I ordered 5 pairs of crocs from these scam artists in mid January. I ordered 2 pair burgundy lined crocs, 2 pair of black lined crocs, and 1 pair or men’s black all terrain crocs. I received 2 pairs of brown unlined fake crocs, 2 pair of kids lined fake crocs (size is 4 sizes smaller than the real crocs) and 1 pair of cheaply made blue crocs. Not one thing was correct and they looked as if they had been spray painted. This company intentionally sent out the wrong items just to say they sent something so they can keep my money. I made a complaint with my credit card. I want my $160.00 back.

I clicked on an ad on FB ( stupid I know). The website is using Tiffany’s logo and it looked like a Tiffany sale. I ordered a ring and earrings. Received the package and neither item is what I ordered. I’ve emailed the company and replied to their order confirmation email. They scammed me out of $192. This will unfortunately teach us to NEVER EVER ORDER anything off of Facebook advertisers. I have tried to contact them numerous times and it keeps telling me to try later.
I received a package 1-18-2021 from the FBM return address. It was a ring ??‍♀️I never ordered a ring or would I ever.

Like Jldphn, I believe a transaction I thought was being placed on rothys.com was hijacked via a shop.com icon (free shipping). I purchased on 11.29 and a shipment arrived the week after the Christm[censored]iday. It did contain two handbags and a pair of shoes but not what I order, no return information and definitely knockoffs. Looks like the transactions was handled by Paypal (I don't use the service) so being disputed. Dec. 21, 2020, I ordered a pair of sunglasses from https://www.mauijimoptic.com. Upon receipt, I noticed this was not the pair I ordered.

Here is what I wrote:

Good Afternoon, I just received my sunglass order# MJ95LL-10000775. However, the sunglasses received are not the pair I ordered. Per your website, mine should have been "South Swell" which is rectangular in shape. The ones I received are round-shaped and appear to be "Koko Head" style. I would like to return these for a full refund due to the fact they are not the pair I ordered. Please let me know what I need to return these, at no charge to me, as it was a mistake on your packaging department. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Connie Holler-Martel

Anyway, the items are also nice and good, would you like to keep them, if so, we are willing give you refund of 10% as compensation

I have written a few more requests but to no avail. I even asked for a manager/supervisor but "Ashley" is not cooperating. I am not getting anywhere. "Ashley" just keeps writing the same discount option. I feel this is just another scam and I want to make sure others are aware of it. I know I have lost my money but the next person doesn't lose even more.
