Ordered battery operated 24v wood cutter, paid with Paypal, received two small hand cutting saws. Order # 2065. For $ 59.90 Contacted seller to be told I made the errow not them, contacted again with pics, gave me the run around, contact Paypal, they have told me, it is pretty well on me that their return shipping ins might cover some of the expense, have to return the items received at a shipping rate of $28 for the refund only after I provide a tracking no and the seller verfiy they have received the item...I will not let this rest. If this isn't scamming what is? It all stated with Facebook advertisiment.

This company is a fake it is a Chinese company that pretends to be Australian they sent me a usless tool that had a missing part and could not be put together. I lost $59 Au. Paypal is supporting this company they would not help me get a refund. I sent the product back. So now I have nothing.

I also bought a bathroom scrubber and only received the 3 brush heads. This is a scam and I'm tired of these internet sellers with misleading advertising. 3 cheap crappy brush heads for $34 Aust. They are useless to me and it was not even what I ordered. I will be going back to paypal and demanding a refund. If we all do this then the company may be banned. We need to all act on this to stop thieves like this now.

I had the exact same thing happen. Ordered scrubber and got a brush instead. Told me to send it back to China for refund. Paypal ruled no refund because I wouldn't pay the shipping to return the wrong item that was sent.

I purchases a Standing Weeder and Weed Puller with 39" tall handle for $21.94, what I received was a hand held weeder that you can buy for less than $10.00. I waited 2 months tried to contact them but couldn't. They say it's my fault I ordered the ordinary one. They want me to send it back to China, I pay for postage and they will give me 50% refund. Not on you life. Only just realised I had dealings with them prior over Butterfly cards. Waited and Waited they say they were sent, I never received. I purchase both these through FaceBook, I'll never do that again.

What a joke! And they want me to give them a good review because they have families, and they need to make a living. I guess I should’ve thought of that before they sent me a product I couldn’t use. And now they want me to pay for the shipping to go back to China. They sold me a product I can’t use and then want me to pay to send it back!

I order a Telescopic Sink Storage Rack which i saw the product on Facebook. It took them 2 months before I got my order. When I received the product it was totally damage. It was made out of cheap plastic and the packing they used was cheaper. I contacted them through e-mail and it took the a week before they answered me back. I told them that the product was defected and that I wanted a full refund. They told me that they can give me 20% back or that they can send me a replacement. The total cost was $25.00 and they only refunded me $5.00. The also told me that once I get my refund to give them a good review. My response was no because they didn’t deserve it. Who ever these people they are nothing but scammers, stealing people’s money. I regret making a purchase from them. I think the company is based I. China. So please be ware of this company they are nothing but thieves.

Same thing happened to me. I returned the brushes to the return address on the package and now they are telling me I cant have a refund because it wasnt the address they wanted it sent to. Paypal ruled in merchant's favor. Ugh.

SHIXI Network Technology -- I ordered an electric scrubber with three brushes. Waited one full month I received three brushes only. Went back to website and it is not active. Placed dispute with Pay Pal and this vendor wanted me to send brushes back to China for full refund. I asked for the scrubber handle and they ignored my request. Checked with Pay Pal community website and there are a lot of complaints about this vendor. Do not buy anything from this Chinese company. These company ia a scammer. I am out $26.94. I bought this item on FACEBOOK. If a company does not have a USA telephone number on their website do not buy from them. Also, before buying call the telephone to make sure it works. This is your best recourse in getting your money back if item received is not as advertised. Do not count on Pay Pal, they have this Shixi Network Tech on their community website as a scammer and they are still paying them.

I ordered 16 x furniture leg covers to protect wooden floor but received only 4 (approx. 3 months later). This is of no use to me. When I notified the company they fobbed me off for a number of months replying with the same questions and taking 2 to 3 weeks to reply to emails. Finally they said that I would need to return the faulty product by post and but as it is so expensive to return, they would offer me a 10% refund instead. I am livid with them - they have stolen my money and are a SCAM. They should not be endorsed by Facebook or anyone else who hosts them.

This is a scam. Very suspicious company. I order electric brush spinner they send me after 6 weeks cheap brush heads - no electric brush spinner - now they ask me to sent back to China -This is a fraud. They using PayPal because they knew it is impossible to get representative on phone -days passing by and case will be closed. I waist my money.
