i made purchases on Amazon.com and within an hour they locked my account and still charged my bank and after multiple calls to resolve the issue they are refusing to cancel the orders refund the money they took and closure of the account.

Started with a phone call stating that someone was trying to purchase a phone on my amazon account and they needed to set up traps, The person Dhruv Malik id number CVE-2011-452 stated he was setting up traps to stop hacking into my account. Then he wanted to set up a trap to my mom's checking account he was trying to purchase a $850 american express card stating my mom's account would not be charged. When I refused to give him any information he stated cussing me and put porn up on my computer. The so called traps he placed on my amazon account has been refunded.

I received an email that looked like it came from Amazon. It read, Thank you for your recent purchase. Please leave a review."

As I scrolled down to see the picture of the item purchased, I noticed I did not purchase it.

I checked my Amazon account to make sure someone hadn't hacked into my account and bought that item, but I did not see it in my order history.

I deleted the email.

Every day i receive a text saying my Amazon account is locked due to billing issues. i don't open it. i know Amazon doe not contact members in that way.

My wife had a call from someone that said they were with Amazon and that someone had created an account in her name and purchased an Apple IPad. Asked for personal info but would not give any details of how the item was purchased. Called the number back and get nothing. Definitely a scam.

phone calls on my cell that pretend to be Amazon and telling me my order is being sent. I called them back and a person with an east indian accent told me that I had to change my number in order to stop receiving calls. When I stated that I was going to call the ScamPulse.com and asked for his address he said 4152 **** *** !

Thank you once again. I really appreciate your assistance but, unfortunately there seems to be a problem now. My other niece saw the gift cards on her phone. Got jealous and demanded for hers. I received a call from someone claiming to be Amazon. They said they were calling to confirm an order of $1400.00, which I did not place. I told him this was a scam and I hung up.

This person repeatedly posts on a facebook local page which is: Bothell, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Kenmore-Buy,Sell,Trade. The name used is Md Anowar and the profile is fake.

The post reads: I work for amazon. I need 25 employees to work with me. I need urgent staff. We don't ask for documents. Good salary

Then the link is under that which I have posted. At the end of this form, I could only put partial information because they are targeting anyone on facebook who is in the group consisting of 4 small cities.

The scammer claimed his name was Kevin and he worked for Amazon. I tried to cancel a purchase made on the Amazon website and somehow this guy managed to steal all my banking information and make numerous purchases. My Amazon account is not showing that I even tried to make a purchase of the product. I deleted Amazon and reported them.

I called to get a refund from Amazon and instead they said someone had tried to buy a 999 phone and they would reimburse me that also then they proceeded to do a PayPal or a cash app but instead of trying to put money in my account they were making me add money to them and when I asked him about it they said they had to do that in order to give me my refund well after I said no I don't want to do that anymore the lady hung up and my account was minus $234

Caller posed as Amazon security.They stated someone had opened an account through Chase Bank in my name and had made a purchase in my name.I checked my account monitor and did not see any such activity

I had to give you my email to continue.He gave me his information.Stated he was Jeff Roy even though he had an Asian accent.He stated his ID number was 661868 apple#3.Then he gave me a CA2809 number besides.He said he would have me talk to a fraud investigation dept.The only information he knew was my address and city.Rockford ScamPulse.com checked the number said it was not Amazon.Also the number was a local number but it was some kind of call center.l could hear a lot of activity in the background.l believe it was not local.Tried to call the number back just to see what would happen. It would not receive the call.Started to question the guy and he hung up.
