Ordered a wig in September 2020 and never received my wig. I continue to get the runaround and was told my wig would be here in May 2021. As of today, nothing! After a chat yesterday, more lies saying they are working to fill orders. I purchased from Klarna and they are no help. I’m totally frustrated.

Me too I called my bank and had it reversed. From September 2020 . they used Sezzle at one point but don’t even use that anymore. I’m still waiting smh

Go to BBB for Klarna their terms and conditions are that customers should not be held liable for fraud transactions and that's what this is. That's why they don't use Klarna anymore, they can't because too many fraud complaints.

Has this been posted? Their “return address” is that of a law firm in California. That does not sound like the place to ship wigs out from or to process returns. Would be very unfortunate for this law firm to keep receiving calls on the status of an order for a “business” using their address. Furthermore, what Beauty luxe hair/ upper echelon luxe beauty is doing is illegal for the simple fact that you cannot offer credit for an item that has not shipped. Fashion Nova was successfully sued for doing just that. See image or search for fashion nova FTC settlement. My overall suggestion is to contact your bank directly first regardless of whether you used sezzle/Klarna/PayPal then follow up with sezzle or whoever just so there’s an ongoing record of them being reported. Then absolutely follow up with the other suggestions mentioned for reporting them to the FTC/state attorney general/etc.

I placed an order in July of last year, and it is now May 2021, and I have yet received the item. I emailed the owner in February, and she emailed me back this month. Just to give me the same runaround that they have been giving me since September. I've decided to file a complaint with their state attorney, suggesting that you do the same. They should not get away with this scam.

Everyone on here’s experience is the same. File a complaint with the attorney general in the state of the business and let’s get them shut down. Also file complaints with the BBB for any third party payment system you go through that refuses to give your money back after being scammed. Enough complaints and action will be taken trust and believe.

I made a purchase on Mar 15 through Klarna and I have yet to received my refund I never got my order and I keep getting the runaround from both places they scammed me outta almost 300 & I’m pissed I don’t know what to do imma call my bank and see what they can do

What you can do is go to the BBB for Klarna about getting your money back. Klarna won’t help u unless you do. As the consumer you shouldn’t be responsible for Klarna doing business with a shady company. They no longer go through Klarna for payments because they’ve scammed so many people. They use Sezzle now, however when it comes to disputes sezzle is more consumer friendly and advocates for the customer. They’re going to get caught soon enough. Also file a complaint with the state attorney general for that company. You do have rights no matter what kind of legalese they are using to convince people otherwise about store credits. That company is not above the law trust and believe.

So I ordered a wig November 6, 2020 for $245. I was told multiple shipment dates in December, then after emailing them 4 times I was assured that I would receive my hair after the holidays... Well Valentines Day had passed at this point and told them I would seek legal actions if I dont receive my money back. I was promised 2 dates in March after they apparently (got a large shipment of hair in their warehouse). I called my bank, disputed the charges, and got my money back expeditiously. This company will tell you that you can only receive store credit but thats a lie. It states on their website "We dont charge until item is shipped." BUT no items have shipped and woman all over have supported this "black business" and receive NOTHING. So TODAY, I receive an email that my money has been refunded as store credit and that they are unable to send me my hair. So almost $300 sitting on they website and I REFUSE to press any order buttons on this site. Ladies, before ordering, please take heed to all of the warnings that have been expressed. This company took advantage of the backlash of the George Floyd murder and KNEW black businesses were getting attention. So they stole pictures of other women modeling for other hair companies and stole money from many women across the country to support their scam. If anyone has a lawsuit pending, I would just LOVE to send you the many emails I have to support. [censored] that company, [censored] that fake [censored] manager, and [censored] that barbie doll [censored] hair they sending people who threaten they [censored].

Hello - I'd just read your message and I'm currently going through it with them right now. I have my proof of chat conversations and would like to get your emails to share once I file a case. This has been going far too long with no resolution.

File a complaint with the businesses state attorney general including all your proof of information. If you used a payment system like Klarna or sezzle and can’t get any resolution, file a complaint with the bbb for those companies. Since they are legit you will receive a real response and resolution. It’ll be up to them to take action with the company to recoup their funds.

I placed an order for wig on March 29th and as of today May 6th i am yet to receive the wig. I was able to charlt with a rep twice but all i got were excuses regarding delays. They will not refund my money either. I paid $276. This company is a scam. I'm not sure rhey even exists eventhough they claim they are in CA.

I also purchased a wig in early March through Klarna and as of today, 5/10 haven’t received anything. Keep getting general emails from them but nobody has replied personally back to me. Really frustrated and my order was $498. I stopped my last payment until I hear from them but it’s not looking good.

I placed my order on the 17th of April 2021. After two weeks of waiting for shipping update, I email them and they told me they can never refund my money except for store credit. Well the store never exist. I wish i read this reviews before making my purchase. I have notified my bank. I hope I get my refund.

I placed an order on August 18th and gave them an entire month before I contacted them. They were answering for a while and giving me nonstop excuses, I paid over $200 including expedited shipping. They told me my order was shipped out and then all of a sudden it got lost, they don’t offer a refund they want you to have store credit. Why in the world would I want store credit if I don’t want plan on ordering anything from them again? When I said I was taking legal action they claimed that the CEO was contacting me and she said the same exact thing. Now, over 8 months since I placed my order there is no response. They REFUSE to contact me and my money and my order is lost in the wind. I didn’t even want this stinky [censored] wig I was just trying to support a fellow black owned business but instead they want to scam. They also addressed in a huge drawn out email about this site and how they aren’t a scam, if you have to address scam issues you’re clearly already having a problem in your business. I’m so over it if i had the patience to sue and really shut them down I would.

Item never shipped and I've been given multiple excuses and promises of shipment, even a fake tracking number twice. This company she be forced closed by the f.t.c. and charged for a federal crime.

I ordered some hair on August 2020. It is now April 2021 and they have never sent me a thing. No hair, no refund. Nothing! I spent 140.00 and I am pissed. I hope they burn in hell

I am so upset with this company. I placed an order of August 2020 and yet to receive anything. All I keep getting is the same damn messages your order will be top priority and shipped. And got a message that someone else has taken over the company. Also the name has been changed. The number they tell you to text you get no response. I paid over $400 for a unit and I'm pissed. Please do not order from thus company. They are a scam!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS ALL THE SAME ... Scammed out of over $200, lied to for months. Ordered in July of 2020.. and Im still waiting to hear a new lie. I have saved all my conversations and ready to proceed with a Class action against the company and president. She is interviewed boosting about how she makes 100k a month! THIS IS HOW! Who would be able to provide proof of their experience and would be willing to proceed with a lawsuit?

I bought two wigs in June/July of last year. Every time I inquire, nothing. I am givent he same response of it is shipping next. Well it has almost been one year. Never was able to get my money back. I was so patient due to covid,but still to no avail..nothing. I tried to get a refund and it did not work. Ladies do not wait too long to get your money back from credit card or you will be screwed. Horrible company and customer service as well.

I ordered something back in January. It’s March and still haven’t received it. I messaged them almost everyday and each and every time they give me some bs excuse. First they said I’ll receive it the 2nd week of February and then the next week and then the next week and so on. They also sent out this “blast email” about how ppl will get they order by April 5. I told them I needed it by March 10 due to a vacation. And haven’t heard from them since. The new girl that works the online chat on website said she will get back to me on Monday which was the 8th I believe and DID NOT HEAR FROM HER. And for some strange reason. They online chat hasn’t been opened! Strange huh? There is legit NO WAY to contact them. They block all comments on every social media. They do not respond to DM or anything. The pictures that they post are ALL FAKE REVIEWS. Like they either grabbed it from somewhere else or paid someone to say something nice. I told them like a lot of other hair companies they need to start tagging these people so we know it’s legit. Guess what they said? “ there all from emails and they don’t want they info out there and stuff like that” ? You mean to tell me those “hundreds” of people you guys are posting that your saying “bought” your hair were all emails and u can’t tag they social media? Sounds like a big scam to me. I hate this company and they lost all my trust. They even offered me credits. Like girl smh what makes u think I’m going to trust you all with my money again!?!? #HorribleCompany

The hair sucks and sheds like a dog, please be EXTREMELY GREATFUL that you didn't recieve this bs. If I were you all I would ask for a refund and quick. They don't take accountability don't switch the hair for you talking about it lady two years where?! It was all over my sink and bathroom. I got one wear out of this hair and they were trying to replace one bundle when I ordered 4 horrible bundles from this place! THANK ME LATER AND RUN!

I placed an order in August 2020. I have yet to receive my order. I paid over $400 and still no unit. The manager replied several times after I emailed them. They kept giving me different dates. And now telling me it will be November because they changed management. I am very disappointed in this company. I could have ordered something from China and got it back before now. I forgot to mention they told me at first the delay was due to the fires. Then it was due to the post office back ups. Now it's due to the change of management. Smh...very. ...very upset set customer.

I've gone through the same thing, I've been waiting on my order since August. I've been emailing them monthly since September, and it seems like they've gone through many changes in management and customer service reps in the past few months. I don't think they are interested in actually fixing the issue, which is very unfortunate.

I ordered hair from these people in September 2020. I spent $160 on my credit card. I have still not received my hair. I have called them I have emailed. they have respond. The only thing I keep hearing is we’re going to send it the moment it get here. we’re going to send it, we’re gonna send it. we apologize for the inconvenience. well we can’t send you your money back but we can give you credit in our store. why would I want credit in your store I want my money back. I even said are you guys waiting on someone to die to get hair. I haven’t heard anything from them this year and it’s now February 2021. They acknowledge the fact that I purchased hair but nothing has been done about it I want my money back. I cannot show my credit card bill but my first payment came out 9-30-2020 I did four payments of $40 through Klarna.

Make sure you use the Klarna Policy against them! They're not supposed to charge the payments until the hair is shipped, but they like to lie to Klarna. They state on their website that Klarna will not be charged until item is shipped! Fight them on it. This policy was in place when you ordered, so make sure they honor that.

I promise I'm a real human who was almost scammed by them, you can see my review below. It took 5 months of back and forth to get my refund, but I got it!
