On 12/21 I ordered 4 of the multi function cell phone holders...on 12/22 I sent email asking them to cancel. I have not been able to get in touch with them...The store was nesaret which my bank shows to be shixi. The website for Nesaret is now closed and I have no way of contacting them. This was for Christmas. On the 1st of December I had ordered the same thing but it was from buockis which I haven't received either. Found out after 2nd order that these both are through Shixi. When I look at the shipping number they give it is the same on both orders. Here is the payment info on the 2nd order. I also tried to contact shopify and they are no help either.

This happened to me too. I also ordered the multifunctional phone holder but I did receive something that was absolute rubbish, nothing like what I ordered. They are a scam and all emails to them bounce back. I am so angry at them as it obviously has happened to many other people.

We placed an order on the 9th November, 2020 for a 'red pan & lid' but received an under value silver ‘damaged’ pot with lid after 7 weeks of waiting. They agreed to make a refund but wanting me to send the item back at my own cost. Trying to contact them several times but with no response via email. And I couldn't contact Paypal for help either as they cancelled my case even before the matter is resolved. **Do not use PP may be part of the scam.**

I ordered the standing garden weeder, They sent me a piece of useless, cheap crap, then refused to give me a refund. Paypal aid and assist them, I lodged a dispute with paypal, which dragged on for months, then finally they said, if I sent the piece of crap back by registered mail, I might get a refund. Well if you are forced to send the junk back by registered mail, where is the refund! It's all swallowed up by the postage cost, that is IF you even get any money back. Mostly you are just giving them more money. Lying, scheming [censored]. I have now closed my paypal account, and will NEVER deal with them again either

I purchased Three sets of the "Levitating Pots" and "Two pairs of the animal mittens (paid for express shipping). Packages arrived today and were not what I ordered... boxes were EMPTY! I guess they think providing a tracking number for an empty package protects them.

I ordered two pairs of animal mittens (different animals )over 33usd for Christmas for my grandkids they arrived today 6th January Thank goodness I didn’t send directly to their address , these mittens are shoddy shoddy shoddy and down right dangerous for little people ,firstly they were not as depicted in the advert the kitten heads are separated from the mittens and attached the a key ring!? The fur moults badly, the nose on one was smashed in and broken the eyes are loose extremely dangerous for children This company needs to be brought to task

Ordered 3 absorbent bath robes 11/2020 and haven't received any up dates or notices. Emailed several times but no response. Filed claim with Pay Pal, they suggest we contact Shixi Network to resolve but explained to Pay Pal we have tried with no response. Pay Pal knows this company is a scam from reviews we read. 12/30/2020 and still no response.

I ordered one of those circular knitting machine. I have contacted the people who sent and they claim they have shipped it. They also told me to check with my local post office and ask them about it. I ordered and paid with PayPal and still have not received it. I did receive the yarn that they said would come with it. All I know is that I paid a lot for one skein if yarn. Very disappointed.

I order a multifunctional non stick pan and paid extra for the steamer insert and lid. I received a cheap tiny stainless steel saucepan and the large steamer insert. Nothing like I ordered. The saucepan is dented. Good for nothing.

I purchased two comforter sets December 8th via PayPal s and have yet to receive anything except the receipt from PayPal. After reading all of the complaints and attempting to contact them nothing. I know now that I have been scammed. Why is PayPal still allowing them to do business with them it is a shame.

I purchased a levitating pot from this seller and, upon going back to try to find it on the website, discovered that the website is now a dead link. So, unfortunately, all I have is a screenshot I took from the initial website that I saved to show my mom what I'd ordered, which is one of the images attached to this claim. The product arrived today, and unfortunately, the package included only a simple (and small) planter/pot similar to what I could buy at my local dollar store. (See attached pics.) It is missing everything that would make it a levitating pot. I've reported this to PayPal and I would like a full refund on what was obviously a dishonestly marketed product. I am ashamed to have fallen prey to this, but as a mom of 8 children, I'd really hoped it would turn out to be a great present for my daughter for Christmas. It will be the last time I purchase from a company on a Facebook Ad.
