I placed a wig order with this company Aug 22nd. I call myself ordering it early enough for my birthday in Sept. Almost 4 months later I still haven’t received my order. They updated my shipping info on Nov 18th. As of Dec 8th USPS has not received my product to ship. I’m tired of reaching out via email to only receive broken promises & a weak store credit. Why would I want to shop again if I haven’t even received my first order?! Another thing why would they keep advertising sales & deals when people like myself haven’t even received their order yet?! Make it make sense! Of course folks are going to say this is a SCAM. Did you use the money to pay your light bill or sum?! Honestly I want a refund or some courtesy wigs for the wait because this is ridiculous. It burns my soul when I see their ads on Facebook on my TL hell that’s supposed to be me slaying in my wig I ordered!

@Chanel Jones smh see what I’m saying? & I’ve emailed again today & got nothing! & who in their right mind owns a business that only operates from 1-5PM on the weekdays. I figured they stole all the pics & videos on their social media outlets. I just really hate we all got scammed. It pisses me off because I wanted to support a black owned hair company I would’ve been better off shopping with local people that I know wouldn’t have scammed me.

I am with you on this one! It beats me why they keep advertising for people to purchase if they do not have the items to fulfill prior orders. I placed my order in August, I did not receive the item. They finally said they would issue me a store credit so that I can place a new order because the hair I wanted was "out of stock"! So I said ok that's file, if I give you a picture and the item number on your site, can you confirm that it is "in stock"? because I don't want to purchase and be placed in the same crap! They actually assured me that the wig was available that that I would receive it in 7-10 business days! We are gong to one month since my second re-ordering of from my initial funds. They are advertising and not ashamed to say that that many people are dissatisfied with them. Even one single customer being unhappy should be a problem for your company if you were any type of decent company.
Coming on here and giving a lecture on your legal rights and how you are a ligit company does not even help you one bit. (1) You guys were doing drop-shipping from China or somewhere else and probably did not fulfill your obligation to them now you can't receive your inventory. (2) You took people's money and used it to invest in other things and can't afford to give their money back. (3) you are probably a team of 2 or 3 people on the hustle and acting like you are a good upstanding "black owned business". We know that if we make enough noise you will only shut down and reopen under a different name.
The text messages and emails from their customer service or "management team" is very annoying! they keep telling the same thing and expect you to believe them.

That don’t be their hair they steal phots and videos your not gon get neither they told me they processed my refund in November still nothing I already filed paperwork with the federal district attorney they did they research and of course they are a scam I went by the address they say they are no building or warehouse they wanna list that fake paper showing they are legit any body can print that out n fill it out it makes me sad and mad as hell

If you were legitimately registered in the State of California like you say you are, you would have seen some lawsuits by now! and believe me, all lawsuits do not require an attorney but then again all you would probably do is file bankruptcy to avoid refunding our money!

I received a copy/paste email stating you guys are backed up etc etc but that is no excuse for an order placed all the way back in mid summer. If your company is backed up, then stop advertising your product on social media to make more sales. This is exactly why people are claiming scam. Your business practices are shady and inexcusable. I have complained to you all weekly and you all ignored me. I ordered back in August 20th 2020 of this year. My order was never shipped. Finally you all said I received a tracking number back on November 18th, but when I talked Usps they stated your company only made a label and never sent out the item. In other words you all still have my wig. This is wrong. I feel I been too nice at trying to understand while you all have not even cared to help me. I contacted you all and no one been honest. Where is my purchase and why haven’t you gave it to Usps. They agreed you all held my package over what is considered legal in The USA. My order number is #21304. I want the truth. Why are you not shipping my product yet?

If anyone knows how to get in contact with someone to sue for my money back, please let me know. I paid $300 on Oct. 8 thru Klarna. It's been right over 2 months since I ordered and they're giving me the SAME runaround "oh sorry! covid heavily impacted our shipments!" and "we'll prioritize your order!" which is bs. I paid $300 for hair and was trying to support a "black owned company" yet I should've just gone and gotten hair from one of the girls who sell hair locally in my city or through someone I know and trust. I'm beyond PISSED by this and hate the fact that so many people are getting scammed by these fools who keep advertising SALES when there's people who haven't gotten their orders yet! How are you going to run a sale with no hair? How can you have sales with thousands of people WITHOUT the hair they've ordered months ahead of time? And no, I DON'T want store credit. Give me back my money so I can go to Mayvenn or something where I know I'll get all my money's worth.

And that covid excuse is lame af. I've ordered so much stuff from overseas (I literally ordered a customized Macbook at the peak of covid) and got it in as little as two weeks and max a month. Covid isn't an excuse—SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

Perhaps we will have some luck filing a complaint with Facebook and Instagram to remove them because they are fraudulent! They need to take the damn website down!

This company’s customer service is poor. I haven’t heard from them since confirming my order #38265 about 2 weeks ago. Nobody is responding to the text number, live chat on their website, email, Facebook message, or Instagram message. I will be disputing it with my bank in another week if they do not respond or update me. What a negative impression for a first time customer.

I placed an order on September 25 and never received it. I'm disputing the charges with my bank but they said it could take 60 days to dispute with Visa. I have contacted this company numerous times and have only received a bunch of lies. They had the audacity to give me $20 credit for my next purchase. Why would I ever buy anything from this company and I never received my first order. They are nothing but scammers. They blocked me on Facebook because I was warning other people about their scam. I can't wait for the FEDS to arrest the owners for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is definitely a scam. I looked the address on BBB (address noted 3710 Lone Tree Way Box 205, Antioch, CA 94509) unless they are a smoke shop, donut shop or a Chinese restaurant they are not there. But it’s fine I’ve already disputed with my bank and got my money back. But I do want to warn everybody not to buy from these people

At this point it is too late, my bank has gotten my money back from you and is pursuing your bank for the Manet back. I ordered months ago and was advised management would be in contact... guess what NO RESPONSE! Also the address I google from the BBB is what the picture is. Are you returning the packs to the smoke shop because...

I ordered hair on 10/21/2020 and NEVER RECEIVED it. They refused to give me my money back and then said they shipped it but the shipping shows they never gave it to USPS. I contacted the USPS to confirm that they never received it. When I confronted the company with this information I also was told via email that they actually sold me product they didn’t have and gave me the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM SCAM SCAM

If you have tracking number in your possession then you are correct, this has not been shipped. USPS isn’t doing any pickups during thanksgiving and we are in California as we are in a pandemic. This pandemic does affect drivers schedules. When you received your tracking number it says please wait 7-10 days for movement. Once shipped you are notified. We are most definitely not a scam and we would love to have our team reach out to get this item moving faster and resolve this in your favor.

Hello, I have commented below a few times below but I am coming back to confirm that Mrs. Maldonado left last September and is no longer the owner responsible for the issues. I went to her Ig to make it known what had happened and to also warn others and she didn’t block me immediately like I thought she would be instead dm’d me and I let her know what was happening and why I had take that last resort to try to get a refund and bring awareness. She immediately contacted UELB who then reached out to me again wanting to engage and I finally have received my refund. I also screenshotted the conversations and showed Mrs. Maldonado their apology to me and that they had received my refund request back in August. Anyway I have apologized to her, as the problems were not her fault and I never ever want to unduly hold someone responsible for anything they had nothing to do with. I will share the screenshots here so ya’ll will know I’m not someone she sent to try and decieve you guys. I definitely am willing to admit when I‘m wrong and try to rectify it.

Ordered in August, never received, numerous unanswered emails of emails pushing the date back due to Covid, the Ca fires etc. The policy was NOT store credit only when I purchased and in fact was told my refund would take 14 days. I disputed it with my bank and they had the audacity to deny the chargeback as if they sent anything at all. I’ve hired an attorney and am filing a complaint immediately. A true shame.

This is the worst company to try to order from. I placed my order back in AUGUST 2020 for my birthday order 21545! I sent these people an email over a course of almost 5 months management doesn’t even help! My order was over $300 and they said they had given me a $50 store credit for the inconvenience for my order being pushed back twice. That was 2 months ago. No one responds to emails I’ve sent over 20! I finally got fed up & wanted my money back in the first week of November because what’s the point I’ve been waiting for a tracking number I’ve been promised for a long time and haven’t received any updates. I sent an email to cancel & get a refund 3 times because no one responds. I get a response back saying they’ve updated there cancellation policy and I can’t get a refund only store credit for my purchase and I could go back and reorder. And plus an extra $50 store credit! I check today & it’s a total of $70 store credit so not only did they lie about reimbursement for store credit for my order that I spent over $300! They lied and only added an extra $20 to the store credit! This is the worst company to order from ! & they lie & the customer service is trifling & it’s not legit. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be putting it out there on social media this is a scam.

I ordered my hair in August and did not receive it yet. They said they where going to refund my money and didn't. They said management only allows a store so I ordered the product again and still hadn't came. This is just messed up that someone is that evil to take money from hard working individual's. You think you have gotten away with this but God got the last say so watch and see!
