Lies Lies And More Lies!
I have emailed SEVERAL TIMES and Was told that my order would be shipped with the vector shipment, ordered in August and still have not received my order! You STOLE MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN IT!

False. I’ve emailed and was told I’d receive an email in 14 days and now you’ve changed your policy to store credit only. Them your last email from yesterday states basically that you are only able to issue store credit per the policy which WAS NOT in place when I purchased. You are a scammer and I’ve hired an attorney. I am also filing a complaint and warning people to avoid spending money with you.

Store credit is NOT resolving the issue! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY OR CATCH THIS LAWSUIT!

Nobody wants u to reach out any more we just want our orders not more excuses and empty promises. Here I’ll help you since u clearly don’t get it JUST SEND THE ORDERS THATS THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THIS.

I’ve emailed six times and have been continuously getting the run around. Four months and still not hair. Yet you are still advertising on social media for more customer to scam.

I've filed an FTC complaint, as well as reported the problem through Klarna.

I find it both comedic and sad that UELB spends so much time evading responsibility and making excuses rather than putting that energy into providing a solid business for her customers. They not only input false information into Klarna to start receiving payments before they even ship the product, but then they go and turn off/limit comments on their social media in an attempt to curtail any negative remarks. It's very telling of what type of scam is being ran but then she tries to insist that "it's not a scam" and she would "rather we speak to her about issues" - tried that sis, your either not equipped to run a business or, a scam. Either way, not for me and anyone else considering ordering hair from Upper Echelon Lux Beauty should highly, and I mean HIGHLY, reconsider.

I totally agree with kjames... I order a product on Oct, 10th and I have only received excuses. I have also filed an FTC complaint, as will as reported the problem through Klarna.

We have. And you put here “for refunds, order resolutions..” but I thought the policy was no refunds? You cannot change a policy in place AFTER the customer purchases and try to force them to adhere to that. It will not hold up in court. Don’t worry-action is being taken and it’s a shame it even has to go that route.

Everyone please contact the FTC about this scamming company. I have, and it looks as though 1 other person has recommended this. The more that people report this company and it’s fraudulent practices, the more likely they are to be shut down and hopefully arrested for scamming black and brown women on a daily basis.

I will just be echoing what everyone has been saying this company is a scam. First after purchasing their hair I noticed that the same video they had on their page advertising I saw it on another company’s page. So out of curiosity I message them on Instagram asking them was this their hair they told me yes I then explained to them what I found and send them a picture they immediately blocked me. So I emailed them letting them know that as a paying customer I didn’t feel like it was appropriate to block me for asking a simple question. This should’ve been the first sign of knowing that this company is unprofessional. During the processing time of my hair I was in communication with them asking when will my hair be shipped out, every time I message them it’s the same answer we’re in the process we will update it soon thank you for your patience blah blah blah. I had enough so I message them for the last time letting him know I’m canceling my order they haven’t respond since. I literally just file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I placed an order on August 27, on September 30 they still couldn’t tell me where the product was it for when it was coming every time I asked I was told it was ready for shipment next week. I canceled The order on September 30 after they still couldn’t tell me. They told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to refund my money. That was September 30 it is now November 17. And they do not respond. You try to do business with a black on business because they are black on business and then they don’t know how to do business properly.

I want to warn future customers SO bad not to order from them. Def scam since they keep deleting their negative reviews. Shady as fk

I ordered since August, and still have not received my order they keep telling me items is out of stock and keep changing their policies left ans right. They told me they will issue a refund it never happened then came back and said they changed their store policy that they only give store credit now.

If you've been scammed by this company, please a file a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and your local consumer agency (especially if you reside in California). The more reports issued against the company the better the chance of FTC bringing a case against them and everyone getting the refunds we are owed. If anyone has already begun a legal process of your own, please share that info so the rest of us can join in and help bring a class action suit against this fraudulent company.

Have you issued a report with the FTC? I issued one, the more people that file a report, the better the changes of a case being brought against them and having getting a refund. They're blatantly disobeying the law.

I have been waiting on my purchase since 9/29 I have repeatedly received emails that they are waiting on there new shipment. When I ask for my money back they offered a store refund and my next order would be priority. I have read everyone post who else has an issue if anyone would like to take legal action please let me know so we can get this business reported I have also notified Instagram this company is a fraud .

This company is definitely full of you know what. I ordered a wig on Aug 25 and I STILL have not received it. I made the payment through Klarna and anybody who uses Klarna knows that they DO NOT process a payment until the merchant lets them know that the item has been shipped out. My first payment was processed on September 5. That's 11 days after the initial purchase. The second payment was processed on September 19 ( 2 weeks later). So two payments in and still haven't received anything. I thought that was quite odd seeing that my account with Upper Echelon was still saying waiting fulfillment. How are you processing money out of peoples account when the order still says awaiting fulfillment. Basically they have been lying to Klarna telling them that the item has been shipped when in reality it has not. Upper Echelon says it has to do with the fires out in California as to why the shipping is taking so long. So, my question is---if that is the case and they know that's what the issue really is, then WHY ARE YOU PROCESSING PAYMENTS knowing that y'all are having issues with shipping. And the KICKER is that now that customers are wanting a refund on ITEMS THEY NEVER RECEIVED, this company thought it would be cute to go in and change their refund policy to a store credit. Now who in their right mind would want a store credit from a company who never shipped your item to begin with. I mean seriously MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Thing is if these people really think they are going to keep MY MONEY then they are SORELY mistaken. On top of that the refund policy was different when I made my purchase on August 25. They talking about people are abusing the policy which in turn made them change the policy. Well DUH of course people are going to want their money back if they never received the item. Nobody is abusing policies. People just want what tf they pay for. It's as simple as that. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure nobody orders from this company again. This is a scam for sure. If y'all need money that bad then go rob a bank instead of robbing hard working people of their money. These people are LIARS and if you pay with Klarna, they are lying to Klarna and telling them that they shipped out items that they never shipped out. Sorry but y'all got the wrong and right one today. I have all the proof and evidence and also correspondence with the company that shows they are full of it. At the end of the day if you made it here on this website then you already know what I'm talking about. If you have evidence, send it to your bank or credit card company so that they know you got scammed. This company can cry fraud and threaten you with going to court all they want. Trust and believe they are the ones who will end up looking stupid because they did not follow KLARNA policy and have been lying to them. So UPPER ECHELON LUX BEAUTY you have no case! And people flood the comment section on their Instagram and Facebook and let all your followers know DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is krazy they did it to me as well I ordered in September thru Klarna money was taken out and nothing shipped out all it’s saying is waiting on warehouse to being my order is on priority list to be first to go out after reading this I’m highly upset thanks for the info on this company I’m on it

Nope! Ordered on Aug 25 and they NEVER shipped it. When I spoke with them in September, they said they would make my order a priority and ship it out in the next batch. LIES LIES LIES. Once they found out that I had stopped payments from processing with Klarna, they canceled my order. When I reached out to them to see why they had canceled my order and given me a store credit, they said it was because I made a dispute with Klarna. I really dislike people who do business like this.
This is a supposed black owned company who is GETTING OVER on their own people. Do you think the Chinese, Jews, and Whites do this to their own. They look out for each other which is something most blacks don't do because they are too busy looking out for themselves. And they wonder why we can't come up with this "crab in a barrel mentality". Also, when customers go on their Instagram or Facebook and make negative comments, it gets deleted. Man, if they shipped out their product as fast as they delete negative comments we might be on to something lol. Comments and post are also deleted on they BBB profile as well. I just wish somebody out there could and would shut this fraud A** business down. This rat is sitting up here getting rich off her own people and conducting a fraudulent business. She will definitely reap what she sows!

I’ve been told by klarna they won’t refund me and my bank said it’s been pass 90 days so she can’t dispute it at the branch. Somebody add me to the group or send me information in the regards: @[email protected]
