I order 623.00 worth of wigs back in 07/01/2020. I have not received my order and its been over 4 months. I am constantly getting the run around with this company I called the phone number 415-424-8795 and was told I had the wrong number, so I said no I do not in a texts message I got a call back and was told F[censored] YOU B[censored] YOU AIN'T GETTING NOTHING. I sent a text saying yall better give me back my [censored]ing money an I got a message saying again [censored] YOU B[censored]!

We can absolutely say this did not happen. We monitor each and every email and live chat transcript. I am not sure if you called the correct number but we only have one answering service and this just came this October. Only owners and managers have access to this line and it forbidden that anyone dare curse at our customers. I hate this company its has now been 4 months and I still have not received my order or a refunded. I had to call my bank to get on them. And since they know they are having such a large amount of people complaining they changed their refund policy.

Contact your State Attorney General they are the one's that goes after company like this. I work for the Federal Government and I put in a complaint with my leadership already.

Alright y’all ! Great news after leaving a comment on a fb post from their page I was sent a direct message from kareesha herself! I called them on deleting comments not only did she immediately print a label and ship my item today ! She apologized profusely and stated she is cleaning house , I took that to mean her workers were lacking either way my hair is on the way she made it right I thanked her for taking care of my issue immediately

I called the number that is listed with the BBB and a guy answer an said you have the wrong number, I told him no I don't so I texts the phone and said Yall better get me my F[censored] hair or a refund and he said F[censored] you b[censored]! I called this number 415-424-8795 and they have another # 818-452-6066

Like I said before I work for the Government! Trust and believe I have more of their information. Now they need to run me my money or they are all getting picked up for Consumer Fraud!

I e bed getting the run around as well. All the excuses from COVID to the California fires. I requested my money back, never received it. I was told I’d get my hair faster, still no hair, no money. I ordered Aug 10. Info on law suit please!

I seen all of the reviews here on this website and I wanted to share my experience. At first i was extremely upset because my order took forever and then when i received it , it was wrong. I was ready to truly start a war. however i emailed [email protected] and Jess Lawson helped me get my order correct in shipped within 3 days. Im guessing thus company really did have some pretty big delays with customs closing due to COVID. I received the hair and it was correct. For all of you ladies that are not happy management is the way to go and not the reps, just incase you dont get a response or what your looking for. This company is actually legit and i can 100% say its not a scam.

Contact me on here if you want to join a class action lawsuit against this company. They are clearly scammers.

So they are really good at deleting FB reviews so they can continue to run their scam. Attached is a photo of the owner in a Yahoo article back in September. The owner is claiming to be making 100k per month. So what I don't understand is the refusal to refund customers back their money to their card.
I keep being referenced back to the same emails and they changed their promise from deposits back to my card to store credit only.

I have no need to order from them anymore. Many others have been scammed by this company. It is sad..

Action lawsuit? That’s crazy. Once they agreed to refunding our money and sending that email stating money would be coming back to our card they can’t change the policy. The policy was changed after we requested our refunds ... class

I have yet to receive my item ordered months ago responses are vague and distorted I was able to locate the girl who made the black owned video her ig does mention the company snd there is a corresponding article online but ya I’m tight cause I could have spent my money elsewhere

The lady is not the owner I pulled their records and the Assume Name Certificate with their State for the register address that is listed. This company is not in the US. That women is getting free product. I work for the Federal Government. They all will be arrested for Consumer Fraud so would the lady that is front for this company.

I am going through the same thing. I ordered my wig on August 11. I keep getting the runaround because the wild fires. We’re giving it Higher priority. For three weeks they told me our shipment goes out on Tuesdays yours will be in that shipment. I was the last told we’re sending out a shipment Tuesday I was supposed to have it by the end of last week. I didn’t receive anything now they’re telling me it’s going out this Wednesday and I will have it before the month is out. Will see. Whenever I get it I hope it’s well worth the wait. They’ve also given me $85 in store credit do you really think I’m gonna order from this company again?

Cancel! I ordered back on June 19th during their Juneteeth sale. Still no hair. And yes, they were telling me the same thing they were telling you. On September 9th i requested a refund. They said 10-14 days to process. Still no refund. Im about to call it a loss.

Please do not order from this company ... it’s a scam. I ordered Aug 20th and based on other reviews I became skeptical. I decided to cancel my order and I received an email saying my refund was processed and I would receive with in 3 to 5business Days. It didn’t come so I reached out to them ... the time frame went up to 10 business days because of fires and other excuses. Still waiting on my refund. If you go to their Facebook a post dated sept 3rd 1:39 am... Scroll through the comments and you’ll see a kareesha carter post a pic of some hair she received. Kareesha happens to be a “partner” of the company and was the same woman who posted a video to verify the company was black owned ... so how you post a pic and the company acts like you’re an actual customer asking if it’s ok to use her pic for the website... foolery a whole scam DONT DO IT

I placed an order August 5th 2020 and after I had not received my wig within the 7-10 day processing time I began reaching out to customer service. Each Tuesday I was told it'd be going out Friday. Then on Friday I'd be told it was going out Tuesday. This happened over and over for WEEKS. I even reached out to "management," who sends automated emails saying that they will reply within 24-48 hours...that NEVER HAPPENED and "management" was emailed TWICE over the last two weeks. Highly disappointed with the service received, especially when these are not cheap wigs. I spend my hard earned money, I want my products/service as advertised within the time frame advertised. I order online frequently, and a day or two late is reasonable. SEVERAL weeks is bull[censored].

I purchased a product in June 1st for a wig, and at first I figured it was going to take a while because of COVID-19. Months have passed and I still did not receive the product. So in August 17 I requested for a refund and I was approved for the refund. I waited and waited and I still did not hear anything about the refund only thing I knew is that it would take 5 to 10 days. I waited the full 10 days and reached out to the company again and they said there is a delay. I got frustrated because I figured I would receive something letting me know that there will be a delay rather than me having to contact them and figure out what’s going on.I was told that they were going to make notes about it and give it to the higher ups. I have yet to receive my money and it’s almost been three weeks and they keep giving me the runaround. When I looked up the company to find a location they were nowhere to be found. When I looked at who I purchased it from the name was a strange for a name that seemed as if it was from another country. Nothing was adding up and nothing is still adding up I’m doing the best I can to try to get my money back but so far it’s a fail.
