From both Leslie and Zaire and got my 3 bundles and wig I ordered that totaled almost $500. I was pissed and also reached out to the attorney generals office. The attorney generals didn’t do much I guess because this is a legit company, however they did reach out and apologized and I did receive. Decided to come back and clear my statement.

I too have placed an order, hoping to receive my unit for a wedding. and hereafter reading all these testimonies infuriates me more. I think everyone should file a complaint with all eCommerce merchants and file a formal complaint about their bad fraudulent practices.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHERE IS MY MONEY? This wig was needed in November and here we are in December and that bogus tracking number you gave me still says the same thing! My patience has completely worn with your company, your lack of professionalism and last but not least your lack of EMPATHY for the people you have swindled money out of. So I’ve been patient as I’ve tried to give you EVERY benefit of the doubt. However you continuously fail to deliver as you have promised in the previous emails which is an automatic breech of contract. The shipping time you asked for was allotted to your company and then some which is another breech of contract. So at this point your offer to for store credit has NO legal leg to stand on since you as a vendor/business have failed to live up to your contractual obligations. So if I do not receive any new up to date information regarding my order (and DONT send me the information I have already attached in this email); I will move forward with legal action. This is no longer about the money this is about business ETHICS & you’re lack thereof. I will be waiting for my new shipping details.
It was never delivered, nor have I been given the refund ( or an email confirm the refund has been processed from then end) .
They started by telling me they were waiting on shipment from there supplier that my wig was on there next shipment arrival.
Then I get an email in nov saying their supplier run out of the wig I ordered... and that they have refunded me that I needed to wait 5 to 10 business days.
I have had over 13 emails back and forth with them saying the refund is shown in there end yet they still haven’t provided me with a refund confirmation email.
It’s been now over 3 weeks since they say I’m refunded... and I can’t get a hold of anyone either by email, text or phone.
This is stealing and needs to be reported.
I don’t understand what is going on.
WE HAVE ASK EVERYONE TO DROP ORDER NUMBERS AND NO ONE DOES. IF YOU ARE UPSET WITH YOUR SERVICE ALLOW US TO FIX IT. CUSTOMERS HAVE CAME TO US SAYING THAT THIS PAGE IS FULL OF DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS AS NO ONE WANTS A SOLUTION AND HAVE POINTED OUT TO US THAT THIS PAGE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HATE OUR BRAND. WE ARE UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU LADIES ARE UPSET & WE ARE TRYING TO WORK WITH EVERYONE AS WE ARE A NEW TEAM
Proof of ownership and being a real registered company in California. We are not a scam. We do not partake in scams we are legit. This is real time ownership and info as of 11/25/2020. Contacting lawyers, and or filing complaints, lawsuits etc. does not make a difference with our business as we see people claiming we are scams and we are not. We are legit we run a real company. This is one website compared to millions of customers that are actually happy with our service and have actually received their products. This website is a third party website and isn’t 100% credible. If you were to message some of the people down on this page we have resolved over 75% complaints
If you have a problem with your order.. CONTACT US. We actually want to resolve and will fix the issue in your favor. Posting on this website doesn’t fix your order and it doesn’t stop people from purchasing from our company as they know it’s a third party website and it’s not credible.
We are posting these facts and our REAL INFORMATION filed with the state of California online so that you guys see.
We have also asked that order numbers be dropped so that directors and actual owners can help as employees and management can’t give resolutions in favor that owners can.

We want to resolve you guys issues and we just suggest coming to us. You guys can file complaints all day or actually allow us to fix it. Once a lawyer sees your money was returned: items were shipped and delivered etc then complaints are no longer valid. Save money and time and allow us to resolve.
