I got a political face mask I k is I never would have ordered with no paperwork (and it’s from China by the writing on the package). Just says FBM City of Industry on the return label. Probably substitutes for a silver pendant I ordered from a FB ad I never got.

On October 20th I ordered 2 sweaters, found out that they were coming from Hong Kong. To this day they have taken the money out of our account but I have not received them yet.

I received 2 rings in the mail today that I did not order. No receipt or paperwork in the package. Contacting my bank to find out what to do with them.

On Pinterest- places an order with mutucharm-si jing took money out of my account. It’s been 2 months never received it. But today received a ring. The exact ring in all these pictures. It says from China.why does companies in USA let China fraud people with fake sites? Why can they not remove these sites? How do I get my money back? I think this company FBM is awful for letting this go on. Pitiful people have to go through this.

I ordered two luxury reclining camping chairs total cost #, advertised on Facebook as American-made.. What I received were two miniature cot chairs that MAYBE a toddler fit on more like a doll 8"W x 8"L x 10"H. PayPay advised they agree to refund money if I return received product to a China address and pay for the shipping. The product received can't be worth more than $2.00, I can imagine the cost to ship to China and I read other complaints who stated the return address provided is a bad address. The company did not include a shipping/packing slip. The invoice clearly stated two reclining camping chairs when order was placed, unfortunately I failed to print. Fraudulent practices. I notice that an ad for the chairs I ordered still is running on FB. The ad states "American Made Product" however, it was billed by a company in China and shipped from China to FBM. FBM mailed the item to me.

We randomly received a package containing disinfectant wipes; we did not order them and the package didn't contain any order information or communication from the sender. The only contents were the container of wipes. The wipes container does not include manufacturer information, or other information typically included, e.g. caution, storage and disposal, etc. It also indicates that it contains 80 wipes, but is about 1/4 of the size of a container with 85 wipes in it. The package itself was sent from Shipping Dept, FBM, 13021 Leffingwell Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. The address appears to be connected to North American Van Lines; there is a company in Santa Fe Springs Foundational Building Materials, but they are located at a different address and do not handle wipes. The package was shipped via USPS (eVS) from Compton CA. It's like the contents are harmless and this is a brushing scam; however, we immediately disposed of the package as we didn't have a way to verify the safety of the contents.

Ordered a nice compost bin for kitchen. Paid 29 USD. Recieved a very tiny bamboo "like" , meaning not even real bamboo cutting board, that is worse quality than the dollar store. Store is in calofornia, but when you research it, its just a freight forwarding center... the real company in china.. yes chy-nah... getting worse than nigerian scams. And dont forget, they cave us the covid.. for free. Check the photos.. the ad for what was bought is the 3rd photo. Yes, i do see a chopping board on the counter in the ad... saddly, that is what we got.

I ordered flower bed folding stand with pouch, they sent pouch only and will not reply to emails, Amazon lists them on their site so I believe they are also responsible for the scam that FBM is pulling on people.

Please send this message across the website to boycott fbm andAmazon. keep it going for 1 full year at the minumum to teach them a lesson.

I ordered three pair of glasses, once the shipment came in not one pair was what I ordered and one pair was old and used. I contacted them with pictures. They responded to send pictures which I had already sent them. So sent them more pictures then they respond with fake coupon code and for me to order more!! They ignore to make it good.The pairs I ordered were white and black tiger shark and black as you can clearly see there are blue turquoise and black.
