I ordered the "MultiFunctional Non-stick pan and received a steamer insert (decent quality, very large, granite coated) and the cheapest aluminum 2-quart saucepot, no coating. I can't use the steamer without the large pot to go under it and I would dare expose the saucepot to heat... pretty sure it would melt. Cannot find the seller online anymore.

I ordered 4 selfie tri-pods in November and have not heard a word from this company. Nothing...although they took the money out of my account and now I have nothing to show for it. These were Christmas presents for my grandchildren. Somebody needs to stop this corruption. I’ve read all the other complaints and it’s a shame that people STEAL FROM YOU the way they do. Now I don’t have their gifts or the money to replace them with.

I ordered for Christmas presents,5 of the snowflake tools. I ordered them on November 9th. I have contacted this company numerous times, I have sent emails letting them know that my order has never been delivered. The money has been taken from my account so the tools have been paid for but not delivered. I don't take this lightly. I need my order or my money returned to my account. The item I have bought supposed to be a Bluetooth stabilizer automated selfie but I have received a dollar store quality like a toy tripod with a very bad quality which is sold everywhere for $1. I want my money back and look like everything is SOLD though these websites are fake. This is completely different than what was on the ad and I can't even see that item anywhere on their site. Item was on the ad was like the third picture, not a basic tripod.
Here it is thier response:

My last response to them:
This is ridiculous and this is why I see many warnings on the internet that your company is a scammer. I am not going to pay another $15 USD to return your $1 worth item. You send me a completely fake and wrong item and you have to cover the shipping cost or I will complain and pay pal and or cancel my card. I need a full refund including the initial shipping I paid. End of story. If I don't receive my refund ASAP I will also file an official complaint and also warn everybody else on all social media to be careful about these scams
