Coming on here and giving a lecture on your legal rights and how you are a ligit company does not even help you one bit. (1) You guys were doing drop-shipping from China or somewhere else and probably did not fulfill your obligation to them now you can't receive your inventory. (2) You took people's money and used it to invest in other things and can't afford to give their money back. (3) you are probably a team of 2 or 3 people on the hustle and acting like you are a good upstanding "black owned business". We know that if we make enough noise you will only shut down and reopen under a different name.
The text messages and emails from their customer service or "management team" is very annoying! they keep telling the same thing and expect you to believe them.

You with your order. ALLOW US TO HELP. please send over and or comment order numbers below. We are working during the holidays and response times are slower but we will always get to you. ALSO to add we are not open on weekends at all! Please ensure it is a week day when contacting so that you don’t feel ignored.
I have given my order number to EVERY TOM, DICK AND HARRY on your team and still the same answer! Why are you bothering to respond to us and provide no resolution? Andy why would you not work on weekends knowing you have so many unhappy customers? Really?
I am just appalled that you would come here and talk about "it doesn't matter how much you complain" or "people will still buy our hair"! That is so unprofessional!
If you were legitimately registered in the State of California like you say you are, you would have seen some lawsuits by now! and believe me, all lawsuits do not require an attorney but then again all you would probably do is file bankruptcy to avoid refunding our money!

And that covid excuse is lame af. I've ordered so much stuff from overseas (I literally ordered a customized Macbook at the peak of covid) and got it in as little as two weeks and max a month. Covid isn't an excuse—SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

We use this for return items. Our distribution center is at: 1255 treat Blvd CALIFORNIA 94597. We are a legit business and have always said we are not a storefront. ONLINE STORE ONLY.

If you have tracking number in your possession then you are correct, this has not been shipped. USPS isn’t doing any pickups during thanksgiving and we are in California as we are in a pandemic. This pandemic does affect drivers schedules. When you received your tracking number it says please wait 7-10 days for movement. Once shipped you are notified. We are most definitely not a scam and we would love to have our team reach out to get this item moving faster and resolve this in your favor.
