I originally ordered a navy blue pair of crocs and a black iridescent black pair.
As you can clearly see from my pictures I received a green pair! I have contacted this company many times through email! I'm getting the same run around about these shows coming from China and the cost to send them back! This Anita McCormick (if that's even their real name) email me offering a 10% refund on my order! What a joke!
If these orders are being mailed from California, where exactly are they coming from China!? There is NO proof of this claim! Nor is the mailing labels from China!
Upon my own investigation this address for this company is 5650 Lindbergh Ln, Bell, CA 90201 and is nothing more then a warehouse!
I have contacted PayPal, my bank, and my attorney. I very much plan to take legal action against this company for fraud!
Also upon looking them up on the Better Business Bureau there are also MANY filed complaints against this company!

We contact their email support who asked for photos. They were sent. They came back with apologies and pushed for us to keep the wrong itemswith a 10% refund. They stated that we would have to pay the shipping to get the products we actually ordered. We pushed back, asking for a return label and either fulfillment of the proper items or a refund. They came back with a 20% refund offer. Pushed back again. They then claimed this was an international shipment so they wouldn't pay for the return (per their policy), that 20% was the best they would do. If we wanted to pay to return them to China, then they would process a refund.
As per all others who have complained, these items came in from a City of Industry address and did not contain ANY customs forms or information.
It seems this company is a complete scam.
We're going back to the credit card company to dispute the charges. I'm done trying to get what was ordered.

5/8/21: I ordered some Lightning McQueen Croc shoes for my son and received the Paypal confirmation. The cost of the shoes was $59.90
5/9/21: I asked the seller when the shoes would be shipped (wondering if I would have them before m sons birthday). The seller emailed me to say the shoes would ship within 1-3 days and I would receive in 7-20 days.
6/2/21: I received the shoes, but they are the wrong shoes. They are NOT what I ordered (plain red crocs, not Lightning McQueen). I emailed the seller to let them know their error and asked how to exchange the shoes I received in error for the correct ones.
6/2/21: The seller asked me to send a picture of the shoes I received.
6/3/21: I sent the seller a picture of the shoes – still unopened in the clear wrapping.
6/3/21: The seller advised me to keep the shoes and they would provide me with a 20% refund.
6/3/21: I told the seller that my son said he would not wear the wrong shoes that were sent, so a discount was not a viable option. I asked again for their mailing address so I can return the shoes and receive the correct shoes in return, or receive a full refund.
6/6/21: I emailed the seller again asking for a response.
6/6/21: The seller asked if I would accept a 30% refund and keep the shoes.
6/6/21: I told the seller again that I would NOT be keeping the shoes, or paying any discounted amount for them because they would not be worn. I asked again for a full refund and for an address to send the shoes to.
6/7/21: I emailed the seller again asking for this to be resolved immediately.
Paypal closed my claim because the tracking number showed that the shoes were delivered. I’ve contacted Paypal asking them to reopen my claim since the shoes I ordered have not been received yet. I’m still waiting to hear from them.
Any advice would be appreciated, with how to resolve this and received a full refund.
I'm curious if anyone has had success with resolving this? Either exchanging for the correct Crocs, or receiving a refund?
