I ordered men’s size 11 Lightning McQueen Crocs from a Facebook ad, but received yellow Crocs that apparently belonged to Drew, since all the jibbitz have Drew on them. These are not what I ordered and my 15 year old son wouldn’t be caught dead wearing them. The cost of the Lightning McQueen Crocs was almost $60, and I feel like I’ve thrown that money away. I work too hard for my money to not get what I ordered and paid for.

No packing slip or identification.

Ordered a watch online from an advertisement on facebook, they did not deliver in a timely manner and the product they sent was nothing like what they advertised. I asked to get my money back and there was no response. Paypal needs to take care of these scammers and get all of the money back for people.

Ordered "Costa del Mar" sunglasses at a pretty significant discount. Box arrived very beat up so I immediately took photos hoping the glasses were not broken. No luck plus the frames felt like they were made out of something that I've never seen. The plastic frame is so brittle there is NO WAY these are Costa sunglasses. Will try to return since they are broken but I'm not hopeful.

I ordered Mauii Jim sunglasses at 70% via an add on Facebook page. It took 4 weeks for the glasses to arrive and when I opened the box that had a delivery label “made in china” with a shipping label from FBM 13181 Crossroads PKWY N Industry city CA 91748. The glasses were women’s glasses in a leopard print and not what I ordered square brown men’s glasses.

I replied to the email for my order confirmation and was greeted with “ Sorry to see that, but from the pics you sent, they are still good,wearable, and at a low price, would you please keep them?

As it will cost you much time and money due to the Covid-19.

If you don't want them, you can give them to your friends as a gift or try to sell them, it's good also.

How about accepting a 5% refund to keep it and avoid to cost much money, time, and hassles? Please consider it.”

I’ve been replying to the same email requesting for them to send the glasses I ordered and no more replies.

This is a total scam.

Another victim of a scam. I ordered an item which turned out to be fake so I wanted to return. Company has Chinese name and various emails (?). Apparently very fraudulent. Exchange of several emails but they insisted I keep item and they refund me 10% of amount paid. Further research led me to FBM where item was sent from.
Found address with ph. 1(480) 986-6439. I called and a Chinese sounding woman answered and said it is a private residence. Can we stop this fraudulent activities from victimizing unsuspecting customers? HELP - FBI, etc.

A company advertising itself as MauiJimaloha.com and claiming to sell Maui Jim sunglasses at discount prices possibly as the Chengdu Yonggongxin Trading Company and shipping products through a company called FBM from an address in the City of Industry is operating online and advertising through various social media and gaming sites is selling counterfeit products. The payment is a credit card processed through PayPal and getting a refund has so far proven to be impossible.
