12/26 I ordered a Patagonia women's Retro Pile Jacket, from what we thought was from Patagonia, when we received the PayPal confirmation the sellers name was "ZHONGYANTAI Taihe Medical instrument, not sure who this company even is. On December 28, I received an email with our tracking number on it and order #PG-49MGHG-10000294, email address is [email protected]. The order arrived today and was completely different from what we ordered, it was a blue sweatshirt which Patagonia doesnt even sell...the shipping address was FBM 13181 Crossroads PKWY N, Cityof Industry CA. I have no phone number to call regarding this and I did send an email to the above email address, still no response. I am requesting a refund immediately and an address to ship this back paid by this company..

Ordered this jacket on Jan 4th stupidly using a "Patagonia" ad link on Facebook. Received an item that Patagonia also doesn't sell, isn't true to their sizing, and was sent by Chang Feng Clothing who billed my PayPal account. The shipping label says fbm 13181 crossroads pkwy n city of industry, ca and look like the exact label that someone else posted her (name listed 2x and says time sensitive, etc). PayPal refuses to help, saying I authorized the transaction so case closed. I contacted Chase, who will hopefully help me get my $99 back.

I ordered some Patagonia things 2 weeks before Christmas and couldn’t find any order confirmation e-mails, shipping confirmation e-mails, nothing. I contacted Pay Pal, which is how I paid, and they were not able to get a response from the seller either. Pay Pal ended up refunding me the full amount and today I find a package of 3 Patagonia items that were nothing near what I ordered. Wrong style, wrong colors. Looking more closely, the items are poor quality with many threads hanging on seams, like they got the clothing from a warehouse and sewed on labels and attached tags. Very weird. I found this site by googling the return address on the shipping label. Thank goodness I was refunded my $177. Sad that people take advantage of others like this. Lesson learned. Only order from reputable, well known sites.

Accidentally clicked and before I have realized charged for a Arcteryx jacket $168 dollar. I have no doubt that it was fake and no intention to buy one. Contacted them right away and try to cancel it within few minutes of the transaction and they denied claiming "it is processed". A month ago I ordered 2 pair of lined Crocs. Got them today and they are crap. One pair was white and has a skull on each shoe along with plastic do dads stuck on them. I’m 69 yrs old. I didn’t order skull printed crocs. They were supposed to be lavender. The other pair were blue not black as ordered, and the lining was rolled up making it impossible to put a foot in. Sizes were not even accurate. $66 down the drain! Crooks! I want a refund!

I ordered what was advertised on the website, as 2 pair of Gymshark branded leggings. The order date was Dec 13th and the fake items were received today, Jan 4th. Once the product arrived, we were not shipped what was ordered, but replacement items. Also the items are not Gymshark brand as advertised. We compared these items to real Gymshark leggings that we already own and the labels on the leggings are not the same as the real Gymshark brand and the logos are not even the same--very close, but not the same.

t-shirt ! My attempts (X3) to contact original email website 'customer service' has been totally unsuccessful with the same scripted response, no information ! The original order was placed with www.telii...and unbeknownst to me was evidently in China ! The T-shirt, not ordered, was shipped from SHIPPING DEPT FBM, 13181 CROSSROADS PYWY N, CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA 91748.
I evidently join the ranks of many consumers being successfully conned by these shameless internet scam artists. For me: A hard and expensive lesson !

Purchased socks (as it turned out later, at a fake website) that looked exactly like BOMBAS. Received counterfeit socks (in funny colors, poor quality, wrong sizes) from SHIPPING DEPT FBM 13181 CROSSROADS PKWY N CITI OF INDUSTRY CA 91746. Asked PayPal to help me to get a refund. PayPal forwarded me seller's request to return the counterfeit socks to CHINA! Gave me the following address: 554300 贵州铜仁市松桃苗族自治县经济开发区企业服务中心二楼 China. :-) According to PayPal I have to mail the socks to this address by January 7. The seller will issue a refund as soon as he gets back his socks. :-)

Was pretty bothered! I traced it back and sure enough---- its a scam! I received this tacky ring in lieu of the sweater! I hope no one ever orders from them! BUYER BEWARE!

It was a Facebook ad for huge floating pool mat. The dimensions were listed in inches to be approximately 150" x 96" /11' x9'. Puchasing 1 was about $70, 2 was $100 and $3 was $120. I purchased 3 and recieved them about 2 months later and they are 4.5'x2'. And they are a cheap smelly foam. They picture looked lime a thick lushious mat. I have not been able to reach them for a refund. Completely not what was in the picture or description.

I ordered from mutucharm a white sweater on Sept 7th. I tried four times and can't get a rep!y. They took my money. I will not buy from this company again. A company who won't even tell you it maybe late in shipping , nothing. I loved the clothing on their website but i don't know anything about their products.
