I ordered a product from this company and even paid extra for express shipping. I never received the product as they are stating that my address was wrong or it was refused ( which neither is correct). This morning I received an email stating that because the company is taking a loss, they can only refund me 20%. This is horrible business, I will definitely never order from them and also tell everyone I know not to order from them.

Product wasn't even close to picture they advertised. When asked for a refund they sent an unusable return shipping address to China for a $35.00 item. I guess it is time to dig a little deeper on those social media purchases. My bad.

I ordered 2 of the knitting machine. They ran a sale of 19.99 each. What I received was a oblong gadget for knitting? Not sure what it is and no instructions. I have emailed them twice with no response. This is a scam that should not happen. How do these people get away with this. Well, I believe what goes around comes around.

Hi Ingrid, I also ordered 2 x 4 in 1 bluetooth selfie sticks in December and was sent selfie sticks that are not bluetooth with a remote. I am going through paypal to get them to resolve it. The company have agreed to give me back a full refund but I have to pay for the return postage. I don't trust this company as I dont think they will give me back my refund and will try and say that they didn't receive the selfie sticks. Paypal have advised giving them the tracking number and also take a photo of the parcel after it has the tracking details on it, which I will do. Paypal needs everyone that has been stung by this company to go and complain. They should not be offering paypal on a company with so many complaints. The hardest thing to take is that this company is still advertising the same selfie sticks that we both ordered but under different names via facebook ... Eqzhj1.com, RIVCXFRS.COM, Grocti.com, Rivcxfrs3 and I am sure there are plenty more. Beware!

I ordered 3 pairs of mittens that were furry animals. A kitten, a wolf and a owl. Advertised as Christmas ideas. They didn't say what Christmas After many completes asking for merchandise or money back. they came Jan 20(11/2 months) sent me 3 pairs of gray mittens and a cat shrunken head on a key ring. THAT NOT WHAT I ORDERED! They gave me 5 days to ship back to China to get my money back.. They gave me a shipping address in Chinese and post office needs in English. It will cost me over $100. to ship back in time for a $52. purchase. I am screwed .

This company is a scam and all their emails bounce back. They advertise the multifunctional mobile holder on Facebook and Instagram and it looks so sleek and classy and I wanted one. I ordered 3x and after many weeks, I did receive something but is is NOTHING like what I ordered, I received cheap nasty plastic looking items (I ordered 3x of them as I wanted to give them to my daughters). I have been trying to contact them and PayPal has advised to send them back to the seller and the seller will provide a refund. The cost of sending them back is quite high and I do not trust this seller at all - they would have their items back but would they refund me? I am absolutely appalled at how they are getting away with this.

This happened to me as well and PayPal did nothing to help. But I contacted my card issuer that was connected to my PayPal account and they got all my money back. So I suggest you could try to do that.

It's a fraud.
I made an order in november paying via Paypal, in january they sent me another and much less valuable object. When asking a compensation via Paypal complaint, they drag hoping you forget the whole thing, then ask you to send back the parcel - at your expenses, which may be more than you originally spent.

I ordered a 10 piece sushi set for a Christmas gift for my daughter. Getting no shipping info after a month and no replies to my emails, I filed a dispute with Paypal. I finally got an email saying it was on its way. The 10 piece set I ordered turned out to be 3 pieces. To get a refund I would have to mail back what I got from them. I really couldn't be bothered to going through a return to China. Luckily this was an inexpensive item and I just decided to let it go. Ordered one from Amazon that was delivered in 3 days.

I thought I ordered the same item but received some small cheap dollar store pan and some huge insert, think extra large steamer, that wouldn’t possibly fit inside the pan. A total scam and PayPal closed my dispute because they confirmed they delivered something. They did, just not what I ordered. Don’t buy from this company.

I ordered a Levitating plant pot for $ 29 and received only a ceramic pot that worth less than 1 dollar.

They advertised two levitating pots. That would include magnets and a wooden base to make it levitate. These types of pots do actually exist. I actually emailed them and asked them to cancel my order back in December and got an email begging me not to. I later responded to cancel again and they said it was too late. I then recipes a package yesterday with 2 pots that are probably worth a dollar each at most. They do not levitate! I was super scammed.

I ordered a magnetically floating plant pot. Basically one that has a magnet in the base and one in the pot that makes the pot 'float' in air.
I received a tiny little pot in the post with nothing else. I would estimate this little porcelain pot to have a RRP of about £0.50 not the £22 I paid.
On complaining to paypal, they have suggested I send it back to them (in china which will cost me £8) and then they will refund me via paypal. I fear that spending any more money on these fraudsters will just cost me more money.

After seeing a very nice ad on facebook , I ordered a non stick fry pan with lid, waited 2 months , unable to contact them and finally received a cheap tin sauce pot with dents and broken knob on lid... they will bait and switch and are scammers.. BEWARE .. they have continuous ads with different names ... Crooks ..

I order a car hands free carplay adapter and got a screen mirror for a tv /monitor with a HDMI cable ( a poor quality one at that!). I went on the Paypal site and lodged a claim for it. Shixi wrote back to me and advised that that they will take 10% off the purchase price and for me to keep it to use with something else and that would save me time and money to return it. If I wanted a screen mirror I would have used the Google Chrome that I already have. So then i escalated the problem and their response back to Paypal to resolve the issue for me - Still waiting on the outcome. Wish me luck! - its no longer about the cost of the item, but more about the fact that they continue to mislead people.
