cents.

I ordered the spinning brush set and as of date I have received nothing - And If everyone is calling this company a scam - Why is PayPal still allowing payments to be made to a company that is being reported by so many people - I may never get my product or money back - But I will definitely spend some time elevating of how Pay Pal does not protect it's customers from known scammers as well. They claim secure payments but won't take responsibility for taking money out of my account to pay known scammers... Incredible.

This is what I ordered x 2 for what I understand cost me $69 US. And the photo underneath is what I got in the mail today and I understand I was lucky to get it at all reading the posts on this site. I ordered two plastic 3 tier plastic folding trolleys in August, just got them today 1/10/2020. They are nothing like what was represented on the advertisement just cheap junk metal tiny trolleys that won't even stay together. I made a purchase on 9/17/20. I requested a tracking number and received it. The message l receive is "a label was created" but the item hasn't been sent. I've sent various emails and I've finally requested to cancel my order and refund my money back. I've emailed and called Paypal to no avail. I don't want the item ANYMORE.
