Ordered a Quick Curler on July 10th was charged $35.88. Later they put another charge on my account for $1.08. I received an item today that was not even close to the Quick Curler pictured. I saw it had the name Wayfair on the ad. So knowing this company name I placed my order. Now all I am getting is a recording saying because of heavy call volume they detected to a recording that has nothing to do with my order. In total I have been scammed out of $36.96. Filing scam report with my Back in the morning.

People that sale product on FB are using the original photo of the product companies.but if the price is to cheap.you will receive a junk product that is nothing like what you order.

I ordered Croc shoes and I got the wrong ones. It says it goes through Paypal but it does not I chcked my Paypal account and they have no record of my account. I want to return these crocs and get my money back. I ordered black and whit croc slides. They sent me blue and white original crocs. I ordered in size 11 and got a size 8 and a size 10. $53.98 was taken from my account and I need my money back. Ordered a pair of Spy sunglasses off of Facebook. 3 weeks later I get the wrong model in the mail. No phone number to reach the place back. Packing slip as stated is from FBM 13181 crossroads pkwy north,city of industry ca 91746. Thought it was to good to be true and it was. Back in March 2020 I ordered 20 rolls of toilet paper. A package arrived last week that contained 20 rolls of miniature toilet paper the size of adding machine rolls. A total ripOff. The company’s return address was from FBM in Bell, CA.

The picture attached is showing the normal size roll along with Ken have the rolls that were sent.

We purchased 2 in between seat cup holders that would also hold your cell phone. What we received was a cheap pouch that just sunk down between your seat and your console with no cup holder! After calling 4 phone number that were either disconnected or said they couldn't be completed it seems they are nothing but a scam company!
